Great/ Awesome services. I have been to two separate shops on powder springs to only be given a outrageous repair bill and to be told if I leave there shop I will damage the engine or something worst to my car. I paid there company diagnostic fee of 125 and 115 compare to Drivers Automotive 90 dollars fee. Drivers Automotive actually found the issue and repaired it in a much cheaper price and a quality work. I love how honest Anthony and James where to me they explained what was wrong and whats needed to fix the issues.. They also pointed out somethings to prepare for in the future that would need to be fix but not at this time.forever be my go to shop for repairs and the Awesome 15 dollars emissions test.

This shop was referred to me by a long-time friend so I brought a couple vehicles here for repair & maintenance and will now continue to use them for future needs. Prices are competitive, even on major repairs where most places on this side of town over-charge. Friendly & fast service with great communication. Great location & easy to find. Highly recommended!

After an $100 A/C test was told the compressor needs to be replaced. A $551 repair. The car keeps overheating. After coming back complaining 3 times no one checked the compressor just keep giving new repairs to make. Compressor caused my Serpentine belt to break. Finally got the compressor replaced. Only to be told the condenser needed to be replaced. Which should of been disclosed to me before I invested $551 for a compressor thinking that would fix my A/C. Anthony doesnt care about loyal customers only trying to get over and rip people off. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST. ALBEN IS NO LONGER THE OWNER. COMPANY IS FULL OF LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a joke, I went here because it was up the street from my home. Descent prices but they never fix the problem that I came there for😖😖. Took it to another mechanic place that I always go to when I have time to go 35 min away from my house and was told they were ripping me off. Anthony is terrible and the manager is awful as well. During trying times like this you count on reliable business, not the place run far as you can.

OVERPRICED! Avoid this shop that is no longer ran by Alben. The new owner Anthony only cares about ripping his customers off.I brought my car in for a tuneup and oil change. At other shops this would typically cost between $200-$250. This shop charged me $440. Travelled from the other side of town with hopes of establishing a dependable shop.I repeat for those that knew Alben and his quality of work and loyal customers. ALBEN IS NO LONGER THE OWNER.

Great repair shop I love this place

I was reccomended this shop by my boyfriend. I dropped my car off at 8am and went about my day, i got a call about midway through the afternoon. Alben called to let me know the dealership didnt give me all of the parts I needed so he had to get some more which, he informed me of the price and his timing on which my car would be finished. I thought that was so kind and professional to keep me updated and to help me get the parts I needed. My car was done around the time he promised, again, I was impressed. I really appreciate the customer service by Alben and his crew. I would 100% recommend this shop, hes trustworthy and does great work!!

I have not personally used Drivers Automotive for any services on my vehicle but I will now! The other day I was driving my brand new car and after taking it to Tires Plus to get something looked at they forgot to put my radiator cap. Long story short my engine almost blew due to coolant spewing all over the place. I had to make an emergency stop and noticed Drivers Automotive across the street. I ran over and asked Alben, the owner, if he or someone could run over with me just to take a look and make sure nothing else was wrong. Alben personally drove me back over and then drove me to Autozone to buy a new cap and coolant and drove me all the way back and helped me back on the road. I offered some sort of payment multiples times but he declined stating that helping someone is just the right thing to do. I would definitely recommend Drivers Automotive based on this experience alone and I find them highly dependable as they obviously care about people.

Good for simple repairs but not for issues that require great diagnostic skill. They are nice and professional, but that does not get you back on the road.

I took my BMW there in the spring to fix a transmission issue. By September the problem surfaced again. The mechanic told me there was no room for my car. Car still not fix. Will never go there not in this lifetime. They are not what they appeared to be. Getting a lawyer to get my money back. Fraud

My boyfriend car died the night before. We narrow it down to be an alternator issue or battery. We called every mechanic around the area and everyone was giving the run around. When I called and said explain my problems were, Alben and I were on same page that it was an alternator issue. Even tho we may narrow it down he still insist taking a look at his car. Ive been coming here for about 5 yrs. I live on the other side of town now, but will drive 30 min to get my car serviced. I can count on these guys to do a great job and not over charge me. I was referred to this shop by a friend and he spoke so highly of their service. Its unfortunate that my experience wasnt so favorable. As a first time client the level of customer service I received was horrid. They lack serious communication skills, my car was in their procession for a week, I constantly had to call and check on the status of my vehicle, upon repairs my check engine light came on and they didnt even notify me until I came to pick up my car, I was under the impression that is was good-to-go it wasnt. Im highly unsatisfied by the quality of work done. SAVE YOUR MONEY and take your car to the dealership where they are knowledgable about vehicles. I paid 439.00 and my car still isnt running correctly.

These guys were fantastic! I went here for wobbles issues with my Jeep; I wanted to try a tire balance before tackling any steering elements. They listened to my problem and we looked at the components together once the car was off the ground. They didnt try to push any service on me or find something wrong, they honestly just wanted to help diagnose the problem! And I loved that they let me in the shop to look at it with them; other shops are too concerned with liability.Once they started working, the manager checked in with my frequently with updates. Turns out the tire balance WAS the issue, and $20 and as many minutes later, I was good to go!Best automotive shop experience Ive had.
