My husband and I walked into this store today looking for running boards and bed covers for his new truck. There were 4 gentlemen behind the counter and no one even offered to help. We clearly stated what we were there for but that we had no idea what options we had. No assistance what so ever. I asked a question about how long delivery time will be and the response I got was everything is backed up and/or out of stock. End of sentence!! Not to mention we were the only customers in the store and only one guy on the phone! I have never had such bad customer service. We left there after still walking around for a few minutes waiting to see if we get help. Drove down the street to Leer Truck Accessories was greeted and helped right away and we weren’t the only customers in store. We bought both the running boards and bed cover from Leer!!!!!

Had my truck lifted here and they took care of everything including helping me to decide on the lift, wheels, and tires. I LOVE the way my truck looks now and the follow-up service is excellent! They also found & repaired an issue with my other vehicle that was lifted by someone else (wont do that again). Will definitely be using 4WP for all service and customizing for my vehicles. Alex & Chris are awesome!

These guys are legit! When I first went, I was looking for some lift blocks but when they took a look at my truck, they said the current lift I had was actually damaging the truck since I had gotten it done by a mechanic. They did the lift and re-geared the truck. Completely honest with me the whole time. From time to time they ask how the truck is feeling. Customer service is on point. If you do decide to check these guys out, everyone is great, even the mechanics who do the work. Make sure to ask for Alex!!

I goofed up and tried to go cheap with a less expensive bumper for my 2017 Jeep Rubicon. The bumper came in two days to my house. I just didnt like the way it looked and thought i would have a hard time taking it back. Travis took care of the return and was awesome. I ordered the new one and it was in the store within 24 hours and it was much better. Caleb helped me with the first one and i should have ordered it to begin with. He also helped me put the new one in my car, it was quite heavy. I have been in this store 3 or 4 times, they have always been friendly and very helpful. They know there stuff, because all of the employees drive pimped out Jeeps and 4x4s. Cant go wrong shopping here with the expertise in the store, more than likely they have already been there and done that

Below is 1 before and 2 after pics which speak for themselves. Caleb did an absolutely amazing job on design. Jasons technical knowledge was incredibly extensive. David in the garage did a very professional lift, bumper, flare, step, and wench install. These guys are one hell of a team, always friendly, helpful and there to answer even the silly questions. I look forward to working with them in the future and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Seemed like a nice place. There was only 2 of them working and both had customers so had to wait for 30 to 45ish minutes to speak to an associate. While waiting in line, one of the workers hastily picked up the phone (it was ringing constantly ) and yelled at whoever was on the other end saying that they were on the list and to stop calling because they only have 2 people there and customers waiting, then slammed phone down. Once we finally got to speak to someone he was definitely not in any mood to deal with customers. Probably because it was busy. Then didnt have anything we asked for in stock and stated to get it delivered to the store for pick up the next day. We live almost an hour from this place so it wasnt going to work. We wont be going back. Guess online ordering is gonna have to be done. 3 stars because the prices are very reasonable so if you can catch them on a day that they arent busy, might work better for you.(we went on a Wednesday afternoon about 12pm)

We bought this roof rack at Jeep Beach in Daytona. Then had to come to here to pick it up since we don’t live near Daytona. We put it on in the parking lot. The guys were very nice and helpful and even let us borrow a tool we forgot even though they don’t lend them out. Thanks for the good service Nick!

I wish I could give a zero as a rating. When I place the order for my steps they told me they would give me a tracking number to track my package. They never did that I did was forced to call and see what was going on with my package, took over two weeks to receive it. When I asked why they never contacted me about the package they said they reached out on Monday and left me a voicemail. I checked my call logs and voicemail with no records of them ever calling me.I finally get my steps installed and they installed them so far up the cab that they are worthless to me. I brought my truck up and showed them and they said that’s how it suppose to be and that they couldn’t help. Terrible service and experience all around. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.

4 Wheel Parts exceeded all expectations. I started by getting price quotes from 3 different companies and I knew from my first interaction with Travis that I didnt want to work with anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even if youre in the early stages give Travis a call. The installation team did a terrific job on the install as well and we couldnt be happier. If youre upgrading your Jeep dont go anywhere else!

