First time going to the store. I called ahead before getting there And they had what I needed in stock. Once I got into the store I was greeted with a young lady which was very helpful. I told her I was the one that called and she took me right to the product that was looking for. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They are so extra with thinking someone is trying to take something out that store. PLEASE give me a break...I will never go back there again. Racial profiling at its best. Spend your money elsewhere, is my advice. Somewhere there happy to see you come in. Because here you just wont feel comfortable 😕

Every time I have visited, for the last ten years, I’ve always received such beautiful welcoming and love here. The owner and workers are very helpful and make sure you can find what you’re looking for and need. Very pleasant business that deserves all the attention in the world! Especially the very hype guy who always has your back to make sure your questions are answered and that you get the stuff that’s best for you!! The young ladies are super sweet and the I assume owner has always been so courteous towards me . Thank you guys for being awesome!

I have been going to Golden Beauty for years! They have everything from hair to accessories. Their customer service is phenomenal, whenever I need help or advice on what to purchase they are right there to help. There quality of hair they have in stock is amazing with unbeatable prices. 100% recommend.

I gave 4 stars because the staff is amazing! Ive been here 3 or 4 times, looking around and once I purchased a ponytail. Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They dont rush you, but assist you with your needs. I wouldve like to have seen more of a variety in the wig dept (colors & styles)... Overall, for the size of the store, not bad!

The owner have no since of ownership over his mistakes. He placed the incorrect item in my bag and would not give me the correct item and requested I re-pay and purchase what I already purchased! I was excited about it but had to pass on this owners mistake!

Ive only great things to say about this Beauty Supply Store. They have a huge variety of hair products and related accessories. The store personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will not shop anywhere else now that Ive found Golden Beauty!

Didnt like it. Cheap chinese products sold inside.I was told I needed a license to shop in here.Try Ulta or Sallys Beauty Supply for better products and customer experience.

Hated it!!! As usual Asian folks dont do returns and thats fine but no exchanges either on things that arent open. Theyll never get any of my business again and body else I know if I can help it!!!
