Doesnt open on time. Some of us rely on punctuality because we have other things to do than to be waiting on a suite to open LATE

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for help and opinions on products and trying to find products. Both girls stayed behind the register and were not helpful. Didnt want to speak to me at all. Couldnt locate an item and they wouldnt show me directly only would point. I said I think I am blind? I cant find it!. The associate said You Are! OMG are you kidding me! No customer service at all. I worked in retail/sales for over a decade. These girls were lazy, rude and not helpful at all. I spent almost 40.00 on products with no help! The store could have made even more if they were Nice, helpful and answered my questions. oh! And when she asked me if I had a Sallys card I said no. I asked if there was a cost to sign up and I could feel her disparity and aggravation of me just being at her counter. Never Ever will I spend another dollar at this location. Hire competent people who know the products without A lazy and rude attitude please!!

Lady manager who works here is extremely rude. Needed help and she was on her cell phone the whole time! So sorry 🤷‍♀️ you don’t like your job! I almost bought the wrong product and had to call a friend, who was way more help!

All the reviews of customer NO service, are true. Its as if being customer oriented will cause excruciating pain to the employees.

I have been to this location twice (months apart) and both times the same young woman was working at check-out. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She doesn’t greet you, make eye contact, speak or have any manners. If you hate your job that much you need to quit. There are too many people in need of a job who would be grateful to have a job for her to be working there acting like she’s too good to be there or even say hello or have a nice day. I will not be going back.

Terrible customer service. I just left, and the associate was way more concerned with her personal phone call than assisting me. I have NO CLUE how people with little to no customer service skills keep jobs.

As the other reviewers have stated, this store has TERRIBLE customer service. I have gone into this store three times and each time I was met by a rude and nasty store MANAGER, Lashunda. I have called Sallys customer service line three times about this manager and each time, my complaint was ignored/swept under the rug. Every time that I have gone in I am not acknowledged nor am I asked if I need assistance. She doesnt greet you, she just stares past you, she doesnt say a WORD, she doesnt ask you if you need assistance,...and this is the store MANAGER. Sally Beauty should be embarrassed that this type of employee is allowed to still be employed with the company after all the complaints. I no longer shop at that particular location but seeing as this has been a continued problem with NO movement from the company, I am hesitant to give them any of my money.

Horrible service. The sister that works In there need to be fired. Very bad attitude and I plan to call corporate, she needs an attitude adjustment or she needs to be fired ASAP