I love being able to shop local and keep our local economy pumping. This is my first experience 4wheelparts and it wasnt very good. In our countrys current state I understand that inventory is difficult to get and finding enough staff to satisfy demand can be difficult as well. So with that said Im not going to hold them over the fire to long. On to the issue. I purchased parts, pre-paid and recieved half my order then when I was told my remaining parts were ready I drive 30 minutes to find out they were only half there. They said they would order them right away and it would probably take a couple weeks. After Ive already waited a month. The customer experience was very poor probably because they were understaffed. I didnt feel particularly welcomed like you would expect from a reputable company like 4wp. I ended up finding the parts online and shipped in 3 days. I wont go as far to say I will not do business with them again but if the online market does a better job then what is to keep me from continuing to shop there? Help me want to shop local.

Visited today looking for a tonneau cover for my truck. Walked around for 15 minutes and not one staff member asked if I needed help. At least three people working and no other customers at the time. I spent a lot of time at the tonneau cover display (no prices displayed) and still no one to help.I finally just took photos of what I was interested in and left. I guess I will just buy from an on-line company.Severely poor customer service. Or maybe I just dont look like the kind of customer they want to deal with.

I purchased two items the end of September. At the time of the purchase I was told for any, whatever reason the purchase didn’t work for me I could come in anytime and receive a full refund. Between then and calling about mid November their return policy changed. I was told to bring it in and they would work with me. I feel being the fact my purchase was made before the new policy was made they should honor my return for full refund. I go up there, and was told I could only get store credit. They looked up my receipt, but was told if I had my original they maybe could have done the refund. I find my receipt about a week later. I call and was told I could get a full refund if I have the receipt, and if the item had not be installed/still new. The gentleman told me Id just have to wait until later on in the day, because I paid cash and they needed to take in money because their till wouldnt cover it. I wasnt able to make it that day, and I called not even a week later. For the fourth time was told something completely different. Mind you theses reactions involves the same two employees. I felt like I was getting the runaround and blew off. He kept stating he was busy and have to get back with me, but then didnt. He said he would talk to the manager, try to call the gentleman that approved the cash refund, and etc. I never received a call back. Called a few times through all that. Called again less than a week later. Was told again I could return my purchase for a full refund, but it was new years and they closed early. Today, I call and they say come on in to take care of it. I drive an hour, one way trip, just to be told they could do store credit and they really are not liable to do that. No regards to my time nor my hard earned money. Their reasoning was it had been months, but when I asked for notes to be put in the computer I was told there wasnt a way. The other reason was the box was all tore up. The box is in good shape, and furthermore, the said item was still brand new, never been used. Finally, to put the icing on the cake I asked to speak with the store manger (for the third time now with no response), and was brushed off once again. I had to ask again, and was told he was busy on the phone. If I were you I would take my business to a company that has more integrity, respect, and values. I have never been so blatantly disregarded, and told so much false information from a company. It shows how much they value their customers.

Bought a part from here, wasn’t the specifications I needed at all and when trying to return there was a struggle of “well it might fit...” and....it literally wasn’t for the right year vehicle. I paid in cash and then my refund has to be check in mail with a 1-2 week delivery rate. So....thanks I guess.

Absolute worse customer service Ive ever experienced, Ive called this placed not once but twice and was put on hold for 10mins each time. Alex has zero I mean zero customer service experience. I wanted to spend money there to get my jeep upgraded but I will never use them or refer them to anyone I know. Im in the customer service field and I would never treat a potential customer like this. Ill be taking my money else where. Thanks for wasting 20 mins of my life.

Bought 35 toyo MTs from these guys and got other niche suspension work like uniball control arms done over the years and has been quality work every time.I would spend the extra money to get them to do any suspension lifts because it will be higher quality than other shops, and the alignment machine got it right on the money every time.They are very busy and tend to rush through sales though, but the work speaks for itself and thats all you can ask for.Will come back to these guys if I need to lift another vehicle.

Everything is roped off, cant look at anything in the store. Website said they had the part in the store, ready for curbside pickup. I drove 100 miles one way to get it only to discover they did NOT have it in the store, they only have it online. In-person sales droid dryly informed me that I had read the website incorrectly (fat chance). Tried to get it elsewhere locally...no dice. Turned around and went home, ordered it online - which is what I should have done anyway. I should have called ahead to check, but I got there as soon as they opened so there would have been nobody to answer phones.2 stars for at least having an open store to visit, I guess. Right now its serving as nothing more than a phone bank to answer calls.In this modern world, it doesnt pay to shop locally/in-person anymore. Youll just waste time and resources, and come away disappointed.

Not happy about the service we received, I have a 2018 4runner and had them install Morimoto XB LED headlights. We test drove my vehicle at night and the lights are pointing down, we are now looking into how to calibrate these or have to take my truck into another shop. I had concerns when I took my truck there because I didnt feel the knowledgeable was there but I gave them a chance.

