I came in to start a business account and was greeted by Chantell. She asked me what brought me in and listened to everything I talked about. For a chance, someone who cared. She was patient and made sure my plan was a reasonable price. I had to come in twice, and both times she made sure I was well taken care of. This location has the best manager ever. Also she was very entertaining. Kept me laughing the entire time. Thanks Chantell for everything. I will be back.

The manager helped me during my visit. I switched from boost. My daughter came here 2 weeks ago and recommended her. She was very patient and professional. She kept us entertained and very comical. Don’t come to this branch. They are good at selling but not at resolving problems. We have been trying to resolve an issue with them that was created by a new employee who was improperly trained. The young lady set up my account and didn’t provide accurate information about my plan, (turns out she sold me a plan I didn’t ask for, the information about the plan and return policy was also NOT printed on my receipt/paperwork), so we got grossly over charged, and they refuse to honor a return of the product as a result. Instead of taking ownership and responsibility for the store’s mistakes, the “New manager” looked up the employee who set us up incorrectly and told US to go find her at an uptown store. LAZINESS! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Why is it the customers job to track down. THEIR employees? Just threw the poor girl under the bus and left us, the customers, out in the cold on our own with it.

Today I came in At&t to switch over from Sprint to At&t, Mr. Shayne S. was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything to us about the plans and billing. We switched over 3 lines and he showed us how to work our new phones. I would gave him a 100+ on customer service. I would recommend anyone to him. Hes the best at what he do. Waited 1 hr in line. Was in store 2.5 hours. Denied restroom access. Supervisor said females are not allowed bathroom use. No social distancing, customer not asked to wear mask, no disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer. Just because the store is neat does not mean it is clean. I am hearing impaired. The employee helping me refused to speak up. Worst experience I have ever had at AT&T. Long time customer but looking to change provider.

It was too busy and I thought I would have to leave to pay my bill another day but the staff was attentive and working to help everyone. Daisy helped me switch my tv service to something new she offered after seeing how high my current tv was. Very insightful and extremely helpful. I came in with a list of questions the next day and she patiently answered them all and worked with me through the setup to be sure everything went smooth. She’s a delight we need more people like her in the world!

Shayne was by far one of the best reps I have dealt with. He went above and beyond to help me. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I told him what I was interested in for my plan, and he made it happen. He made sure I was happy with my entire purchase before leaving the store & never rushed me on a decision. I went to this store to add a device to my plan. The service was very good. However, I received an email this evening indicating that my new device was enrolled in mobile insurance. During my visit there, I specifically told the sales rep (Natalie B) that I did not want mobile insurance. I had to call to have this removed from my account. I feel like I was mislead. I would’ve given 5 stars had it not been for this betrayal.

Mgr refuses to deal with me as a customer on an issue with my bill by which she sold me the svcs. After I stated that I just gotten off the phone with customer service, and was instructed to bring the bill over to the store so that the Mgr can go over the bill and see what the problem was. She still refused and never addressed the problem. I will never refer anyone to that store.

I want to give a shout out to Bethany and the rest of the crew at the AT&T store in Marrero. I just recently purchased an apple watch at this store. When I got home my watch was not working. I drove back up to the store and was helped on the spot. The employees in this store are very knowledgeable and professional. Store was very clean and there was sanitizer available to use, they enforced social distancing which made me feel less nervous about being out since I needed a new phone during COVID. Daijanae switched me over from verizon quick and easy, she’s great and very nice. Ask for her!

Let me just start by saying WOW. My mother was helped by Dajanai and she is very pleased!!! My father passed away a few months ago and my mother lives in Louisiana alone. I worry often about her handling things on her own especially technology. She went in to att with a phone issue and had an old phone she purchased minutes on every month and refused to upgrade her old phone for as long as I’ve known her. Somehow Dajanai talked her into a new number, a new phone and worked to get her a great bill. She even taught my mother how to use the new phone and had her call me so I could save all the information for her new account. I was overwhelmed knowing good people still exist and as long as she is working there I know my mom is in good hands! Ask for her

Had a terrible experience. Staff is careless, ignorant and rude . I was very dissatisfied with lack of clear answers or incorrect answers . I ended up calling customer service and got much more help. It was just total waste of time to visit this store. AT&T need to hire better people and train them better. I guess you cant teach people work ethics.

First I will start by saying that Shane is an awesome employee. He took his time working with me even though he was the only one working in the store that day. However, his Manager is in capable of doing her job. She was fishing for a bad review about Shane and when she didnt get one she proceeded to LIE about offering me assistance. She did nothing to resolve my issue because she has no idea what she is doing. This store needs to hire someone has knows what their doing or make Shane the Manager because he is the one running the store anyway.

Ms. Chantelle really had the patience and demeanor of a saint, I had an (understandably) difficult situation when swapping providers to AT&T, and it took over an hour to get everything settled and set up. She managed this while dealing with multiple other customers and, what seemed like anyhow, a trainee that she was overseeing.Ill gladly be back, even if we have to go through 4 devices to get everything straightened away again.

