I just went to this location because I was getting a new line for myself as well as a new phone and the experience was wonderful! Diamond was so helpful and walked me through absolutely everything. She was extremely kind and took her time with everything every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her to anybody needing any type of help. I will be sure to go to her if I need anything else. 10/10 employee. Whilst I was there, Jonathan also helped 2 customers the best way he could. He was super helpful towards them as well as kind. This store is just so great. 10/10 store!!!

I went in there because I was having issues with my phone and wanted to know if there’s anything we can do about it. The manager Schon who was super sweet and friendly. She went through my options and got me a new iPhone 12 with their current promotion and traded in my old phone. The whole staff was courteous and professional. Unfriendly and impatient customer service. Lacks basic knowledge about service they provide. What he could not do, another store couple of miles down the road did it five minutes.

I was having trouble with my phone with all kinds of pop ups and unwanted ads so I stopped at this location. Damien greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. Within a few minutes he had my phone up and running and no pop-ups or ads have come back on my phone since seeing him. When I was leaving I even asked if they could take tips and he told me just to go online and leave the store a review. Damien offered great customer service! That will be my new T-Mobile location! Thanks to Damien and T-Mobile because it is hard to find great customer service these days!

This store needs better employees, they dont have phones in stock. And the customer service SUCKS !

I absolutely hated this store. Wouldve given a 0 (or even a negative) star if I could. The associates (including manager) didnt know how to help a T-Mobile customer without T-Mobile ONE plan to get the deals. It was so annoying and frustrating to spend hours and not get any help. The manager, especially, was not willing to use his brain and help out. Seemed like he just wanted to help the customers that didnt have complex problems. Existing T-Mobile ONE customers had great, fast service but us, who are on old Simple Choice plan, had to contact 611. Both the associate and customer service rep gave different answers to the problem. HATED THE PLACE. WORST T-Mobile STORE TO EVER EXIST

Was very pleased with the service i received from the location. Store is under new management for the past 4 months, and everyone is really friendly & knowledgeable, love this store, will go back and upgrade my phone when is due and send all my friends to their store.

Just moved to GA and this is the best T-Mobile store ive been in to! Very helpful

If there was a negative i would make it that rate... recently they have hired a lot of new people and the people they have hired are very rude and very clueless about policies and products ... i rather drive to johnson ferry or cobb parkway to the whole store than this place... People have attitudes and ignore you and some were even cussing up a storm to each other while we were in there...

Mitizi was very unhelpful and answered every question with a Rude tone and a response that was I guess you need to call 611 nothing for sure and refused for help and rushed me out . I was going to purchase a new phone but this location is not going to have my buisness.Avoid this location if you can.

I would give a negative star if I could. Arrogant and rude store manager. The manager is clueless about customer service. He refused to review the documents and had a threatening attitude. Unfortunately, I cant file an official complaint with T-Mobile.

Worst t-mobile store EVERFirst time I went there to buy a new I5 & a GS4. Guess what? None in stock. They would have to order them. Why wouldnt the #1 and 2 phones on the market not be in stock? Cmon. Next, they could not tell me the differences between the GS4 and the HTC One. They also advised that Blackberry was making a comeback. Huh? So I asked if they had 5 certain apps which I USE. Out of the 5, only 3 are supported. And these are not games, they are business apps for auto sales.Next time I went over there, they would not price match a case for my GS4 with Best buy. In this day and age, everybody pricematchesStill I gave them a 3rd shot. I needed a new Sim card for my sons iphone. Called T-Mobile support and they advised that even an authorized dealer would give me one for free. They would not honor that. I usually only give good reviews but they SUCK
