Great customer service. After hurricane Ida, I was trying to replace my phone I had lost during the mess. They were supposed to open at 10, but the representative who opened the store at 9:30 went ahead and let us in and immediately began helping people. The other sales reps did the same thing as soon as they came in...all before opening time. These were trying tines for everyone, the employees as well, but you would never know it.. They had great attitudes and treated us very well.. John, the sales representative who took care of my issues, did so with care knowledge and a sense of humor that was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys, you were terrific!

I love Verizon I have a better service with. Also they have a phone plan that includes The Disney Bundle. I am finding good movies and the cartoons that I grew up on.

Ive been using this Verizon location, and Verizon John for a few years now. Ive been happy with Verizon, and Verizon John even more. I initially switched to Verizon with my phone and plan, and then my whole family. John is thorough, attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend both Verizon and Verizon John.

I’ve been with Verizon for years and this is the only store I choose to receive service from, even after I moved further away. Worth the trip! Everyone is always so eager to help you and get you the best deals, especially the store manager, John. Always a pleasure to be served by this store. 10/10.

Will never be back. This has a Verizon name marker but its a franchise store. I talked to an employee about a phone and all over the internet it is $399. I got to the store and was told it was $100 more. If this was told to me beforehand I wouldnt made the deal. This person had 3 different chances to tell me this price difference. You thought I was a captive audience, I wasnt. I complained to Verizon and they can care less. Take your phone and stick it. I dont give money to scam artists

My toddler even shared a single cheeto with him which never happens 😂😂. Very pleased with the customer service we received from John. Give that man a promotion!

My dad and I came into the Verizon store and Steve had the utmost professionalism. He was patient in helping my dad restore his phone and even assisted in helping me uncover cool features on my phone. He is awesome and I wouldve picked 10 stars but they only have five.

All I have to say is ALEX! ALEX! ALEX!!!!!! She was absolutely awesome! She took the time to really help my mother and I! My mother was turned away twice from the Manhattan Location ( they told her they were Strictly sales... and that she should just go online or elsewhere... some help huh? ) Alex has awesome customer service skills, and is very personable! She definitely made our day! Shes definitely someone who truly knows customer service, retail, and sales! She was awesome!

Went in to add a line to my service contract. It was about 1030am and there was only one employee. One customer ahead of me, and ten minutes later it was my turn. Employee told me that another employee was on the way due to scheduling mix-up. Never saw second employee. Transaction was rather quick. Left at 1110am.

We called to see if a phone was in stock and the sales rep over the phone said yes. We said we were on our way and they said okay. However, after our 30 min drive to get there we walk in and were told it would be a 2 hour wait, at least, and that we would have to wait in our car. There was no mention of this over the phone and a good manager would have made things right.

Always professional. Has fixed any issue Ive had in a reasonable amount of time. I would refer everyone here. Great experience!

I originally went to the Verizon Corporate store in Harvey, LA and they treated me like they could care less that I had a defective phone. John at the Cellular Sales in Marrero, LA didnt do any more than the corporate store did in replacing my phone except show empathy that I was having to drop $250 on a new phone when I couldnt understand why the insurance was saying it was damage. I appreciate the great customer service and the time he spent making sure I was happy with my LG. Funny both the corporate store and the Cellular Sales store had several Samsung S7s with a separating screen but yet they all were all the owners fault. NEVER BUYING A SAMSUNG AGAIN!

Went in to upgrade to the new iphone and it was super quick. Noah explained my new bill in detail and told me about the tablet offers. All the representatives were very friendly and joked with me.

After a horrible day, misplaced my phone I came to Verizon and received excellent customer service from Anthony and Douglas on laplaco. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I received a new phone, they increased my plan for no charge, told me about an app to an additional 2 gb and $200 rebate....to top it off, they made me happy and laugh from a long stressful day. I was totally not expecting this and this is exactly what I needed. I came in irate and being mean and they still helped me to the best of their ability and Im EXTREMELY PLEASED. Thanks again guys. You rock!!!!!

Cusomer Service was absurd and had to wait at least one hour to talk to a CSR. Then, customer service personnel were inept and probably not trained. Other customer arriving after us left after sitting in waiting area for 10 minutes due to lack of assistance. Barely any acknowledgement of customers presence!
