If I could give a zero I wouldTerrible terrible customer service went in there 3 times to get yelled at and threaten to get the cops called on me and then the second guy stood in to see the issue and he noticed the issue right away. Then claims after fixing my phone 3 consecutive times it was an apple issue0/10!!! Do not go there !

12 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! What started as a bad day was quickly turned around by the two extremely nice gentleman in this store. I walked in pleaded my case they gave me a brief why and said it would be no problem. Competitively priced that actually made me smile after thinking I’d have to give an arm and leg. If that wasn’t enough they replaced the whole screen almost before I could sit down super fast turn around.

I would go there again in a heartbeat! Guys really saved my butt this morning. My screen was smashed but the phone worked and I had to get it fixed ASAP because I had extremely important papers saved on that phone. They fixed it in 10minutes! If it had been more than that I would have trusted them to look deeper and diagnose. But it was just a screen and they saved the day!

I have had 3 different phones and an iPad screen fixed at A-z They do great work and you will not find cheaper prices in the area (I shopped around) brought my shattered iPhone 5s in yesterday and I was out the door in 15 minutes with a new screen and tempered glass protector all installed for 66 bucks after tax. They use quality parts and the guys in there are friendly, courteous, and professional. Top notch business.

I needed adapters to change micro SIMs to standard SIMs. I called and asked if they sold adapters, and they said they cost $5. I thought these were specialized adapters and I bought two for $10.Im old and stupid, so someone had to explain to me that they sold me the remains of two SIM cards from which they had sold the nano SIMs, leaving the micro-to-standard adapter that normally comes with a SIM card. Theres probably a garbage can full of them at most cellphone stores.I went back and said, I dont think I was treated with respect. One of them replied, No, you just didnt understand what you were buying. Very true, and maybe that tiny piece of plastic is worth $5, but I think they took advantage of me. They did offer to take a return and refund my money (with a bunch of attitude), but getting those SIM cards back is more trouble than the $10 is worth.

I spent $219.00 for a lcd and glass replacement for my iPhone 6 Plus 5.5, just to notice that the glass was not setting right on frame . When I brought my phone back to have them check it out, they told me my phone frame was bent and cracked the new lcd showing me . Then when I walked out the store notice that there was a crack in the new lcd and they tell me bc I walked out the store before I noticed it that they will not replace it unless I purchase another )200 screen . Not a happy customer, nor will I ever recommend there services again to anyone I know .

Ive used them before and the cost was reasonable. The repair was....ok. Most recently went to have my screen repaired, they raised the price by $20. Said that Apple raised the price on parts. Got my phone back, one of the screws was missing. The other was cross threaded and sticking out of the phone. I brought it back and they fixed it. Then I noticed a bubble under the glass of the screen. I pointed it out and had to insist they replace my now $90 screen with one that isnt flawed. They finally did. Now, the sensor that locks the screen when you use the phone wont work. Its built into the screen. Called them and they refuse to fix it. Saying their warrantee is only for limited time. Not their problem. Its mine.Took it to another vendor to have it repaired. They arent even using genuine Apple parts. As the technician explained. The parts they are using are some of the cheapest made. Can be bought online for $25 and in bulk for $15.Cost me another $70 to get Genuine Apple repair part put on my phone. That now works properly. And this technician was happy to show me the packaging that the screens come in to prove that his products are Apple genuine parts.I plan to expose these ripoff artists. I plan to make a YouTube video. I plan to play this video in front of the audiences that attend my shows. I plan to expose them on Facebook and Twitter and anywhere else people in my area go. Hopefully they will learn some manners and buisniness sense. If nothing else, they wont get me or anyone I know to go into their business again.
