I recently had the pleasure of meeting Zack when I arrived at Cars compound.I stopped by many body shops in Cherokee and Cobb county, and I decided to choose Cars compound due to excellent customer service and fair estimates.Zack was extremely knowledgeable, fast and sufficient at helping me with my car issues. He did an amazing job fixing my front bumper on my Jetta R-line. He was able to repaint and fix the Front bumper on time.He is very professional & polite. After a full diagnostics check. Turns out it was only the battery. Zack to the rescue! My A/C died on my Honda Accord. I also needed a new passenger side mirror. I knew the only place I was taking it was Cars Compound. Zack ordered the parts last Thursday and set up my appointment for yesterday at 10 am. I was comfortable hanging out waiting for everything to be completed. When I left I had a beautiful new side mirror and I was freezing my A/C was so cold in my car. Everything was done quickly and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Zack!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! If you come here, ask for Zach! He is always eager to assist any way he can and always responds to any questions very quickly!! I bought a beautiful Lexus Labor Day weekend and two weeks later I got into a BAD accident. I was heartbroken, but Zach and Compound Cars fixed my car very quickly and it looks brand new!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Zack was the nicest guy and got me an amazing quote on body work and a catalytic converter I had been needing for a long time. The body work price was thousands of dollars less than the previous quote I received from someone else in Kennesaw. Zack worked with me. He offered that we could save the front bumper and only replace the fender. It looks perfect. I felt like I got a brand new vehicle back. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out (and my vehicle was gross dirty in my opinion)! On top of the body work, my vehicle had been throwing a code. Zack checked the code and it was the catalytic converter. I had been having issues passing emissions. Since this part is not cheap, Zack gave me a very competitive price for the part and a damn near steal on the labor. I couldnt be happier. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning and was able to pick it up Saturday. I had events to attend for my kid about an hour away and Zack even made sure my vehicle was ready within a small window of time on Saturday so I could drive there. The staff/crew at Cars Compound Auto Restoration did a top notch job on my vehicle. I thank them and Zack from the bottom of my heart. Ill let you know when I pass emissions! Thank you for everything!

Patrick seems nice. He waited on the tow truck to get there. Just wish after fixing the possible problem, I would feel more comfortable but, thats VIP KARS fault. Im paying for a car Im scared to drive and VIP KARS said its my fault.

Zack has been amazing to work with!I first brought my car in for an oil change which they completed extremely quickly. About two weeks later, my check engine light came on and turns out I needed a new catalytic converter. Zack and his team worked with me to get me a great deal and I was able to drop off my car and have it repaired in one day!! I will continue to recommend Cars Compound to everyone I know because of their value, customer service, and quick repair time.

Great customer service, Cory is the best, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Broke the drivers side mirror on Friday. He got it quoted for me quickly, ordered the part all before I got a return call from the dealership. Mirror was replaced on Monday in less time than expected. Very happy customer.

Cars Compound is by far one of the best mechanic shops Ive ever visited. Dobby, my 2005 Trailblazer, was damaged in an accident and I needed work done on the front of my car including the replacement or my hood, grille, and headlights among other things. This being my first accident and also one that caused such damage, Im glad I found them.My estimator Zack Irfan, was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the entirety of the process and explained in detail what all needed to be fixed. The price to fix the damages from the accident was a lot of money to me, especially considering Im in graduate school and I paid out of my own pocket for the repairs. However, I am aware that the damage was great and the price given at Car Compound was pretty great compared to other Collison Repair shops I visited and they gave me a small discount that helped.I received text updates everyday from their system and if something changed Zack would give me a call. I dropped Dobby off on the 30th of September and picked him up on the 8th of October. The had to order parts that did not arrive until the 5th of Sept. Moreover, there was an issue with the dryness of the paint the day Dobby was supposed to be fixed (7th of Sept) that hindered me from picking my him up, but Zack was very understanding of my frustrations (with the late nature in which I was informed of the additional day needed) and actual set up a rental car for me (with their attached car rental service) so that I wouldnt miss work or have to extended my already extended car rental.Lastly, the car rental service was Amazing and the employees there (Mr. Buddy and Stephanie) are such great individuals who went out of there way to make sure my car rental experience was smooth and enjoyable.I highly recommend this service for are your car needs and thank them for their service.

My husband got ripped off by these guys. Zack and Ceasar are shady con artists. My husband posted a perfectly factual and detailed negative review, and now they have challenged it with Google who is investigating. They promised to contact my husband to discuss settling out of court. A guy name Patrick said he would send his email address so that my husband could forward settlement documents, and then he never did. A girl who answered the phone a few days ago told my husband that they would have their attorney call him. Of course, no one has called. Just further evidence of their deceptive business practices. Steer clear of Cars Compound.

Wonderful staff. Zack is very nice and professional. I moved to GA in September 2018 and bought a beautiful 2015 Nissan from Chris at VIP Kars next door and added a Maintenance service package. I have had 3 maintenance services here which include LOF, complete maintenance check, tire check and rotate if needed, a thorough hand car wash, vacuum, quick wax, interior clean & armorol - all the guys do a great job! Zack and the entire staff at Cars Compound and Chris at VIP Kars are terrific!