Update 09/25/2020This morning I received a phone call from the store manager, Derek. He called me asking me about the review that I left (see below) but he did not call to inform me about my check that I have still yet to receive. He was very unpleasant to deal with and was extremely unprofessional over the phone. If I spoke to a customer like he did, I would have been fired on the spot.I was told my order was going to be cancelled almost a MONTH ago and that my cash half that I paid in store for my lift kit was going to be shipped (because they do not carry that much cash in the store for security reasons) and Im still waiting.Heres the original story...Where oh where to begin...I have never done business with 4 wheel parts in Marietta so I decided to give them a shot and I heavily regret it. I came in on July 20th, 2020 to buy a rough country 4.5 short arm lift kit for my 2001 jeep cherokee (XJ). I was told I would need half down for them to order the lift kit so I made a down payment of $400 (in cash) on the $865.69 lift kit. I then asked when the lift kit would be in and was told 2 and a half weeks (August 8th), but they would call me as soon as it shipped from rough country. Over the course of the next 2 weeks I decided to pay the rest of the lift kit total of $465.69 over the phone via mastercard. Two weeks go by and I havent heard anything so I decided to call and get an update from the salesman Ive been dealing business with (will not mention any names). I called later in the evening, before their closing time on August 8th, the date I was told it would ship and was told it was going to be delayed for another week because of shipping delays due to covid-19. Understandable, but unprofessional. So I patiently wait another week and call back on the 15th. They then told me it would ship out in 2 days. I call back on the 17th (2 days later) and I was told it would be delayed ANOTHER week because NOW rough country is waiting on getting Parts in to finish the lift kit before shipping it out. So the first time I was told that there was shipping delays because of covid and now the company doesnt have all the parts in? Whatever, Ive been waiting patiently, Ill just keep waiting. Now its the 24th (ANOTHER WEEK LATER) and I never got a call or anything after being lied to numerous times about when the package would ship, so I call and talk with my salesman. As soon as I give him my phone number (for him to look up my order) his entire attitude changes and he becomes very short with answering my questions and seems annoyed. He then tells me that it will be another week before it will ship out, but that it guaranteeing will ship out on August 31st. I decided to wait until September 1st to call and when I did, they told me that it isnt going to ship until October 1st so I ask to speak to the manager Derek so that I can cancel my order and just buy something online that is ACTUALLY IN STOCK and MUCH cheaper. He told me that he was going to have to call the company (Rough Country) and cancel the order with them before he could issue a refund. I waited patiently on the phone for 20 minutes while he called the company to cancel the order. He then tells me that he will issue back the $465.69 to my Mastercard and send me a check in the mail for the $400 I paid in cash (because they do not carry that much cash in the store, which is B.S.). Now here we are, almost a week later and I still havent gotten the money back on my card and I never received the check and they are closed on labor day (today). I really dont want to go the legal route with this but I HAPPILY will if I do not receive my money back soon. A month and a half of being lied to while my Jeep is in pieces, waiting for new lift components and they couldnt care any less because these people dont give a damn about the customers, only the dollar signs.

Its a shame I am forced into leaving a one star rating.Couple things. First I ordered a running board. They ordered the wrong one and had me wait another two weeks to install. I was promised a $40.00 refund that I never received.Second: I ordered a bug and stone deflector. They installed it on my truck with a crack in it. They re-ordered another one and every day they tell me its on the Fed/X truck. This has been going on for over a week now. Still do not have it. I like the guys working there. They are nice, but just dont have a clue on what is happening. Unfortunately, this is my first and last experience with 4 Wheel Parts.

Ordered some windows and new fenders for my JK plus installation. Team did a great job. I would have liked to have gotten an update on my parts..either email or text instead of having to call 3-4 times, but they got me parts, said it would take 2-3 hours. 3 hours 15 mins later i was out. Terrible experience. I was told by an associate that my order would be ready the next day. Drove back to the store the next day to be told that I placed my order too late and that my order had not arrived. When I show up two days later for my order they gave me the the wrong part! Terrible service and communication from multiple members of the staff. I thought this would be better than ordering directly from Amazon, but I guess not. Will not patronize again.

