I love their wig selection and prices are very good. I always pay between $25 and $60 for their half wigs. Synthetic or synthetic and human blend. Great quality, and I always get compliments. They have everything you need from hair to clothes and shoes and everything in between and they are friendly.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to this location on 3/16/21 and made a purchase for $14.06 (13.26 + .80 taxes). The man who checked me out was not friendly and didnt speak, he just began ringing up my items. I paid with my debit card and left. This morning I looked at my banking app and they charged me $17.06. I go grab my receipt and it said $14.06 to make sure I wasnt tripping. So why was I charged $17.06, I was very upset that not only were thier customer service poor but they also stole $3.00 from me. If you do SHOP HERE check and keep your receipts especially if you used a card. I will never shop here again.

He went through this whole spill about why he couldnt give me a discount, because I wasnt working in a shop at the moment (due to Covid). I have NEVER had to go threw all that just to get my discount for being a licensed Cosmetologist, which I went went to school, got my hours, and took both test to get licensed! I earned that! I requested a hair that was dyable to match my hair and then purchased both, the hair she insured me is human and dyable AND the dye, and the price was worth the outcome that I desired. I dyed my hair then the human hair tracks to find the hair melting and falling off the wefts...$150 worth of hair I JUST bought and I was assured it was human hair. HUMAN HAIR DOES NOT MELT AND FALL OFF WEFTS UPON DEPOSITING COLOR., MY HAIR WAS FINE BUT THE TRACKS DESTROYED. No problem, I thought, I JUST bought them and spoke specifically with the lady so I will just return the damaged hair back and show her this is not real hair and get my money back. The SAME WOMAN WHO SOLD ME $150 worth of Fake product looked me in the eyes as if she never sold me he hair or suggested that this i what I should purchase. She treated me like I was a low life requesting my money back and treated me like I was panhandling asking for my money back. Needless to say I lost 150 dollars from the moment I left her store and went home to dye my hair. 150$ GONE IN MINUTES WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT AND A WOMAN TREATING ME LIKE I WAS STREET RUBBISH. Came by on the 11th of April 2020 to the owner (guy) harassing and yelling at this poor lady who wasn’t giving any trouble. The lady was just trying to put some stuff back to lower her price, but the guy steady called her a problem over and over and caused a scene. Meanwhile, the customer is being 100% respectful and apologizing for her just trying to be able to pay for her items. As the customer is walking out the owner steady follows her out harassing and yelling at her . He then tells her to never come back and says he will call the police to which she responded “for what?” Due to the fact she has done nothing wrong the entire time. He then says he’s gonna accuse her of stealing and I personally just don’t understand why the disrespect was present in an OWNER. If you’re going to own a business, you learn respect . I’m glad the lady kept her composure and didn’t act back out at him cause God knows what else the owner would try to tag her as. When the lady left she proceeded to state “Thank you sir, I apologize if I caused you a problem. Have a good day.” Honest to God the most respectful lady I’ve ever seen in a situation where she was wrongly accused. I am so sorry that she had to deal with that. The store has everything you need but the most disrespectful business I have ever witnessed.

I had a horrible experience at this store on this evening 10/18/19. I attempted to exchange some braiding hair for a shorter length that was the same brand. The lady in the store made the process extremely difficult. 1st she told me I could exchange it, then she disputed the fact that the store sold that brand of hair so I couldnt exchange it. Needless to say after getting the braider who frequents the store on the phone and acting crazy I was allowed to exchange the hair and purchase additional products. The lady later called the braider after I left the store because it was then that she realized that they do sell the hair. I have never in my entire life been disrespected and made to be as cheap as I did in this moment. Never again will I shop here. $10 worth of product should never cause a business to lose a customer. Never again. 😡

I was overcharged for my purchase. The guy knew what he was doing because he took my card from my hand to slide it. He did not do that to my boyfriend. There is another review on here saying that they did the same to her. I did not receive a receipt so if I hadnt checked my bank statement, I wouldnt have known. They must think black people are dumb and they are clearly racist. Why open a store in a black neighborhood if you are going to scam people? The lady was understanding when I called but they should have been honest. If I dont recieve my money back and a receipt, Im filing a report.

Customer service isnt the greatest, but I always find what I need. There is a small language gap, which may be the reason for the not so great customer service. This store is reasonable in pricing and have a decent selection. The random homeless looking old guys standing and sitting around the outside of the store is a little uncomfortable, but Ive seen and felt worst.

Just witnessed a customer refusing to show her bag to the owners when the alarm system went off.. they asked her multiple times. The customer rather see the security tape.. which takes longer.. the customer said multiple times she didnt steal anything and gave the excuse of the bag being her personal bag so she couldnt steal anything.. a bag is a bag. A pocket is a pocket. Just because its a personal storage compartment doesnt mean they have the right to refuse a check..And honestly if she didnt steal anything, what problem does she have for them checking the bag? Save so much time and doesnt cause a scene. Lady, get your head straight. Apparently she does hair.. she just missed out on a lot of discounts, as I get them.

Today I falsely got accused of stealing some make up in this store. $4 worth of foundation when I had way more expensive hair products in my hand. Falsely accused no apologies, no nothin to admit that they were wrong. I have shopped here several times but I will refuse to give these people my money. If I as a black women cant reach in my purse and answer my phone without falsely being accused of stealing then I will happily take my business to the thousand other beauty supply stores around the corner. They sell to black people but dont respect them. Im good. Took all my strength not to drag the owner lady across the floor for her accusations but its cool bc I will continue to drag her all over social media
