Our car had a lot of front end damage. What a pleasure working with Al Brodeur Autobody. These guys called me every 3-4 days with an update! Usually it’s me making the phone calls to figure out what the heck is going on, but these guys were totally on top of it and called me regularly. I got the simple wash and vacuum. I figured it was simple and couldn’t go wrong. The outside looks amazing. The vacuuming was poorly done. They didn’t even bother vacuuming under the seats. Sadly my experience was ruined with this and I won’t be going back.

Al Brodeur Auto Body is an exceptionally organized and professional full-service shop for mechanical repair, autobody repair, paint and detailing. After a recent accident, they hit their deadline for delivery and kept in touch about the process the whole way. Molly Brodeur is a strong and efficient communicator both by email and phone. This was very reassuring. I asked that one small additional piece of body work be completed from a previous incident. She was accomdating. Three weeks later I had my Honda Ridgeline back in top shape. I was impressed with their project managment and delivery. I cannot recommend Al Brodeur more strongly!Heres how they go above and beyond:About 3 months after getting the car back in tip-top shape, I noticed my windshield trim was loose. I found out there are two inexpensive plastic clips that had broken. Upon calling the shop to ask if it could have happened during painting or prep work, they immediately took ownership, got new clips, and schedule a time to install the clips at my convenience.Then 5 months out my car was in for an oil change and tire rotation at another shop. They noticed that two tires were wearing differently. I recalled that all four tires were replaced after the collision, so I found it odd. I brought this to the attention of Molly an questioned how this could be happening and if my tires had a warranty. She promised to have an answer and worked with the wholesaler to discover that the Firestones tires (Destination LE2) were unique in that they had multiple tire patterns in the same make and model! She is obtaining two new tires (so all four match and wear the same) and realligning them for no additional charge.I rarely get to work with a local business that stands by their workmanship as well as Al Brodeur Auto Body does. Give them all of your business for collision repair, painting, and detailing.

Great mechanical and body shop. Fast service and quality work. Even adjusted my headlight assemblies for proper beam for free. Replaced and.painted my entire passenger side of my 4 door pickup. Mirror door glass and tires. Also rear and front chrome bumpers. Great communication! Called me about every other day with updates. Finished in about a week! Highly recommend! I have used this company for some minor auto body work and they have done a very nice job. But, my review today is about their auto detailing. I recently had my wifes 2016 Mazda detailed since I had brought my car in a couple years ago for a detail and was very very satisfied. So, here is the deal, when you pick up your car after a detail it is without a doubt as clean as a brand new car right out of the showroom. Its amazing !! They dont miss a thing. They clean things that you never thought about to clean. Worth every penny !!

From the moment the tow truck driver, Don, came to retrieve my vehicle from the accident scene, to pick up of my repaired vehicle; the employees and owner at Al Brodeurs were polite, respectful, and professional. Don went above an beyond ensuring that there was no further damaged caused to my vehicle when he removed it from the accident scene, which was pretty impressive given the position it was in (front end was wedged between a cement block and huge metal bolt in the ground). They kept me updated with the progress throughout, and even returned my rental vehicle for me. My car looked great at pick up and its running well.

Had to bring in my vehicle for repairs after a fender bender. Staff took care of everything and I was able to pick up and drop off a rental car there as well. They kept me up-to-date and informed and I just picked up my car. It looks brand new! Great people and great work.

Service was good. Cant complain. But the communication could have been better. I didnt get any text or call once my car is ready. I came to know its ready only after I called.Another surprise during delivery is they were requesting for check from insurance which I was in assumption that insurance will directly send to them.Even during the call, they didnt tell me that. Only after I reach there, they asked for it.

My husband and I have used Al Brodeurs to repair our cars, our sons cars, even my Mothers car at various times. While I realize that makes us sound like a family of terrible drivers, I would not go anywhere else for auto body work.They go way out of their way to be helpful, to keep you informed, to advocate on your behalf with insurance adjusters without being asked, and then when you get your car back its been cleaned, inside and out.They work with car rental companies as well so you dont have to worry about that detail either.Al Brodeurs Auto Body takes what is a difficult experience at best and makes it almost entirely painless.

Been my auto body guy for a very long time!

I would definitely recommend al brouders. They did numerous things to my car. I love my car. I wont let just any one work on it. My car was hit and all smashed. They fixed it and it looked better than before the accident. They even polished my head light. Cause i got one new one. They also do great car detailing. Now Im thinking about going back. I got a spoiler i need painted and put on. They are just the best around. They never push you to do anything extra. All of the workers that i have met are wonderful. I got a lot of info about what they were gonna do to my car. Molly is the ower. Shes great. Defenitly knows everything you need to know about a car. Full of helpful information.