NEW EDIT: They sold me the wrong size sun shade!!! I clearly stated what year Jeep I had and they STILL sold me the wrong one!! Guess what, it doesn’t fit! I’m absolutely livid because now I have to go back and deal with this awful establishment.I went to purchase a sunshade for my JL with the intention to get information on nerf bar installation as well. I am a queer presenting female in an interracial relationship. We walked into the store and both of us immediately felt uncomfortable. My questions were met with no interest in pursuing business. I’m sorry if I’m not your typical target market, but my money spends just the same. The customer service was completely absent and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I will not be returning and am going to tell my Jeep group about this unfortunate experience.

After meeting these guys at the Truck and Jeep show I decided to purchase a modest lift for my truck and have it installed by them along with 4 new tires. When I got the truck back, the tire pressures were all different but within 8 psi of each other, two tires missing valve stem caps, my WeatherTech front mud flaps were missing along with the attaching hardware. To be fair, the mud flaps had to be removed to install larger diameter tires. I called the shop as soon as I got home and was told they would hold them aside for me and to bring the truck back after roughly 1000 miles to have it inspected, which should only take around 30 minutes.Around 1000 miles later I drove the 1 hour drive back to their location in Marrietta, only to be told that I didnt make an appointment, so they couldnt get to it. Maybe my bad for not asking about an appointment, but for a 30 minute inspection, really? Also asked about my mud flaps and was told the shop was recently cleaned and they must have been thrown out. They were able to scrounge up some hardware to install at the factory fender locations.I made the appointment for the following week, made another ! hour drive up. Arrived at 9:22 for a 10:00 appointment. Sat in the waiting area for an hour before the truck was moved at 10:29.Im out the $40 for the mud flaps but Ill get it back here.I rarely write reviews, positive or negative. You really have to be on one end of the spectrum or the other to get my attention. Stay away from this place.

This place knows nothing about toyotas, and very rude staff and managers . After spending well over hundred dollars for lift inspections alone they told us the truck was driving nice when it needed and had to have extended A arms, told us looked good when alignment was set to keep wheels from scrubbing and not to drive correctly . Place we ended up taking it to fixed it correctly and now drives perfect . Also way over priced, Especially considering dont even know what they are doing !

41 Days later and I still dont have a complete set of wheels and tires to put on my truck! I paid $2000 for wheels, tires and lugs on March 10, 2020. They said the product was on back-order and the next day sent me a tracking number. That number showed me the wheels being sent from their warehouse in FL right past me to their PA store. 2 Weeks later I asked why my order hasnt left their store. They were holding 4 wheels and tires because they didnt have the lugs. They changed the order to be 32 lugs for F250 instead of 24 and shipped.A week later I got the package and went to the tire shop to have them installed. Wouldnt you know it, the last wheel we were putting the tire on was the wrong style and model. One of the other wheels was so out of balance that it required 32 oz of weight. Changed the tire to a different one and it was 30 oz while the others were only 6-10oz. I requested an RMA to return both wheels. 3 days later I got one RMA so I returned the wrong style. I sat on hold 3 different times for over an hour each trying to get someone to give me another RMA for the bent rim. On April 7 I finally got a new RMA and returned the bent rim. On April 17 I called asking why a new wheel hasnt shipped and they couldnt find the RMA. After providing the UPS tracking # it was on someone elses order. The girl called the warehouse and asked them to check the wheel in so I could get an RMA.Today, April 21, the wheel shows up AND IT IS THE SAME WHEEL I RETURNED....BENT!!!!! So 41 days later and Im stuck with a rim I would hardly use as a spare let alone a daily driver. Now Im just going through a new company and getting yet another rim and tire so I can use these $2000 anchors. Needless to say I will never use 4WP again! HOW ARE THESE GUYS EVEN NATIONAL!?????

The guys here care about thier customers and want them to leave happy. They went to Great lengths reordering tires and installing them. The final tires turned out to be wonderful. Had this shop install an adjustable track bar on my truck based on their diagnostic becouse I did a 2.5 level and when I get home I noticed they busted a ball joint boot, took it back again only to have same issue when I picked it up...Not to mention they threw oway my factory track bar becouse shop got cleaned that day.Absolutely great parts with pathetic service to say the least.

