Best service interaction Ive ever had in getting my car fixed. Thomas was super awesome. He made it as painless as possible and the process was so easy. My car was even done two days early, which is a HUGE bonus! And the Enterprise on site is also clutch. I hope nothing else happens to my car, but if it does, Ill be going back!

As others who have shared their experiences with Service King, they were recommended by my insurance company All-State. I was given 3 different target dates that my car would be complete during repair period, all those target dates were missed.After returning home from picking up my car, I noticed that my high end car charger was missing. I called Service King using my 404#(which they have caller ID and know its me)several times and couldnt get a answer until I used my 773#, they had been very responsive up until that point. Immediately upon mentioning my car charger, Thomas stated you signed an agreement when you dropped your car off that said you would remove all your valuables from the car. Then he escalated immediately to the General Manager, who never came to the phone and then I was hung up on.I was forced to call Service King customer service, a representative called with me on the line. They even gave her the run around and lied about the General Manager not being in the store. After finally getting the General Manager on the phone which coincidentally was named Thomas( which seemed sketchy) I had to suggest he take look for the charger before being so dismissive.Service King doesnt live up to their name because its shady service, they miss their target dates and they will steal your valuables and say you signed an agreement saying you wouldnt leave your valuables in the car. I guess thats their license to steal.

I brought my Wife’s new Nissan Rouge in for an estimate, because of scratches on the front bumper. When they came out to inspect the tech said, hold on a minute I want to try something. He came back out with a rag with something on it and wiped the scratches away. They were white paint, I had tried cleaner on it with no luck. The tech came back out with another rag with paint sealer on it and resealed the area. No Charge. This is the third Car that I have taken to this location and they have done quality, lasting work each time.

I have taken my car to this location twice within the last 8 weeks . The first time was for body work, although they had a hard time with parts they finished my car and it looked GREAT for being 14 years old ! The second time was to replace a knuckle and they repaired it on time and the car never has handled better ! I HIGHLY recommend this location and when you go, ask for Thomas, he will take care of you as if you were family .

My vehicle was taken in for front impact damage from road debri. It was explained front bumper,hood and ding on roof were to be fixed. Received my car with over spray in the rear spoiler, advised Thomas and brought back to have a simple wet sand to remove over spray. My vehicle comes back out and the so called detail guy says “ I couldn’t get my buffer in between your spoiler, there’s nothing more I can do, I don’t know what to tell you “. I never agreed to have any work to my spoiler yet when returned I get told screws were stripped by another owner, when the car is in mint condition and has never had any accidents or body work done ever. Instead of properly fixing my spoiler they make a cheap attempt with 2 sided tape, seriously? Of course any shady body shop is going to do is blame the owner and make claims it was previous damage. What am I to gain from lying about a repair??? Nothing! Now I’m stuck with crappy work and this service rep Thomas and manager telling my insurance company it was previous damage. Instead of fixing something, a simple error, they were quick to put the blame on someone else but themselves. Now I have to deal with my insurance company, take time out of my day to take it to a Nissan body shop, dismantle my spoiler, and have this properly done by real technicians that know what their doing at Nissan, the first place I should of gone. The ironic thing in all of this is that they had no problem running up the bill fixing all this “ previously done damage “ at first but now that they screwed up a simple fix, it becomes a point the finger and play dumb scenario. It’s sad you can’t trust people these days even when they are getting paid good money to provide a simple service.

Thomas has been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I have had to be there multiple times this year. Each time, Thomas has taken care of me and kept in the loop every step of the way. I have also watched him interact with the other customers that come into the store. He treats them all with the same care and customer service I have received. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have had good service from this Service King in the past. That service and some positive reviews led me to return today with some minor damage. I explained the situation to Travis that insurance would not be paying for this repair. He provided the best customer service that I have ever received from any auto repair shot. I will return to this Service King any time I am in need of their service and I totally recommend them to others.

First I want to mention that when it comes to customer service, these guys dont just have the game. They are probably leading the game. I cant mention enough that the guys in the front know how to take care of people. Needless to say my stars are based on how the front is, the adviser is the situation was way above expected. Ill fully recommend dealing with Travis and Thomas. I met Management and was pleased to know that things will be taken care of.I gave 4 stars for this reason here. I would have given 5 but heres why. I will only post my honesty in here. The car was in and out of the shop for 2 months. I had several problems with body alignment issues and various other things being they were missing, broken or forgotten. The techs in the back Im sure dont enjoy seeing my car come in nor do they probably enjoy the fact Im still finding things. Needless to say, the repairs Ive constantly come forth with and explained to Travis, Thomas, and management have been covered. They stick behind their customer service and their warranty on their repairs. I will gladly recommend them for customer service alone. Their display of doing things quick and in a hurry leads more to be desired. As a body shop, I dont expect my car to be back to me quickly. Id rather it be back to me correctly then in a hurry.Customer satisfaction with Advisers, 5/5Quality repairs 3/5

