I would come here to buy a phone if I was looking to buy a phone. Was here doing some work,these guys take care of their customers from what I saw. Would recommend this tmobile to family and friends, staff is really nice and attentive.

Walked in to get a screen protector and after we paid, the guy who works there named Jemal caught an attitude because he offered to put it on and we accepted. We didn’t think putting it on would be that easy but the attitude was unnecessary being that this is his job. Before finishing, he said “you know y’all could’ve put this on yourselves.” We just felt like we were bothering him the whole time even though it’s his job.
Went for a new screen protector and the guy asked could we take it off, I thought that was weird, other than that it was good, not really any wait.
Tabatha and James at the Marrero site for T-Mobile help me with getting my phone numbers switched over to our new phones. If anyone needs assistants with a phone service go to T-Mobile and ask to speak to Tabatha or James you will not be disappointed.

Went in to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 6 Plus. The salesperson Mark wouldnt stop taking phone calls while he was processing my order, even though there was another staff member in the store at the time who could have taken the calls. He ordered the wrong phone because he wasnt paying attention. Now I am on hold with T-Mobile Customer Care trying to fix this so I dont have to wait even longer to get the phone. This is a terrible experience. When I spoke with him about trying to cancel the order, he said he had to take the phone calls. Pay attention to the customers in your store, or they wont come back! Should have just ordered it online myself!
Everything was great.
The problem I had was simple- my phones charger, under warranty, was no longer staying connected to the phone. I took it in to have it replaced. The person attending to me insisted that I had a defective charging port. I told him that I only had the problem with that cable in particular. He insisted it was the port, took it to his coworkers charger where I couldnt see what he was doing and claimed it didnt work. He insisted I needed a new phone, and that it was physical damage (so warranty would not cover it). I claimed the port was not damaged (and according to TMobiles website it did not show signs of damage, even if it was faulty, though he refused to acknowledge it). He then claimed my only option was to accept the problem, pay the full replacement price for the phone (no insurance), or to get an entirely new phone through upgrade (not an option anyhow, as I am not Jump eligible).I went to a separate store, they recognized the faulty cord, and replaced it no questions asked.
