I would give 0 stars if I was able to, worst place to rent to own anything at all. Sent a product to be repaired and after 4 months they sent it back still broken, EXACTLY how I dropped it off to them. They are trash, go to Conns or Aarons instead, trust me

Dont waste your time with this place. All the furniture is ripped up and is filled with tiny German roaches. The entire store is infested they have food every where. I ordered a sofa from the warehouse and i had to make 2 payments before even receiving my sofa when It arrived they dragged it on the road i called to talk to the manager they said they cant do nothing but wanted to let me pass with 2 payments and keep it I said no I said just come get it give me my money back and they said theyll order it itll be 6 weeks the most I said okay well I was moving out and said look take it until my new one comes it they said no just take it and well come bring your new one they wouldnt take my address or anything. Well its been 9 weeks and still no new sofa but wont call me to tell me anything but wants to harrass me and my references for my payments when I miss their call. Now they are saying its going to be more weeks. Dont waste your time they will mess you over and steal your money and want you to pay top dollar for ripped up sofas and be rude as hell. This manager is rude and horrible attitude on top of attitude no people skills at all. If I could rate no stars I would.

Furniture was delivered more than two hours after the delivery window (apparently the truck broke down at the hour late mark), with no phone calls made to me about the status (I had to call in) or to let me know the driver was arriving soon (they arrived suddenly).The furniture was absolutely filthy upon delivery, with food and fluid stains, and trash between the cushions. I called in to make a complaint. The clerk apologized (the same clerk who had previously said the items would be cleaned prior to delivery) and made a service appointment for the next day.The next day, I call in and am told by the manager that RAC does not do in home cleaning at all, ever, and that a cleaning technician only goes to the store every two weeks.I paid in advance for the furniture, and will likely return them (they smell!) once the monthly rental period is over.Update: After having the set professionally cleaned and restuffed, I ended up keeping it. Although to get the original sticker price (the sales clerk had calculated everything by hand, leaving me with a battered old set at a much higher price than anything else in the entire store), I had to go to another rent a center and invoke the price match guarantee.Feels good to be done with it all.
