Incredible experience! Both on the phone and in person, its obvious that the employees here are super knowledgeable, and werent trying to shake me down for anything extra. Had a charging issue, and he could see what was going on right away. Asked if he could take a look and clean it if needed. The clean was very quick, and did wonders for my phone. Before, it had to sit at a perfect angle to connect, now it can be suspended upside down by the charging port. Since the fix was so quick, they didnt even charge me. Ill definitely be coming back any time I need more serious repairs.

Came in for a screen protector replacement and was met with two friendly employees. They took my phone right back and it didn’t take more than ten minutes. Recommend them to all my friends who need their phones repaired!

I brought in my note 20 ultra to have my screen changed while it was under warranty. I went in there 3 times and they made several excuses and telling me I had issues with my motherboard when it was clearly the screen. Finally on the third time going in, they told me I could not fix my screen under warranty because of a scratch less then 1 inch on the screen. They claimed it was a crack, which it clearly was not. They told me I could go to another ubreakifix and they would say the same thing. So I had to drive 20 minutes to a different ubreakifix shop and they said this shop was completely wrong. The new ubreakifix shop I went to said they would gladly change it and have it done same day under warranty. DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people have no clue what they are talking about. Even the employees from the different ubreakifix shop said these people do not know what they are doing.

This place is great! They are quick to diagnose and then solve the problem! My phone had a charging issue .. turns out the port just needed a good cleaning. In and out in under five minutes .. happy customer here!

I was unable to charge my iPhone because one of my kids had stuck something deep in the charging port. Brandon used his tools and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me a dime! Great customer service; very efficient!

This place is fantastic. Brendon is super patient and helpful. Service was quick and because they work with Verizon, the fix was under warranty and free.

I took my pixel here because Google told me they would warranty. They told me they couldnt warranty it so I sent it to Google who fixed it no questions ask. These guys dont seem to want to do warranty work, just send your pixels straight to Google for a better experience.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. I had some very minor water intrusion (moisture built up in camera lenses) and they said it would be around $100 to dry everything out. After 5-10 minutes, they came back and said I needed to replace my screen and my cameras and it would be $600+ to fix everything. Took my phone elsewhere to get a second opinion and they fixed everything for less than $50. The place that fixed it said my water damage indicators weren’t red and everything looked fine. They cleared my camera lenses and my phone works fine now. This place is a SCAM!

Very pleased with my experience with this place. The manager (forgot his name) was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most importantly he fixed my I-phone quickly as I waited.

I just took my dead phone into their shop and they, probably through some special magic or sorcery, where able to revive the darned thing. They talked me through the entire process. Plus, they are just a great group of people. Really nice. No judgments on me dropping my phone into wet sand.

One exception is if you ask the cost of repairing the back and they say same, that really means in addition to [cost of the front]. Honest mistake. Good value. Very friendly service. Both my fixer Josh and Morgan my cashier were awesome! I went there to fix a cracked screen display for my Note 9 on liquid glass warranty and ShaBam! New screen in under 2 hours. Love love love these guys. Samsung recommended this company on their website and I can see why! I even got a free battery to boot! What?!

Just went in to get a new screen protector. Mine was 1-1/2 years old and did it’s job. They asked me if I had gotten it there (I did) and they replaced it free no questions asked and with an incredible customer service attitude and smile. Phone problems? This is the spot!!!!

On 2/19/21 we brought a Pixel 3a in to have the screen repaired. Cost $150 (1/2 the price of a new phone) and took a few hours to complete. The gentleman I worked with named Logan was pleasant and helpful. When I was leaving he said bring it back if in the next 90 days anything goes wrong the screen and well take care of it.2/20/21 - A little over 12 hours later a crack developed under the surface of the screen and the display quit working (but the phone still vibrated). The phone wasnt dropped and the only thing we did was put the case back on the phone. There was no damage on the external screen (entire thing is smooth to the touch) and it looks like a pressure crack, most likely from a misaligned screen replacement.Took it back to the store and they claimed it was our fault and we would have to pay (with a discount) to get it fixed... again. Having us over a barrel, we paid the $40 repair for the second screen.When we went to pick up the phone, the gentleman put the case back on the phone for us and the screen cracked again... They swapped out the screen for us and we decided to order a new case.2/22/21 - The attached picture is the state of the phone this morning with the screen separating from the phone. Took it back into the store and they informed us that the frame was bent and said we knew this because in their notes they mentioned it during the initial consult...Obviously, we were never told this. I wouldnt pay $150 for just the screen if the frame was bent and would just keep cracking screens and I wouldnt pay $300 to fix both, when I can buy a new phone for that price.What kind of racket is this?Suffice to say, this hasnt been a stellar experience. I am definitely not satisfied with their service and strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Next time, Ill take it to a legitimate repair company, one that actually takes pride and ownership over their work.

Awesome experience! We had an iPad that I thought we could never use again. Turns out, there was just a broken piece of charger in the charge port. uBreakiFix East Cobb did not charge me to diagnose and fix the problem. They also worked with me on issues related to several Nintendo Switch joy-cons. They are great about just talking out the possible issues with you and they dont charge you if they cant fix the problem. Their prices seem reasonable. Im so grateful to have found this resource for our electronics!

