I had an amazing experience and the young lady LaShunda White, was over the top great! She was very knowledgeable and her personality was of the chain the best.

After being mistreated at the other location in town, I came here and got more help in 5 minutes than in the multiple times Ive been to the other location. Friendly, courteous and great music playing in the store. I felt like a valued customer here unlike the other location where I felt like I was in the area way. I will definitely be using this location from now on. Thank you for treating me like I was a human.

LaShonda helped me activate my phone I was completely lost and was worried about how I would get all my information to my new phone. She got the job done!!!

Lashondra was really helpful and very professionalShe took her time. She checked for possible discounts. She never rushed me I came back to this store because she was the one who sold me my last phone. While I was being waited on an elderly woman with a walker came in. She got her a chair to sit in, was concerned about her. And the little lady talked constantly while lashondra was trying to finish with me and she never lost patience and assured her she would be with her soon.

Came into Marshall office spoke with Elizabeth about my bill. She was friendly, patient & kind with all my questions and concerns. We went to Longview and had a horrible experience came back and Elizabeth who again was absolutely wonderful with us. In and out with 3 new phones in an hour.