If I could I wouldnt give one star, they did SORRY work on my car and left me to have it repaired correctly somewhere else. What put me on alert is when they attempted to patch the bumper on a Mercedes Benz, its like they were trying to save money and cut corners? Maybe, but I was not at all satisfied with their work and told them as much now Im letting anyone else who reads reviews first know. My car was not painted properly and another vendor had to fix right. Look for another vendor if refered by your insurance company. And definitely think twice before going there on your own. My opinion,

No one *wants* to be at the service center. Generally when Im here, dealing with car repairs, the whole process is primed to be awful. Service King just successfully made my experience easy and enjoyable. They gave me accurate updates about my cars repairs, they were very friendly and reasonable whenever I spoke with them.To make things even better, this facility has an Allstate agent and an Enterprise rental agent right there. So I handled all elements of a recent incident in a single location. Overall, Id recommend this establishment again to anyone. They were great.

Thomas was unpleasant and dismissive the entire experience. Returned my car missing several trim clips interior and exterior. The ones that were there didn’t match the other side and were just random ones. New scratches to rear bumper (they offered to buff out). Driver door missing all the labels factory such as tire pressure and emission warnings. Door doesn’t latch properly (simple adjustment maybe). Certainly no where near pre crash condition. Will avoid if ever needed again.

I had a great experience getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired after being rear-ended at a stoplight. Allstate handled the quote quickly, and the staff at Sterling was always friendly and had quick, correct answers for my questions.There was a wait for parts because of the age of my car, but once they arrived, the repair was done quickly and competently. When I picked the Jeep up, they had even detailed it for me (wash and vacuum). The repair looked great, and I dont know about others reviews with fingerprints and whatnot...but mine turned out excellent.The only bad part was dealing with the rental company (Enterprise) stationed inside the shop. A small detraction from an otherwise wonderful experience! Walt seemed to take a personal responsibility for the repair, and was knowledgeable and professional.This shop turned what could have easily been a nightmare into a pleasant experience.

The repairs to my Colorado were done very well. I have about 400 miles on the truck since I got it back and it is solid. The only complaint was that they were very slow. Attention to detail is apparent but it took more time than expected. They missed two promised delivery dates. To be fair, the insurance company was at fault for part of that. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the repair at this time.

Had my car back to me quickly, handled everything directly with my insurance and even had a rental car set up for me to pick up when i dropped off my car. Drop off took about 15 minutes (including getting the rental) and pick-up only took about 10 minutes. Definitely a great experience.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Im currently disputing unauthorized credit card charges from Enterprise because of Sterlings poor work and shady business practices. We took a car there after an accident. Everything seemed fine at that point.Then we got the car back. The windshield (which was not damaged in the accident) was cracked all the way across. Also, the transmission was making a severe grinding noise. So we took the car back and showed them. The rep there, Andrew, said it was their fault and that they would take care of it.So, at this point our insurance only covers a limited amount for a rental car during repairs. We told Andrew this, and he said not to worry - Sterling would pay for the rental car because the additional repairs were their fault.We got the car back after the second repair and returned the rental car. Enterprise is in the same office as Sterling. We asked Andrew again to confirm that Sterling would pay for the rental car. He said yes and confirmed with the Enterprise rep on site. The claims agent from our insurer also spoke with Andrew and he said the same thing.Fast forward a couple months later, and Enterprise is calling us demanding payment and threatening to send it to collections. Andrew is claiming he never said theyd pay for anything, and Enterprise suddenly started charging my credit card that they have on file without authorization. Unfortunately we never got anything in writing from Sterling to state that they would pay for the rental, so were screwed.Avoid Sterling at all costs.

*WARNING* Service King was the preferred vendor for esurance, an affiliate of Allstate that was recommended to me. To keep things simple, I went with them. Although they had my car for 4wks, the process was easy and my car looks great but in the end, the day I picked up my car, was the worst. As they had trouble getting my key to turn the ignition, 3 of the employees tried at different times. During that time, one of them picked up an extra key fob to my other car. The next day my other car was stolen. I called Service King of Marietta giving them the benefit of the doubt, and asked if they picked it up by mistake. The manager remembered looking at it thinking it was for that car but said he put it back. The car stolen belongs to my 18 year old daughter. It has an alarm that would have gone off if attempted without a key. What a coincidence.

Allstate (my insurer) gives you the illusion you will save time and hassle by going to this body shop. The reality is you will regret taking your car here. In 2009 my wifes car was damaged when equipment in a parking deck fell on its roof. Sterling had the car for a month and returned it with greasy fingerprints all over the headliner, windows, and seats. She was almost stranded at a gas station because the gas cap cover wouldnt open. I called the shop and they offered to go back over the car and cleaned it. Last month (June 2010) I was rear-ended and was recommended to take my car to Sterling. I told them about my past experience with their shop and they promised not to drop the ball this time with my car. They dropped the ball anway. My car was not ready even though they called me to pick it up. My car was returned with improperly installed interior panels with gaps so large I could see the sheet metal. The interior was coated in dust so thick I could write on the dashboard. I had dust and smears on my pants when I got out of car from the residue in the seats. The rear seats had red fingerprints all over them. The alignment was so bad that my steering wheel wasnt even level and the car dog-walked down the highway! Tape residue was all over the doors and roof and I still havent managed to remove all of it. After being in the shop for 32 days there was still broken glass in the trunk. The rear seat cushion was not attached to the floor as it was originally. So many OBVIOUS things were wrong upon my cars return that Im warning everyone I meet about this place. Fool me once (my wifes car in 2009), shame on me. Fool me twice (my car in 2010) and I must have been an idiot to try these guys again.