I highly recommend! This will be my first stop if I have any electronic repair issues.I had a problem with a SIM card stuck inside an iPhone. Apple stores are closed due to COVID. Went to Verizon, they said “we can’t do anything”. I went to two different cell phone repair shops and they said “we can’t do anything” and “maybe when my boss is here tomorrow she can fix it”. I came here, literally took 2 minutes and he had it fixed, didn’t charge me anything because he said it took him no time. Awesome customer service and honest. And apparently they are smarter than the other area cell phone repair shops.

Logan and Jefferson were really great. They were both very professional and had cheery dispositions. They made getting my phone fixed easy! I came in needing a new battery for my Pixel 1 phone. I was informed that with this model phone, while they can replace the battery, doing so has a 40-60% chance of damaging the display (and then thus needing to replace that at an additional cost). I completely understood and was glad I was informed of this risk in advance. But I was especially pleased and impressed that they were very careful and were able to install a new battery without damaging the display! Thank you! My phone is happy again and me too! 🙂

UBreakiFix should be called UbreakWebreakevenworse. We brought a functional Nintendo switch in with a cracked screen that worked just fine on the dock. After 6 weeks of we just ordered another part and phone calls every week, they gave us back a switch that no longer worked at all. They helpfully didnt charge us for breaking out device.ATT insurance had us bring my daughters iPhone in for a screen replacement. They took our working phone and returned it to us broken. As a bonus, they didnt close the Asurion ticket correctly and Asurion offered to let us pay $300 for their mistake. I also had to call Asurion 3 times, all because uBreakiFix screwed up the repair ticket.Theyre always incredibly nice, pleasant people to call and interact with, but they have literally broken every single thing theyve touched. Its hysterical.

I went in on a Saturday morning to have a ipad screen repaired and was told it would take 2-3 days to repair and that they would call me when finished. It turns out that they were done the same day 2 hours after I left and nobody notified me of this and it is Monday... I also called another location in their franchise located in Alpharetta which quoted me $20 cheaper for the same repair.. Their response was that they use higher quality product which makes no sense since they are the same company. Consistency is key when I give my business to someone. Next time I will shop around a little before coming here.

I took a samsung galaxy s9+ in because the charge port was not staying connected. They said they thought a thorough cleaning would do it. After 20 minutes they said a pin was bent and would work for a while but probably would go back to what it was doing. They said they could replace the c port and it would be 2 hours. I felt the price was reasonable and they had ot done when o got back..totally happy customer here

I took my android tablet here because the sign outside says they fix tablets. When I brought my lg tablet in to see if they could fix, he told me they dont fix android tablets because its not worth the cost. He was nice. I just wish they would change their sign saying they fix tablets.

First let me say that the young man at the front is very helpful and has a great attitude. Beyond that, I am greatly disappointed. I have a google pixel and also have a warranty, and this is who the warranty uses for repairs. My husband had his phone repaired here no issues awhile ago. My screen cracked, but worked fine after other than the cracked screen there were no other issues. I had it repaired at UBreakiFix Sandy Springs, and since then have had so many issues. The front camera doesnt work, the microphone doesnt work so people cant hear me with phone calls, and Im not receiving texts. I took it back up to have it fixed again and I was told today that my warranty is void bc there is a small chip in the back glass of the phone that shows impact damage and therefor they dont claim the issues they caused repairing my phone. I have no reason to pawn off damage to them if I actually caused it, so this is very frustrating. At this point I am half way to a new phone if I decide to pay the deductible again, which I wont. Beware if you have any issues from them repairing, dont take your phone back up with even a scratch so they cant say its not their issue, how convenient. Wont ever use them again.

I needed an iPhone 6s screen fixed and a new battery. They were able to fix it in less than an hour late on a Saturday. The tech even took the time to explain to my son the importance of keeping the charging port clean. The price was right, and the tech was incredibly friendly. The phone is in great shape now. I was very pleased.

Asurion doesnt tell you as part of the repair process youll have to provide uBreakiFix your phone password. Thats not uBreaks staffs fault, and Im not upset at them for it.I AM extremely dissatisfied by them checking my phone in before telling me this requirement, then 3 hours later (after Ive removed all work-related material from the phone in question since I cannot legally give them access to it) when I return to drop it off, only THEN telling me to re-submit the claim entirely because they had already checked the phone in and missed the time window.Oh, youll need to call and resubmit it.On my phone thats broken?Oh, and it may take 30 minutes to show up in our system.Right.I appreciate how patient their staff is with folks that arent technical, and thats important customer service, but Ill never engage with them again following this. An entire day wasted on this garbage because they didnt give me the information I needed originally when first coming there.

Really good experience. Pixel 4 needed a speaker fixed in warranty. Brought it in. No fuss. No muss. No upselling. The young guys seemed to know what they were doing and were a lot more professional than I was at that age.And; the phone now works.

