The guy working the morning I went to switch to boost mobile was awesome! He was great at his job. He was multitasking between two computers so that the customers behind me could pay their bills without waiting for him to finish with me (since I was switching from another provider it took about 15-20 min). He explained everything well and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend.
The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable. I only went in to pay my sons bill as my husband and I were using a different company. I ended up with TWO FREE phones AND THREE phones on my plan for only $8 more than I had been paying for two phones. Also we now have bigger screens!!
They are convenient. There is one on every corner, almost. The people who work there are very informed and helpful, as well as, courteous.
