We cannot thank the team at Apex Auto Center enough for their assistance, immediate attention and kindness they showed to my family following an accident with a deer. This unexpected accident happened a month prior to our family relocating from Massachusetts to Washington State. The vehicle involved in the accident was the one we planned on driving across country. We were in a panic and did not know what to do. We reached out to our dealership Colonial VW for a body shop recommendation and without hesitation they recommended Apex Auto Center. We reached out immediately and was connected with Justin. We explained what had happened and our significant time constraints. Justin told us not to worry and he would get this done for us. We live approximately an hour away from the shop and that evening a tow truck was in our driveway picking up our SUV. We were shocked and happy to see this process starting so quickly. Throughout the entire process Justin and the team at Apex were a text message or phone call away. They kept us up to date on the progress before we even had a chance to reach out. The work began immediately. They handled all of the insurance appraisals and paperwork. Within a little over two weeks our vehicle was repaired. We were in disbelief how easy and quick the process was. When we went to pick up our SUV they had detailed the inside and out making it look and feel like a brand new car. They even took care of returning our rental vehicle for us. Apex Auto Center took the fear and anxiety we felt out of the picture and delivered a wonderful and unexpected experience. I was in an accident and didn’t even know where to begin with the process of getting my car fixed. I’m so grateful I found Apex. Justin handled everything for me from start to finish. He had a rental waiting for me when I got there and he kept me in the loop during the repair process. Just a few days later I got the call that my car was done and I couldn’t believe it! I picked my car up today and it looks better than it ever has. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside, which was pretty gross thanks to my children. The body work completed was impeccable. I am so impressed with the work and customer service I received! I dropped my car off on the Friday before the 4th of July weekend and had it back in a week! Sorry if I took so long to write this, I brought my Car in November due to me getting hit by a Drunk Driver. When i walked in I was Treated like i was Family and thats what i love about this place. Ron and his Family helped me out alot. They Reassured me that my Car was in the right place, they Helped me out with a Loaner and it meant alot to me. After 3-4 Weeks they finished my car, they also consistently update me on my car which was nice, and when i went to pick it up i couldn’t even recognize my Car, its looked Brand New like from the factory and the paint job was phenomenal. (i was side swiped mainly), it looked better than before when i bought it. I was so happy and glad, they told me if something is off and not working right to bring it in again, after a couple of days there was a few things i noticed (small things) they were off and i brought it in and they took care of it and i am very happy. A guy rear ended my Yaris a few weeks ago in Newton center. I called JoJo one of the general managers at Apex and he explained to me in detail the whole process from beginning to end and how they would take very good care of my car. I was really impressed with their professionalism from the very beginning. I spoke to Ronnie the owner and his son who took care of the insurance portion and all paperwork on the same day. They called the rental place to get my rental car set up, which they brought it over to the shop for me.2-3 weeks later the car not only looked great but they showed me all the structural parts they repaired or replaced. It really looks as if the accident never happened and on top of that, I got my the entire car vacuumed and polished.Top notch service and really professional work!!Highly recommended!

Had my 2018 Subaru in an accident and brought my car to Apex. It was my first accident here in MA and Ronie helped me from start to finish. He found out if I had rental coverage, explained the process, opened up my claim and I left my car there for repairs. In less than a week...I KNOW...they call me back saying the car is all set. I rush over and it looked like new again!! The guys even cleaned my car, washed the outside, and made sure to explain what repairs were done. My brand new 2018 ChrysIer Pacifica sustained significant scratches on the body just two months after I bought it. I took it to Apex Auto Center for repairs. I was exceedingly pleased by the work done by Apex Auto Center: very professional staff, they even provided me with a car, without charge, to use while my Pacifica was undergoing repairs. I highly recommend this place.

I have dealt with many body shops and this was by far my worst experience. The dealership I bought my vehichle from recommended and sent my vehichle there for a very small scratch and it was returned covered in overspray. My black vehicle now has spots of spray on the hood, windows and back door. Not to mention the spot they painted is cloudy and does not match the original black. My dealership who recommended them is actually willing to have my vehichle corrected at another body shop of my choice after seeing the condition my vehichle was returned to me in. Very little pride in their work in my experience, returning a vehichle not cleaned and clearly not correct. Wish I could include photos of the vehicle on here as well.

I have to be honest, I rarely leave online reviews, be it positive or negative, but I am so impressed by my very initial communications and interactions I felt motivated to share with the local communities. I and my BMW X3 had differing opinions over the long weekend Holiday just past, regarding how not to squish a surely brain damaged squirrel (sorry Darwin!!) and also not sustain damage from a stone wall paralleling said road. Long story short, that twist and tag encounter resulted in a little major and more minor damage. The squirrel lived to torment another driver another day. I am a very recent relocatee from CA, and have been leery about a lot of body shops/service providers due to being taken advantage of in the past with no one with more knowledge than myself to provide suggestions/recommendations.I do have a BMW service provide in Hudson, MA, Bolts, that has exceeded my expectations for regular service and beyond, and it was to they that I initially reached out to. *** Go there first if you have any BMW, Mini, foreign car or any other needs,--fast, fair, honest.*** Unfortunately, they do not do body work; however, they did recommend a local, family owned operation in the next town of Marlborough they utilize extensively. After some additional research of online reviews, and with some trepidation, I called. They could NOT have been more accommodating. They actually listened to me fully, sent people out when they said they would instead of before or after, and went above and beyond by helping me run to a local market to grab some necessities, since I would be car-less and without assistance for the foreseeable future. Those of you who have been without milk, diet soda, and beer (not necessarily in that order) can totally relate. That in itself is pretty special, although it was largely on their way back to the shop with my car, but the thing that really humbled/impressed me is that the rep waited for me while I procured a few necessities AND then drove me home instead of making me walk in the downpour as I had offered/expected (hey, I was happy to get a ride one way, much less both).This is the first time I have written a review without completing the process beginning to end of interacting with a service provider, yet I feel its deserved. I cant wait to update this review or write a new one when the repairs are completed. If you are wavering on which repair shop to select, I urge you to start here first. A++++ so far, and I am a very jaded and tough audience!Good luck to all!!!UPDATE: Car is just back and they did amazing job!!! I cant speak enough about quality, price,and professionalism.