My mother recently went here to get her phone fixed and had an amazing experience! She had Morgan taking care of her and he was incredibly generous, worked extremely fast, and was so kind-hearted. The fix all in all took less than two minutes (there was a piece of debris blocking her charging port, preventing her from being able to charge her phone) and he didnt charge her just because it was such a tiny fix. So generous and speedy! Definitely the place to go if you need your phone fixed. My mom is ecstatic. Im sure she saved at least 50 bucks. :)

These guys did such a great job. I have insurance through Verizon. I broke the front glass of my phone, so I put in a claim to get it fixed. Putting in the insurance claim was a huge nightmare, so I thought getting the screen replaced was going to be the same. The employees were so nice and fast with my screen replacement. I am so happy I was referred here. They did such a great job.

This was my first ipad spattering experience, thanks to my daughter. They were awesome at keeping me posted on a timeframe, and let me know when they needed to order an additional part, and the timeframe extended. Very polite. An efficient 30 minute errand turned into a stressful course of 24 hours because of a particular technician at this location.I was traveling through Marietta and decided to check and see if I could have my battery replaced real quick before I headed back to school 2 hours away. The technician assured me he would be done in 30 minutes, and I assured him I would be back to pick it up before my road trip.The technician closed the store before I could pick my phone up, and I was left without my only form of communication when traveling back and maneuvering through campus by myself the next day. This put me in a dangerous situation as a young female woman, especially after one of my classmates reported someone following her home from campus just two days prior. I explained my worries to Jennifer at their corporate location and she told me I would be fine, I can always wave down a car off the side of the highway if something happens.I was put in a situation where I had to drive for two hours in the dark trying to look at paper GPS instructions because I was without my form of navigation, and I also had to unpack my car by myself on a college campus without any form of communication. The technician claimed he tried to contact me through email, but I NEVER received any form of communication for his reasoning as to why I was not allowed to pick up my phone. Please consider another repair store if you want sympathetic customer service. Better care should be taken when youre a business dealing peoples forms of communication.UPDATE: I attempted to pick up my device at 5 PM.

Id like to give them an extra half star but cant. The only reason for the loss of a 1/2 a star was because of the price. I thought it was a little too much just a swap out a screen that took 5 minutes to do. These folks did an excellent job repairing a dead spot on the touchscreen on my Samsung s9 phone. Product was covered under warranty still and they explained to me what they were going to do and ways that I could improve my battery life by adjusting some apps that were on my phone. The repair took about 2 hours and Im back to running like new.

Took a month after I gave these guys my sons Xbox to tell me that they cant fix it, then I went to pick it up a month later as I dont live in the area and I felt no need to rush to pick something up that does not work and they told me that its been more than a month and its probably not here which I was never told, Logan goes in the back and sees it and then my son game is missing from inside the console, I then call Logan and I ask him if they have the game or if any notes were taken, he says no and it says in the noted that I told them not to call me again, which I know nothing about, obviously there is a thief and liar working in there, dont be fooled with these guys polite voices there full of bs

I brought my work ipad mini into this location. The mini screen was not broken, but it did have color lines running across it. I made an appt online to have my ipad fix. It was in March when the state started to shut down. They call me and let me know what was wrong and that they need to order a part for repair. They called again to let me know the part was going to take awhile to arrive. No problem because we did not need it for an event. I went back to drop off my sons phone and asked about my mini. They said they called me several times and then listed my item as abandoned. I never received multiple calls and never received email. I want my companys ipad mini back.

STAY AWAY!! My wife took an iPhone in to fix a camera issue. They replaced the proximity sensor, but it didnt fix the problem so they put it back together and didnt charge her. Got home and the vibrator wasnt working so she brought it back. They opened it up to show her how it wasnt their fault and just a coincidence, but they could diagnose the problem for a fee. She said no. Got home and now the touchscreen is unresponsive. So now I have to go up there and argue with them how this also isnt their fault and just a coincidence. Went from a perfectly good phone that had some focus issues to a brick. Expensive mistake!EDIT: I took the phone back and they replaced the touchscreen and also fixed the vibrator at no charge. Nick was very polite and professional. However, after returning home we discovered that the headphone jack isnt working properly. I understand that when taking apart a phone there is a risk, but to have three different things fail I feel is a bit much. We are going to cut our losses and move on.

We recommend this place very highly! Logan and Alex are terrific with computer repair and their customer service is great. I was nervous going anywhere since most places up-charge you, but they did only what was necessary to get our two computers working like new!

My mother came in here for an emergency fix on her phone. It turned out to be a staple stuck in the charging port. The guy didnt charge her, was polite and made her very happy and relieved because she needs the port to do business for her work.Unreasonable reviews are the vocal minority in a sea of good reviews. Ive been here twice. A year ago, I came in with a cracked screen. I was told they had to order a new screen but couldnt guarantee if it would work. I went to the mall instead and got it replaced easily. Came in again today. I asked for a privacy screen and the guy asked me what it was because he didnt know. Both times there was a guy in the back room the employees would ask questions to about the problems. You cant see the guy, but you hear his voice. Went to the mall again and got the screen I needed. Please hire competent people who know the products and can answer questions if the VOICE in the back cant be bothered to face the costumers. I live in the area and wouldnt recommend your store to anyone.
