Courtney and Angel were so welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We arent very tech savvy, but they explained things in terms we understood. We had a truly enjoyable experience! Thank you!!

One of the greatest experiences I have ever had in a cell phone store. The two girls working (Heather & Courtney) managed quite a line in such a professional manner. I only came in to ask a question about a technical support issue and ended up getting a plan change (that saved me money) and walked out a happy camper.Definitely on point and I’m so thankful to have met such a wonderful team of people. I traveled from Des Moines just to have a different experience and I sure got it!Glad to also have people who follow policy on checking ID and maintaining customer confidentiality while others are in the store. I haven’t felt this secure in a while.Thankful for the experience and I will be spreading the word to all of my friends and family. The hour drive was WELL worth it.

Courtney was amazing. I highly recommend you ask for her if you go to the Marshalltown store. I went in to get a new phone since my old one wasn’t working properly anymore. Courtney took her time and made sure I got the best deal and the best plan.

Courtney at the Marshalltown, Ia store was VERY helpful and had the knowledge about the phones we wanted! She helped us pick out phones based on what we wanted we use them for. She also transferred all our info from old phones to the new ones. We also had questions about cable service and we ended up also getting Direct TV from her (which we werent planning on that day and she got it scheduled for 2 days later)Any one looking for a phone or cable service to definitely look Courtney up!

Courtney and Heather are the BEST there is! I will be recommending them and the Marshalltown location to everyone!! I went in to get into a new phone since my old one was acting up. I was on a older plan and they put me on a new updated plan with better benefits and a NEW phone for LESS than I was paying prior. What more can you ask for? I love that my work also has a discount for AT&T! They were so helpful and professional and took time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable with the new phone before leaving. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!This was the best experience I have ever had at a phone store ever!! I decide to try to make the switch from US Cellular to see if AT&T coverage and service has expanded in small town Iowa. Well unfortunately the service wasn’t the best. I dropped calls on hills driving and could get a good signal in my small town apartment.When I returned to take the phone back and restore my old service I was hoping it would be just as easy as the sale I purchased over 200 in accessories and the experience was awful. Keep in mind I worked in the cell phone industry for over 5 years. Managed many agents stores and corporate and was a district manager for two of the biggest Verizon and US Cellular agents and on the corporate side as well.I could write a book here of how I was treated poorly and let down in my search for cell phone service.I don’t advise ever going into this location. The current staff had a huge problem being professional and helping me at all with the sale. Transition to my new phone, and or the horrible return process.I would of never treated a customer or person like they did. I would of instantly talked with a rep who treated people like this in the store. Wouldn’t be allowed.Buyers Beware

This store is awesome!! The Manager, Katie is the Best in Customer Service and detail. Her store is friendly, clean and her staff follow suit.I am between here and St. Charles, Illinois for homes and businesses. I have to visit on occasion for service and or bill payment at one of them. I prefer this store based on the Customer Service.

Worst service possible. Having been with Sprint for decades, I am well aware of what a cellular service should do for a customer. At&t treats their customers the same as prepaid companies do. Their technicians are incapable of solving the most minor of issues. And consistently misdiagnose problems.Sprint always solved my problem in store and immediately. They were highly skilled and had a sense of urgency. They made .y problem theirs.I made a mistake coming to AT&T.

BEWARE!!! I went in to shop for a new phone and service. Filled out all the paperwork for a credit check. Was told what it would be. I said let me think about it and will let you know tomorrow. called next day and said no I decided against - well after getting my a BILL FOR A SERVICE I DIDNT WANT I called the manager to have rectified - he said he would take care of. Month goes by and ANOTHER bill shows up - with PENALTY FEES! I call him again - said likely the cancellation and rectification passed in mail. TODAY A THIRD BILL comes. I have no phone - he stated this himself!! - main AT&T people says i show nothing ever used or phone purchased but have to deal with local manager .... the guy who said he would take care of 3 months ago!!!!!!! .... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID -

The store manager so helpful, even I had to buy tge new phone there, but she did a great job for troubleshooting my AT&T sim card that could not detect any signal during in Iowa. Easy to notice from the main street.
