Edwin And Fionn were the nicest very helpful. They help me out set up my new iPhone. While helping me out two other folks rudely interrupted and complaining to Edwin and Fionn over a silly sim card. Edwin kept his professionalism and did everything he could do in his power to help. I recommend everyone to this store they give great customer service! my family will continue to come upgrade at this store!

I would not recommend this location! The manager is uninformed and lacks good customer service skills! When management was questioned about policies he was very defensive and threatened to call the authorities! He claimed this Prime At&t store location didnt handle prepaid manners when that was a lie! I went to another Prime At&t location in the Cumberland mall and was handle right away with no altercations! I would never step foot at this location again or refer anyone!

I totally agree with the other post. Me and husband went to get some answers about upgrading a line and adding a tablet and the manager “Edwin” was so rude and denied to help us and threatened to call the cops on us. Poor costumer service and poor management. PLEASE don’t visit that store.

This place is amazing! So much knowledge and customer service! Far from the days they used to be! I literally called the store and asked if they had the Note 10+, Edwin answered the phone and proceeded to look for it because it was just released today. I asked him to hold one for me and that Id be there in less than an hour. When I showed up, I was greeted by Andrew the store manager who helped get Edwin to help me out. We started the process of getting the phone when Michael told Edwin that if I traded in my phone it would give give me store credit which to me was absolutely amazing since I needed a case, screen protector and extra charger. We found out the actual trade in value was more than expected and then I needed help spending more money that I initially didnt intend to spend but due to their due diligence and taking care of the customer the way one would want to be treated. Edwin, Andrew and Michael make it Great to be an AT&T customer! Well done guys and I hope to see yall again!

Was told a deal about paying only $50 for 500mbps so I accepted the deal but was lied to when they came in to install the internet and told me I could only receive 25mbps and now Im paying more than $50.

My mother and father are not tech savvy, however the Retails Sales Consultant, Tati was extremely helpful and walked my parents through activating their phone. She gave them helpful information and superb customer service. When she didn’t know the answer to a question, she took the time to research it and found an answer. Friendly excellent service. I was having difficulty with my phone service which Edwin helped me to resolve. Then he spent extra time making sure my phone was in great shape with a desperately needed new screen saver. ( he went the extra mile polishing my entire phone and case before he put the screen on ) I would definitely go back to him - this was my first time at the store.

I went in this location on my birthday 10/12:18 at 5:10pm to get some headphones. When I walked in I wasnt greeted by anyone. I stood there for a while with no engagement from an employee. I walked around the store to different areas and still no one asked what I was looking for or how they could help...needless to say I left with getting what I was willing to spend my money for

Retail customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Corporate not so much. I know this is a sales game but it seems like retail stores work harder, but that they actually care about customers.

There was only one employee working in the store for most of the two hours I spent in this store. While that may seem like the start of a one star review, this review is five stars because that one employee, Jesus, was amazing. He worked me through switching phones with a few complications, while also helping numerous other customers that came through in that time. He was very helpful and a lot of fun to talk to. If it werent for him, the whole time would have been excruciatingly boring.

I’m writing this to inform the people who want to choose AT&T to think twice. Even though they are world leader in communications and technology their Costomer services is awful. It seems that they are getting worse and worse instead of trying to improve. They say bunch of lies about their services and offer you a good price to make you get a service from them but after you see your bill you face with so many other charges and you see your payment it’s not what you have been told. You try to call the Costomer service and you talk with another agent and he or she would promise you to fix the issue but it will get worse. Your next bill will be more than last one. You can just try and call them few times and you ask about same plan and you will notice that each agent would offer you a different price and different plan. I believe they are told to sell the service no matter how. They don’t care about your time and your business. They don’t care how long you have been their customer the only thing their care is selling their service will a higher price.

Andrew was able to do what other AT&T stores couldnt - port my number from Google Voice to AT&T, and also gave me the best rate (military). I will always be grateful and will always go to this location and ask for Andrew.

The manager Rod was extremely helpful and got us set up with a new phone in no time. We even showed up pretty close to closing time, but they got us taken care of. Worth the drive over there.

Rep was very knowledgeable and polite. He assisted with my phone upgrade until everything was transferred and working properly.

Passing through Atlanta and needed a temporary hotspot. Andrew came up with a solution for me to do this. I highly recommend this location and Andrew for all of your cell phone needs.

Sitting here 25 minutes watching 2 Mexican employees slower than Salsa out of a bottle. Just trying to get my phone activated watching Slow and Slower--service sucks!.....waited another 25 minutes. Nothing more aggravating listening to Spanish for an hour--I left. Going to Verizon!

So many problems with AT&T in the past. Had problems getting what I needed over the phone as usual. Went into the store to have problem resolved. Andrew took more time than I could have ever expected. He went over my bill with me and saw that I was on an older plan. Andrew adjusted my plan, got me a new phone and I still was paying less than I was. I will never call AT&T again but just go straight to the store and see Andrew. Cant wait for contract with Comcast to be up. Ill be saving money with ATT tv.

I thought Xfinity support and service was bad until I experienced trying to cancel AT&T. I’ve canceled multiple times via chat on the app, phone calls, and in-store and they refuse to send me a cancellation confirmation in writing and keep billing me. The biggest hassle I’ve ever dealt with.

Michael CUT my sim card before installing it. Of course my phone did not work properly the next day. I had to go to another AT&T store to get it replaced, and my photos and contacts transferred over.I will NEVER go to this store again.

Customer service could not explain anything about the phone I was interested in. He couldnt allow a working model of the phone to be shown, only offered a phone in demo mode, which would not allow the customer to explore the device.

Just do it online. They barely even greet much less assist or sell.

These guys do a great job of handling difficult situations... I was very impressed with the managers ability to calmly handle a guy who was upset because his fraudulent company information was denied service......  about a month ago...
