They never have anything. From gels/edge controls, to hair extensions, loc extensions, braiding hair, etc. I would NOT come here. They need to upgrade their products.

Not a whole lot of selection unless youre looking for a wig. Then they have a ton. The guy working on the register is really nice though.

Rude voice tone-- its like your bothering them if you ask questions about the product.3. Over price products.As consumers we have to be more aware of where we are spending our money. If the people that own the shop or not willing to give us friendly informative customer service about the products they are selling we should take our business elsewhere. Where it would be appreciated. I would give them negative stars if I could. Now I drive a little further to cobb parkway where my business is more appreciated. I will never shop at the place ever.

I have visited this store a few times and ordinarily would not leave a negative review to a small business owner. However the female owner is very rude, dishonest, dismissive and condescending. It’s amazing they are still in business with the lack of respect and basic human decency that are basically FREE. She has zero patience and I gave her a pass a few weeks ago and chalked it up as language barrier. However she has consistently shown a plain disregard for courtesy and humility in speaking with me. I tried on a wig and wanted to make the purchase and she proceeded to bag up the wig that was on display and I politely asked her for a new wig or discount the display. She immediately got defensive and tried to tell me some BS that the wig on display was opened just this morning. The problem is she obviously forgot I came into the store a few days ago and looked at the exact same wig that was on display - we even had a full blown conversation about it. The display wig was a bit frizzled and although I do prefer my wigs to look a little worn vs crisp out of the package I did not appreciate her blatant lie about it was just opened today. When I called her out on it she started mumbling under her breath and with an attitude she proceeded to go get a new one. The second issue is the price she rung up for the wig was higher than what she quoted two days ago.I reminded her that I didn’t need to patronize her business and there were other stores in the area. It’s sad you have to remind business owners of what should be obvious- I did end up buying the wig because I do find that the store carry good brands.However, it will be my last visit as I refuse to spend my money where I’m not respected.I would not recommend shopping here if respect and customer service are important to you. If you don’t need assistance and just want to walk in and get what you need then I would say they carry good products. Hopefully the owners will begin to reevaluate how they interface with their customers because why go into business if you don’t care about customer service?

I wish I would have read these reviews before I went in the store today and wasted my money!! When I say horrible I mean the customer service was horrible!!! Every one in there was extremely rude except 1 new girl who got fussed at for helping me pick out hair!!! I purchased one pack of xpressions hair after being followed and harassed in the store. I asked the lady could she open it for me so I could make sure it was the right color she asked me why and suggested that I go to another store. Being that I really needed it I purchased the hair I got home took the hair out the pack it was horribly tangled!!! There was no way I could put the hair to use!!! I ended up throwing the whole pack away and going to a beauty supply near me to buy another pack!!! I suggest no one to shop at this store!!! And I will be blasting this on social media as well!! If I would have known I would have never stepped a foot in that store!!

Affordsble pricez snd sn amazing selection of wigs and etc. Stop by and visit the best me and my daughter have natural hair, so shopping thats cost effective is what I like especially if it allows me to get quality products for a good price. #Respectful #positive

So I bought some hair for extensions earlier, and before purchasing I specifically asked if I could return it if it remained unopened. The woman at the store assured me that as long as I didnt curl it (really not sure why I would do that) I could return it.So I bring it home, get a closer look at it in better lighting and realize its not the correct color, length, type, texture, etc. At the time that was the best they had in the store, but I went online and found exactly the hair I needed. So I go back to the store and my friend who just so happens to be Korean walked in while I was arguing with her. They actually has a discussion in Korean about me returning my unused unopened purchase. No such luck. Dont straight up lie to your customers.Like, yeah I get that its my fault for buying something I thought wouldnt work in the first place but I was promised I would be able to have my purchase refunded. 0/10

Dont spend your money here. They are rude and have very poor customer service. The woman owner is especially rude. She makes all sort of assumptions on the amount you want to spend. I have never been to a retailer that treats customers with such condescension. Its almost as if she doesnt want to make a sale.Her behavior is especially shocking because im the most easy going person.

This is the closest Beauty supply store to my home so I have stopped in a few times. This time, I was trying wigs and it will be the last visit. The woman, apparently the owner, knows nothing about the products she sells. When I told her what I was looking for, she continued to show me others. I was looking for a wig that was similar to the one I was wearing. She says, oh your natural hair color is not like that, so you should choose this one. Apparently she doesnt know that some people wear wigs as a fashion statement and its not always to match your natural color, give me a break lady! If you dont know the business youre in, hire a qualified black person who does. Also check your attitude and understand that there are other beauty supply stores close by with better prices.

I bought several packs of Xpression hair from here. My hair stylist opened up the packs of hair and she told me that this is not real. She started opening up all of them and the quality was so bad that it tangled out the pack. I had to just use the hair because I needed to get my hair done. It was so horrible that I took it out the next day. The lady that works there didnt even let me look at the hair, just rushed me to the counter to pay. I am so disappointed, I wish I looked at the reviews. This should be illegal !!!

I spent 46.00 here... I stayed in the front of the store with the make up (im a beginner so i was googling everything) i was definitely there about 30 minutes. About 3 other women walked in and as soon as they did they walked right back out. I mean the woman there was overly agressive with them. How can i help u? What u looking for? Right behind their every move.. Smh stay out the neighborhood if you scared we gone take something. Love our dollars hate us. Never again.

They yell at you if you cant make up your mind on what you want. Save your money and save yourself a headache and go else where. Seriously.

This place is RIDICULOUS! I asked if I could return the hair and they said yes. I bought some crotchet braids and it wasnt the right hair that I bought. I spent $50 on hair thats not even right. I have the receipt and everything and theyre telling me their machine doesnt do refunds. Its ridiculous. I will never shop here again!
