Mario and his team did an exceptional job repairing my 2003 Tacoma after a serious front-end collision. Not just body work, but radiator, fan, water pump and more all replaced and working flawlessly. I was extremely impressed with Mario’s communication and honesty.Because the accident happened on my way back to Brooklyn, I had MK Auto carry out repairs remotely, and I never even met Mario until pickup! This took a lot of trust for me to do but I had no choice. And my expectations were not just met, but exceeded.

This guy did some work for my wife on her car and what can I say but it was terrible. For the amount that we paid it should have been amazing but it was full of dry over spray especially on the windows. That and a lot of orange peel in the paint. I must say this shop is just another example of Marlborough ma going to hell. Just look at the list of names that leave 5 star reviews, there probably all friends. If you are not a foreigner in this town anymore you are going to get ripped off. Anyway buyer beware Mario Mendoza is an absolute joke. This place is just going to rip you off.

So far my experience with this place has been great. No bs, good explanations on options and prices. I went to a few body shops but chose this one because I got a good vibe from Mario.

Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over the car with me. I showedhim what I wanted fixed on the vehicle. He gave me options on what he needed to do in order to fix what I requested to have done to the vehicle. The estimate was much less than I had expected. I live in Braintree and the trip to Marlborough was well worth the ride. I will definitely return to MK Auto Collision LLC again

A huge thank you to Mario and MK Auto shop for their work and integrity! We had purchased a car down the street and needed to buff up 2 scratches and fix one bigger dent in a door, but we live 2 hours away from his place and he needed a couple of days to get the job done. Not only did he help us get a rental car in 2 minutes, not only was it the cheapest one we’ve heard of, but he called us the next day to say it was done, and he had worked all night to get us our new car back so we can enjoy it. No words can describe how thankful we are, he did an amazing job, the car looks spotless, and in addition, he was so nice and helpful, that i would drive all day long for that type of service!

Mario is very informative about anything & everything that needs to be done to your car. Both his staff & himself are amazing! so professional, the best customer service you could ask for. I came in for damage that had happened to my car due to an accident I was in & am leaving a new client! I was in a stressful situation where somebody hit my rear of my car one day! .I was really worried about the damage and the whole process I would take it to go through with my insurance. But they did amazing I was at ease when they explain the whole process, and how they would help me through every step of the way from taking the car apart and assess the damage, to the final paint job that would be done on my rear bumper and all steps with insurance. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch I felt like so welcomed and reassured in a stressful time. I refer all my friends to them and they also have a had great service as well! This body shop hands down has been one of the most professional body shops around and talk about the customer service! They go over and beyond amazing and outstanding work. Mario Mendoza founder and CEO of the company has done an amazing job keeping his team in line with the outcome of their work. I know personally im a picky guy about all of my cars over the years any time i have work done on my car i fall in love with my car over again after the work is completed . Awesome job you Mario and the guys over MK auto collision.

My husband just left a review however, I need to clarify two things. Not only does my brand new vehicle need a total respray because of Marios awful paint job with all the over spray in it, but the paint does not even match. Just terrible......Awful. The second thing is Marios little temper. When I first brought my vehicle there to discuss the scope of work and tell MK auto collision what I wanted done, I was just looked at like I was another dollar in the bucket to them. They were not polite and in fact very rude and when I called Mario out on it his temper started to flare up. Im going to tell all my neighbors, co workers and, my womans group to boycott this facility.

Beyond expectations! Honesty and professionalism really impressed me. I just called and they took care of the rest.

This is by far the best place I have brought my car to I just picked up my car less than an hour ago and I’m very pleased with the result Mario and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with it thank you again
