Rubi helped me today and I cant believe how much time she spent explaining what options I had to upgrade my phone. She also spent a lot of time assisting in the transfer of contacts and pictures because I am technically challenged. She is a valuable employee.

First time at this particular location. Had a pleasant experience with the young man that serviced me yesterday evening (I forgot his name, so sorry...not Carlos but other representative). He made everything so quick and easy- just what I need with Covid19 and he was very knowledgeable of services and phones. I was very comfortable distance wise with this location and just overall good experience. Business phone ready! Thanks Cricket!

Obtain a used phone and needed help transferring the data from my old iPhone to a newer one. I been a Cricket customer for a number of years and as always the staff at this Marietta store couldn’t have been more accommodating today. I want to thank the staff for their help making my phone service more beneficial. I will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Dont buy any thing from this store. Thay dont take it back, even if is not working. Dont trust them. Before the purchase she said I can return the item and keep saying how good the card works but card did not work and she knows it all along. When I wanted to return it she smirk and said I didnt know, I cant take it back. Build your trust first in order to sell their junk . I have to add, read their reply, (we are sad ) another immoral respond.

I came in this afternoon to make a bill payment and add a new phone to my account Jessica helped me awesomely and was very polite. The other two young ladies were very nice in helping me with my children keeping them calm while I handled business. This location was great with helping me today I would return again and again

Stopped in with the family to change my wifes phone from MetroPCS to Cricket, the two young women that assisted us were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got candy for our kids so they enjoyed the visit. Definitely the best experience weve had at a cell phone store. Very happy with the staff at this location and they had us up and running quickly and took care of switching our existing phone over to their service.

I have used Cricket Wireless for four or more years. I dont have much bad to say about them. I have maxed out my memory. The people at this store are most helpful in getting your phone optimized for better performance even after the sale. I have 4 people on my plan plus I have hotspot on my phone today used to hook up my iPad onto. $110 monthly bill. Unlimited data that will go down in speed after so many gig.Most of the new phones have a USBC port the charge up faster but theres limited options for cables out there. One thing that I dont like about my phone hes at the camera lens hes near the corner of the phone so sometimes I get my finger in the picture. My next phone will have the camera lens in the middle.

Do not go to this store. I bought some bluetooth headphones and the next day they didnt work. Static on one side and they would not take them back or give a refund. Had to call my bank and report them.