Worst experience Ive ever had in customer service and workmanship. Got my tires replaced and they lost my original tires which were fine I was just upgrading to 37s. The manager said he would compensate by doing my fenders for free labor so I was ok with the little loss. Somehow my tires magically appeared after they finished the install of my fenders so I had to pay the labor which I didnt mind seeing I was getting my tires back. Little to my surprise when I got them the next day they were not my tires and now they are telling me in just SOL. The day I drove off the lot I realized I was over heating. Thought I was just low on coolant and I called and let them know the situation so it was documented. Next day I was on the side of 75 with a busted radiator. Took to dealership and they showed it was from someone putting pressure on the radiator that caused damage. Brought it to there attention and again they will do nothing to fix the issue. I will be contacting corporate about this whole mess. I dont suggest anyone go there. After spending 4000.00$ I would think I would get a little better service. If i could give 0 stars I would

I walked around the store for almost 30 minutes and nobody asked me how I was doing or if they could help me. All 3 workers were on the phone most of the time and when they were not, still no help. I understand if you are busy working when a customer walks in but most places make a point to talk to walk in customers. I will proudly take my business elsewhere.

First off this is my very first time making a purchase from you guys. Ive been into the off road scene for 10+ years and have modified numerous trucks and Jeeps. I needed a set of shocks for a lift I was getting installed the next day. I went into the Marietta, GA location 03/11/19 at roughly 9:45 AM and was told they have to come from the distribution center in Jacksonville and they will be there 9:00 AM the following morning for me to pick up. Which was fine, I go over on 03/12/19 at roughly 10:30 AM to give you time to get everything checked in and the gentleman said they forgot a pallet in Jacksonville and my shocks we on that pallet. He told me they would be here tomorrow morning 03/13/19. That being said I am now out $100.00 to reschedule my lift install. Next time I will take the 1 hour drive down to Summit Racing Equipment in McDonough, GA where they had them in stock instead of trying to help out the local guys and me being out $100.00 for the cancellation fee.

Prices are not the best here. Only nice thing is that its convenient. Person checking me out talked on the phone the entire time and ignored me. Took over 15 minutes to check out. Staff is not very friendly unless you are a usual or spend a lot of money.

This is a review of the shop, not the parts/store.I hate to say this, but I will never allow them to touch my Jeep again. They did a regear job for me on a 2003 Rubicon. Derek said they have a great gear guy in Marietta so I hauled my butt all the way down there for this.Despite my hesitation, I let them do it. Seemed ok at first but when i took it back for the check up, I let them know i heard some whining. Not super loud but... I was cut off and told, well check it out. When they took it back to the shop, I walked around to look and see what was happening during the check up. All they did was the drain and fill both diffs using the drain plugs. I walked in and asked the mechanic about it... I never knew I had drain plugs because I always remove the cover and inspect the diffs when I change fluid. He said, no metal in the fluid, we are all good. They never even opened the diffs to look.Well they are supposed to be the pros, so off I went. Less than 1000 miles and my rear diff blew up. On the road, normal driving making a left out of my subdivision. I do not beat on my Jeep. Called to let them know and was told that unless the ring and pinion they installed failed they had no responsibility.Im sorry, but the diff was sort of involved and they are the only folks who ever had any contact with it. I see no reason this would not be covered in the parts and labor warranty considering this situation. Rather than fight, I learned my lesson, just cut my losses and had pros replace my rear diff.I have been a loyal repeat customer for as long as I have owned Jeeps. I have referred so many Jeepers to these guys, so I felt I had to warn folks. Heed the warnings from me and everyone else.That said, the counter guys in Duluth have always been very helpful for me. Consistently going above and beyond.

Called about a 2.5 inch suspension lift kit installation on a jeep jk and was quoted $480 by Chris. I called back a few days later to schedule an appointment and was quoted $795 from the same salesman!!!!! When I told him there was no way I would pay almost as much as the lift kit itself, he threw out another quote at $520 saying this was the best he could do. Needless to say I went somewhere else, paid $385, and very happy with the installation. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere, as these guys dont seem to be trustworthy with their prices.

Highly disappointed in the level of service i received i asked for a full inspection of my 2500 duramax i received a half job after a week in a half of wait time i left my my vehicle leaking fuel and original problem still not taking care of i asked did my truck need ailgment i was told no made a right on to 41 it started pulling to the right right away i pulled up to my location my truck was smoke filter off leaking gas and no tech still could tell me y my truck was making the weird noise i was told if u drive faster you wont hear it ....its clearly something wrong again after a whole week in a half of a wait i called the service writer to ask was the truck even looked at because i took it to another shop and my problems was found right away. response was ill have to ask service manager. again highly disapointed i will never go back again for not even to buy parts makes no sense

Sales staff ordered window deflectors for a Toyota PRIUS instead of a TACOMA and this is a 4-wheel parts store only. When ordering in store, the counter sales staff would answer phone calls and take orders so the purchase process took way longer and was very frustrating.
