Oswin gets 5 stars for his wonderful costumer service today when upgrading my phone. He was very personable and was able to do everything I needed.

I dont normally take the time to write reviews Im, but since theres typically WAY more negative things being said in these things than positive i thought Id throw a good experience into the mix.Im actually a returning customer after using another carrier for the past few years. So I needed to get a new phone and port my number over. Both of the gentlemen in the shop were very knowledgeable (and generous with their knowledge) about both the tech, plans and all of the in between. With a sense of humor to boot. It was a nice switch overall from the typical all business customer service experiences.This time around, Id actually worked with Tyler to get squared away. Overall, pretty sure I was in and out of the the shop in less than an hour. Including the short wait for him to finish up with the people he was already working with. Id even say hed gone above and beyond trying to find me a promo that I was eligible for. That topic has been written off in my past experiences just because I didnt have an eligible phone to trade in. And hed shown me how get all of my pictures, texts and stuff off of my old phone too.Overall, it was probably one of (if not the most) painless experience Ive had going through the new phone process. Needless to say, I was impressed. A much appreciated change for sure.

I walked into Marshalltown store today, knowing what kind of phone I wanted to upgrade with. Nic was a very pleasant associate that assisted me. He assisted me very promptly and provided me with excellent customer care!! Nic showed me how to maneuver around in the IPhone 12 Max that I upgraded too. All other associates with in the store were very pleasant and prompt with other customers coming into the store. Thank you!!😊

Would give 0 stars if I could. Upgraded my phone and was told if you dont like it bring it back and exchange it. So I we not to do that and was told I would lose all promotions which meant I turned in my old phone for nothing. Also was told I would have to pay 400 bucks plus restocking fee. This place never said one word about any of that. This place is a joke and highly advise going here. Not a real verizon store just a authorized seller. Save yourself the headache and go to a real verizon store.

If I could give 15 stars I would. Out of character of most places dealing with service to the public this guy went above and beyond. I think his name was Nic.I had bought a new phone. Nic set me up. Made sure that it worked with my 2020 Silverado....GPS, text, calls etc. I use my phone a LOT for work. I felt comfortable with my new phone working as needed when we were done.Total kudos.

Customer service was top notch. He answers all my questions and was very patient when I had him check my account multiple times to see what I was getting and what was changing.

He did very well with everything. Very helpful and friendly too. Knows how to joke around with clients as the systems are downloading with the wait time.

My husband and I went in earlier today 3/20/2021 to get a new screen protector for his phone, and to see what the cost would be to fix the cracked screen. When we arrived, there were 4 people ahead of us, and only one employee. Due to no fault of the employee, (who was very knowledgeable and doing the best he could, given the circumstances), we waited 45 minutes before it was our turn.The staff themselves get 5/5 stars. They’re always very knowledgeable and helpful. However, there should be more than 1 employee working on the weekends at all time. This is not the first time we’ve waited over 30 minutes to be helped.

Super service with a smile. Natalie was Engaging and helpful in picking out my newest iPhone. You can purchase your device anywhere but customer service is everything.

Did not have cell phone case for the model I bought nor the low end screen protector only the expensive liquid one and I could not afford that at the time. I probably broke my phone within 12 hours they refused to help me with anything

Courtney has helped me 12/27/19 get a new phone and helped with my smartwatch. I had left and was having trouble with something so called and she said that shed help me. I went back and she helped fix my problem, it was something that I just couldnt figure out. I then proceeded to get a smartwatch from there. Her customer service skills are excellent and she is willing to help anyone. She also went and helped and elderly customer come in that was having some trouble. This is the same if not better service nice then I had a year ago from her. She is the best

Great place nice staff. Tucker really knows his stuff. Verizon needs to have him. Train the people he works with. If he isnt here you end up leaving and coming back when he IS here. If he leaves for somewhere else I will have to find another phone company. I am serious if he leaves I wi go back to straight talk phone. Love Tucker!!

My Grandma uses this service. She went in and made a payment the person working didnt finalize the transaction. Her phone got shut off. Had to take her in and figure out what happened. No apology, no refund for anything that she was charge to hook it back up.