I went into this store on June 4th after work. I was met by Natalie at the door. I told her I wanted to update my phon and have my watch looked at. She helped me with my new phone purchase and Shane helped to reset my watch. Natalie was Amazing. We joked around while waiting for my phone and laughed. I felt like I’ve known her for years. She was so Sweet, Funny and Knowledgable too. I really enjoyed having somebody so attentive and Fun waiting on me to make sure my experience was a Pleasant one. The associate that helped me was great. I will be getting faster service that is not shared with other homes (as COX does) and my monthly charge will drop from $89.99 to $40. Coxs reliability and customer service has been awful for the 13 or 14 years weve had them. Our next door neighbor switched to AT&T two years ago, and has been VERY pleased with them!

I attempted to walk in today to purchase two more phones after having two paid off phones with ATT, the store rep Ronald and another stopes rep were in the store lights off talking to a girl very very close to her. The door was locked. After standing in the rain for a few min Ronald was able to open the door for me and as I began to tell him why I was there he continued to repeat to me what do you wanna do for your phones over and over in a nasty tone I then looked at my partner and asked to go to other AT&T. Horrible experience. Also there should not be flirting going on with doors locked at a place of business! Unprofessional

Recently switch to AT&T from T-Mobile. When I started up the new phone with new sim I was given an error and Shane was able to figure the problem. After a few minutes the sim was now active. Shane was quick on his feet getting two jobs done at same time and was nice.

I went in to see about switching from metro and I worked with Ms. Chantell. I went in lost and had no clue what I was going to do. Chantell really made this visit pleasant. I am mourning the lost of my husband and she was very delicate and comforted me throughout this entire visit. She sat with me, created all my new email addresses for me because I’ve never used an email before and showed me how to work them. She answered every question I had, never showed signs of agitation, and was just wonderful. She did not try to make me spend a fortune. She asked me what my needs were and she got me out with spending less than I expected. I am a 55 year old woman and to say this was the best cellphone store visit I’ve had in my entire life, is the definite truth. Thank you so much Chantell for helping me and cheering me up. My day definitely is going better now since she helped cheer me up and gave me the best service ever.

Poor service, bad attitude, poorly trained workers and even less responsible managers . A better representation of the star system would be ZERO stars instead of the settled one.In November 2017, my parents came to buy an iPhone X. There was a promotion going on for buy 1 get 1 free applying to iPhone 8 and iPhone X. They ran out of phone 8s and offered my parents an iPhone 8 Plus instead (at no extra charge said verbally) and mailed the iPhone 8+ to my house . Transaction sounds great right? No. Promises don’t deliver there. Statements came and numbers don’t add up. We called AT&T service and they pushed us to the store and the store sent us back to AT&T corporate. The cycle went on around 2-3 times pushing responsibilities. The AT&T corporate cannot do anything about a transaction at a store but the store kept pushing us to call AT&T corporate to solve a problem they caused and that resulted in us wasting our time . It’s turns out that the store worker did not properly explain the promotion to my parents at the time of the transaction. They did not explain that although the iPhone 8 is free but an upgrade from an 8 to an 8+ would result in $3 extra every month . That extra $3 per month doesn’t sound like a lot but it adds up through the course of a few years. The money wasn’t the biggest prob; it was the “hidden” part that is unprofessional and shady. My mom didn’t even ask for an iPhone 8+. My mom isn’t tech savvy so an iPhone 8 and iPhone 8+ made no difference to her . She didn’t request the iPhone 8+; they offered it in exchange for the iPhone 8 that they didn’t have in stock. My parents finally showed up at the store a final time yesterday after being pushed around between AT&T service and the store. They treated my parents terribly at the store despite being a loyal customer of AT&T for over 10+ years. My parents requested a manager and a floor rep instead kept my parents company . The manager did not want to come out .My parents explained to the floor rep the situation and he basically for 30 mins said the same thing as if my parents can’t understand him . My parents are Asian Americans that were not born in the U.S. so their English isn’t the best but they’ve been here over 25+ years so they can still understand and communicate . A small communication barrier is not an excuse to treat my parents no better than a child . They belittled my parents and repeatedly ignored what they said and their request for a manager. They repeatedly said the same thing over and over for 30 mins saying that an upgrade from an iPhone8 to and 8+ means $3 extra per month. Who doesn’t understand that ?! It’s that they were standing in front of my parents but they weren’t listening to what my parents had to say. The rep condescendingly told my parents, ” I don’t care . It’s not my fault . It’s your fault for not reading the fine lines.” But isn’t it their job to tell us and explain to us what the promotions they are offering us are? This would have been prevented if they did their job in the first place and just told us from the beginning and not us finding out months after through numbers that don’t make sense on our statements . The manager, by the way, was aware of all this but refused many times to come out still. Out of frustration, my dad tore his statements in front of them which finally resulted the manager coming out and kicking my parents out and telling them calm down. What would a professional do ? They would get a manager out to admit fault, apologize that the store is relatively new and the workers are poorly trained therefore they may have forgotten to disclose full info during the transaction, apologize that they didn’t tell my parents everything they needed to know before transaction, and be sympathetic and apologize again that they can’t do anything . Instead of kicking the victims out the store . No apology from start to finish. That’s the least they owe us. We called corporate and they can’t do anything to them bc they are some 3rd party franchise but that doesn’t excuse them from doing what they want .
