We were previously with US Cellular for 18+ years for our cell phones. When we decided to shop around for a better deal and save money we choose Cricket. We love Cricket. Honestly, there is NO difference between US Cell & Cricket. None! In fact the phones are just as good, customer service is great. The only difference is what we pay. $80 for unlimited Everything including fees and taxes at Cricket. Thats it!! US Cell was $135.00 and we did NOT have unlimited after being customers for over 18 years. We tried to see if we could get a better deal but there isnt one. Everyone should go to Cricket. Just because its not a big name people shy away and dont think its as good as the others. Thats what we thought and we were wrong.My husband and I drove to the Mtown Cricket store so I could upgrade to get a phone that is hot spot compatible. We had brought our fur baby since he goes everywhere with us assuming that pets are not allowed in the store, he stayed in the car. When Ms. V found out that we brought our dog with us, she said Cricket is pet friendly and we can bring him into the store!! So we did!! That is so cool!!😎One of the employees there, Ill call Ms. V helped us and she knows exactly what she is doing. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and efficient.
