We had just left a t-mobile srore hoping to learn that the problem was something simpler, but we were told that our only option was to buy a new phone. Broke my screen on my iPhone yesterday and filed an insurance claim through at&t and was able to get it fixed less than 24 hours later! Morgan was very helpful and made the process a breeze. This is my second visit and they are consistently following COVID-19 safety requirements. There are only two guests allowed in at one time. Customers are required to wear a mask. Everything is sanitized down to the pens you use to sign your receipt. Repairs are done to satisfaction and expeditiously. Dropped off my daughters iPhone to repair screen repair was done within the hour. Can’t even tell the screen was ever cracked. Recommend the service to all. Affordable.

I dropped my phone off to get my screen replaced, and when I got back, the technician told me to go home and clamp my phone to let the glue dry, even though I left the phone with them with plenty of time to do it themselves.I did it anyways and the screen came off a week later.On a separate occasion I took an iPhone for a screen replacement, and a week later the Face ID didn’t work and my cell service no longer works. I will have to take it to a place where they have more competent technicians.I added one star because at least they’re very nice.

Need less time working on phone screens and more time working on business ethnics.Purchased a iPhone screen replacement for $290. Within 50 days a neon green line populated down the center of my screen. Knowing I hadn’t had anything stroke my phone or screen I assumed it’d be a quick replacement. Had the manager greet me and almost instantly relay the news that “it’s normal” to see and is not covered under warranty. Due to pressure from being used. It’s a iPhone. It’s function is to be pressed. Not a single cent of effort to rectify the situation other than offering me a repeat business discount and a $200 replacement. Fooled me once and won’t happen again. I would not recommend a single person give these people their business.

We called the store about fixing my brothers charging port and talked to Ben. He was so friendly and helped us right away and told us to bring it to the store. I drove an hour to get my phone fixed through our insurance. I arrived at the business and tried to check in. I was told my imei number did not match what the insurance company had put on the form. He said I need to call the insurance company to straighten it out. I was on the phone with Verizon and the insurance company for an hour in the parking lot where I learn that all the numbers matched. I go back into the store while Im on hold with the insurance company again when Morgan T. ask me if I have it straightened out. I tell him what the insurance company said and Verizon. Morgan T finally figured out he looked at the wrong number! So frustrating!!!! Not only did I loose an hour on the phone for no reason, when I came back four hours later my phone still wasnt ready.

I made the mistake of admitting that in addition to the obviously broken screen, the phone had made contact with water. An hour after dropping it off, I was informed of an additional necessary repair because the phone wasnt charging. To be clear -- the phone charges/charged perfectly fine. I simply had not charged it before dropping it off because the screen was non-functional.I needed my phone back and had already wasted time visiting this shop and waiting, so I agreed to the bogus additional charges. The guy, Aaron, mentioned that he was giving me half off the second repair. Giving me half off an unnecessary repair? How kind.

Ive had to come here to get the same phone screen fixed 3 times. The staff is nice and helpful however they clearly dont do the best job at replacing screens. Every time my screen clearly wasnt on all the way because I was able to push it down and hear it click. After the second time I had to get it fixed, thankfully they gave me a discount however the screen was installed worse than the last, and then the same for the third time. The service is good however the actual work of repairing my phone screen is horrible.

This shop replaced a cracked screen on my Pixel 3a. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Service was painless: very quick to get checked in and out and the turnaround time on the repair was surprisingly quick. Will definitely be returning if need future repairs / consultation.

I was ready to buy a new phone and the day before dropped my old one... dead. I tend to keep phones until they die so I had 5 years worth of pictures... wedding... family trips... graduations... of course not backed up... why would anyone do that??This place was able to get everything off my old dead phone... and it really didnt break my bank which I kind of expected... Beware! Do NOT take a laptop to this location. While removing malware, these people removed the recovery software then half installed Windows 8 without activating it. I was left with a useless piece of equipment.

Ive came here before and have never had a problem. Today Jeramiah helped me and it was one of my best experiences yet. He was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need your phone fixed. They were fast and efficient!

I bought a replacement battery from CompRen fours months prior to going in. The defective replacement battery was 30 days out of warranty. It was bulging so badly that the screen was in jeopardy of being cracked. The phone still worked if I kept it plugged in to an external source. I was very happy they were going to replace the defective battery at no charge & was hoping that the defective battery did not damage my phone. I was told it would be a 30 minute repair. When I came back, the owner told me “The inventory was wrong, we don’t have a battery.” He sat there with a blank stare. No ideas on how to resolve the problem. I told him that I could google “cell phone repair “, but my phone doesn’t work. In hopes of finding an iPhone battery. The owner of this business has no customer service skills. This was an easy opportunity to make this a customer service WIN for his business. But, it was going to require him to find a battery, go get the battery, and install it. That my friends is to much! I would have gladly paid him the cost of the battery. He didn’t even comprehend what I was telling him. I would avoid this place

My son is a musician shattered his phone and was a couple hours away from doing a gig that required use of his phone. Cracked the liquid glass screen protector on my iPhone 7 plus. I filled a claim with qmadix and I opted to take my phone to one of their repair locations near my home to have the screen fixed. September 9th, 2019 6ish pm came into the west Cobb location to see about getting my power supply reconnected to my PS4. I figured worst case scenario they would have to order another power supply because the one I had wasn’t connecting and I’d be out of luck for a few days.The guys were amazing, they identified the problem and were able to get the power supply I purchased online installed correctly. I ran errands and killed some time. I went back to check after just 1.5 hrs...
