Where do I start? Well I have been going to this place for the month almost. Seems like there was always something going on with my truck, but Tommy took great care of me as a customer. Hes not very personable(just his personality😄), but he is professional and very knowledgeable about foreign cars. The prices are fair and affordable for most people. I am confident, if you come here that you will make this your place of service. It is hard to please me most times, so the fact that I keep coming back means that the service is superb, or rather like its name ultimate. I can really appreciate the fact that he does not try to get over on his customers but rather get them up and running right as affordable as possible. His worker is very professional and seems to be focused on work. Very pleased.

The location has several auto related businesses. The one I visited is a tire shop called Treasure Tires & Auto. I did buy a tire from them and I am considering hiring them for more work on my trucks.

I recently brought my car in for service and it was a great experience. Tommy and crew were very honest, prompt and professional...something that I havent experienced at any other car repair shop. Tommy took his time to explain the process, and thoroughly pointed out what he repaired. He even explained and repaired an issue that no other mechanic could figure out. Hands down down best repair facility in the area. I brought my 2017 BMW M3 that had been involved in an accident that wouldnt start after repairs were done by body shop. I was skeptical to bringing my vehicle anywhere other than the dealer knowing how new it was an your average shop is just not knowledgable enough to work on this vehicle. After reading some of the reviews I was like let me give it a shot. He told me he have to inspect it to see whats going on with it and most shops dont like to come behind other people work but he took on the job anyway. He later found out my timing had jumped. First thing come to mind is expensive $$$$$$$. He also had to order certain tools to do this job cause the vehicle was so new and it was kind of early for a job this big to be done on this vehilce but he made it happen...Saved me thousands of dollars and got this spaceship back on the rode. Really appreciate his service and I bring all my vehicles here on a regular.

My bimmer had major electrical issues a dealership couldnt figure out. Tommy (the owner) was able to solve the problem without randomly changing parts that could have cost me a small fortune. Because of ULTIMATE MOTORWERKS professional knowledge, honesty and fair pricing i will never take my bimmer anywhere else.

I say this simply, I do not let anyone else touch my car other than the Ultimate Motorwerks. The feeling of having an honest and sincere mechanic working on your car is a feeling of nirvana. I will always trust Tommys word of any mechanic because he has not lied to me yet and he never tries to up-sale just to make a profit, if he tells you need it is because you need it. I had my BMW serviced by Ultimate 2days ago and I must say I had the best experience ever. The service was great, they were very affordable and my car is driving great. I have absolutely no complaints and to top it off instead of having to get a Uber home while they fix my car the owner took me home which was truly a blessing..Great Experience!!!😊

I was having some issues with my 328i and was looking for a shop to take my car to without going to the dealership. A buddy of mine recommended Tommys shop and I am so glad he did. Absolutely excellent mechanic. Took my BMW X5 4.8 in for a Valve stem seal repair and Tommy the owner done a brilliant job. This is work that the BMW dealership will charge over $6000 for. Ultimate Motorwerks completed the work to an excellent standard for a fraction of the price. My car feels brand new!

I arrive around 8:30 AM and even though Tommy hadnt opened just yet, he asked how he could help me right away. Long story short is that he saved me about $1500 on my vehicle, did it very quickly and with great confidence. Tommy even gave me a lift to the rental car location since they couldnt send someone to get me for 1.5 hours. That tells you all you need to know about the man running this shop. I just relocated from SC and I was referred to Tommie and his team by a colleague of mine. She was very pleased with her experience and stated she only trust them with her Mercedes. Needless to say not knowing a sole in this city this team became my saving grace with my GLK350. When my schedule did not permit, my car was picked up, serviced and delivered to me at my office without my day being interrupted. The prices were great and affordable. This IS the shop youre looking for! If interested, read on...Im a BMW fanatic, currently on my 5th one. Have had lots of experience over the years from the dealerships down to the backyard mechanics. Finding a good, honest and affordable BMW mechanic has always been a challenge, and rarely do you find all of those qualities in one shop. Not any more...I bought a 2009 128i convertible for my daughter that had some known issues when I acquired it, most notably an electrical glitch and a leaky valve cover gasket that would drip onto the manifold and smoke pretty bad.I took it to a different shop that told me the electrical glitch could require replacing at least a control unit (ECM) and more, and could potentially be thousands of dollars. In fact, they seemed reluctant to tackle the job. They also gave me a quote on the gasket replacement, just over $1700. I knew that a lot of the quote was for unnecessary parts, not merely a valve cover seal.Tommy and team worked on the 128, replacing the valve gasket for only a few hundred dollars, ran diagnostics and a reset of the electrical system and put a full charge on the battery which seemed to fix the problem. He said we could throw expensive parts at it (ECM and CAS modules), or wait to see if problem recurs again. After a couple of weeks, still no issues with it!I am thoroughly satisfied with the work performed by Ultimate Motorwerks, and will absolutely rely on them down the road!

Ive owned 5 BMWs since 2002. The owner of this shop was one of Global Imports BMW best technicians where I bought my last 4 cars between 2002 and 2009. I always told Tommy (owner) that if he were to open his own shop that I would take all my out of warranty vehicles to only him for service because of his skillset, honesty, & professionalism. For the last 4 years I have had both my 2008 328 Convertible and my 2011 535i Sport serviced here and he has kept my beemers running flawlessly, always giving me the heads up on upcoming service interval advice. Labor pricing & parts costs have been FAR lower than Global Imports & United BMW. Now I have the best of both worlds as this location is 10 minutes from my house and there are never any surprises concerning diagnosis. This shop will have my business for life as long as Tommy Lawyer runs it!

When you get there, ask for Tommy.I drive a Jeep, not a vehicle that you would expect to have serviced at a place that specializes in foreign cars. My first trip to Ultimate Motorwerks was actually by accident. I pulled in the parking lot because Google had a listing for an Aamco there. Well, the Aamco is closed, so I popped in the office at Motorwerks, met Tommy and told him I needed an oil change. He doesnt stock Jeep filters (why would he???) but he quickly offered to send someone to get one and take care of my oil change. I wont go back to my dealership for service because of a really bad experience. I told Tommy the whole story the first time I was there, and he was very honest about what the dealer should have done AND what they shouldnt have charged me.It was a great experience that day and I told my husband about it. Hubby drives a Nissan Murano. He went to see Tommy for his next oil change and now he wont go anywhere else. Unless my Jeep needs something only a dealer could do, I wont go anywhere else either! These guys dont even specialize in Jeeps, but this is the only place Ill take mine.I highly recommend Tommy and the team at The Ultimate Motorwerks!