I had damage from an accident to my 2014 Nissan. I was just going to take it to the Nissan store but Allstate recommended them so I took a chance.Tomorrow will be 3 weeks my car will be in the shop for a repair that should have only taken two.Then they got shady and stopped calling to update me on my vehicle after the repair date had passed. Not happy at all and now Im speaking to my insurance about my service.

I am surprised to hear bad reviews from other customers. I will real with you and say my experience (Aug 2012) was wonderful. At this location, I dealt with Pete, Kimberly, and Jan—they were all wonderful. The enterprise rep, Alison, was also great! Long story short, someone hit my car and AllState took care of the damages. They had the car for a week and delivered one day late, but they corrected the problems and had it ready the next morning. They were so busy that they had to send my car to the Duluth location and still got the car back to me in Marietta a week later :) I didnt really mind a day late because the car looked so good—rather than repair the quartpanel or bumper, they simply repaired it. My car looked brand new! I was so stoked. I really have nothing bad to say about this location. Despite some bad reviews, I would give them a chance. I noticed that they reviews were from at least a year ago, maybe things have changed? Pete was one of the most genuine, and friendly guys Ive met at a business like this!!!

I was rear-ended in my S-10 Pickup. Taigate, Roll-pan, Drawbar/Tow-hitch and rear quarterpanel hit.I Checked in on August 10th and I was initially very pleased. My Rental car was there waiting, all prearranged. the Allstate Claims rep was very courteous, explained everything and it all went very smooth... Checked into sterling hassle free. Then the nightmare begins.August 19th I get a call, Its Ready. I drive up and find the Tailgate grinds on sidepanel, wont open without force, wont close unless lifted and forced. My two-tone paint job is now a 5-tone.. NONE Of the panels match each other and the right rear is still pushed in and doesnt properly match up to the roll pan. I request these be addressed and I am assured it will be fixed right. They opt in on an OEM Gate instead of an aftermarket one and decide to also replace the hinges... Genius, since they had an SUV hit them.August 20 I am pulled over for EXPIRED TAGS on the Enterprise rental car.... An Hour on the side of the road explaining why the PD Shouldnt give me a ticket, Tow it and leave me stranded. Late getting to work. So I call the rental agent at this shop, he apologizes and says he will make it right. He defers me to an office closer, puts me on hold and calls said office. He comes back on the line and tells me everything is set, go up and exchange the car, I get there, they know NOTHING about this and tell me I have to exchange it at the Sterling auto office. I go home, Park the car, Bob calls me back. Tells me he is having someone bring me another car. Car shows up, I went from a Mid size to a compact, out of gas, No washer fluid, Dirty. FML.August 27 I get the call again Its Ready I go to get the truck. Gate functions beautifully... after 17 days. the Lower paint still does not match the left panel(Original). The right Quarter is STILL pushed in and Does not match the roll pan and STILL is a completely different color than anything else on the truck. I Again am told that there was bondo in it, non factory screwholes (?), something broken weld..., yadda yadda, excuse here and there... I Showed them accident scene photos where it had been hit, THEN say they will fix it.August 29... I get the call again Its ready I get there, Someone has written their name in the dust on the hood and scratched it into my hood. The right rear is still a silver color instead of beige.Refusing to keep wasting my time I Simply accepted the truck with every intention of taking it to a different shop the next day.August 30: I take my truck to the Alpharetta store. I did not tell them who had done the work, simply that I needed it fixed. They concurred that whoever had done the paint prior had done a poor job of it. It was at this point I informed the Lady assisting me that the Marietta store had done the work. Seriously, it is noticeable at over 100 feet. She connects with with someone that can assist with quality issues. So he and I are discussing how upsetting this whole ordeal is, how they are going to address it and I open the passenger door(getting my drink) to find my OVM(Operator vehicle maintenance) tools loose behind the seat. Upset even further I begin securing the tools where they belong only to find my Lugwrench has been removed and not replaced... Growing up, we called that stolen.Seriously I lost all of my sense of humor and tolerance at that pointThe explanation was that its a specialized tool needed to raise and lower the spare tire.A large Flathead screwedriver will do this as well, Mac tools and Snap-on sell them everyday... the GM Winch slot is a tube with a crimp in it. When I asked why it wasnt returned I was met with Silence.Seriously, I regret 2 things1) Not Lawyering up as soon as I was hit and pounding allstate in the wallet for everything I could get2) Taking my truck to Sterling and wasting over 3 weeks of my life as well as ~$700 in lost wages running back and forth.Look for my review on the fix actions coming soon on the Sterling Auto-Body Alpharetta site!
