Quick and efficient on this trip for 10K service of oil change, filter and tire rotation. By the time I got ready to do some work they were done. I did spend some time taking a quick walk thru on the show room floor and ran into the Finance Manager ( Emmet M) is awesome over there. Very stand up guy!! We talked about finance for 30 minutes. Go check him out if you are in the market to buy a car!!!
Overall, I have to say this location has been great to deal with. Chris and Eloy in the service department are great and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Most of the work was under warranty but I got some preventative maintenance done as well. Price was fair for a dealership service department. There was a slight issue with the wrong parts being sent but the team took care of me and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the correct part was shipped and installed. I would recommend and would return again.
Absolutely the worst service service I have ever had the misfortune of receiving. They had me wait an hour after appointment time and was asked three time for my name because they couldn’t keep track. The specific person I was told to meet wasn’t in and when he showed up I was brushed off as “the mechanic isn’t open till Tuesday” after a single sentence from myself. And this happens while two other people are in the office and have the ability to tell me if my wait was in vain.
I’ve a repeat customer here, I drive 25 minutes while passing Auto Nation Lithuanian Spring, every timeI come in for an oil change they always forget to add washer fluid . It’s kind of like am I even receiving the oil change ? I may need to do this service myself .3 stars for customer service . They advisors are always nice .

Quoted an ever changing range of services that upon further inquiry turned out not to be necessary, according to the rep by mistake. Provided misleading technical advice as to run up the job list. Shady at best. Will avoid like the pest in the future.

Service was bad..Service person attending me refused to wear a mask. Said they would order a part for my car. A month gone by and havent been contacted.about the order. I think Im about to look elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional and no leadership or communication skills I purchased a car from here they changed the down payment I still paid the price fast forward I go to deposit revenue just so the person working there can tell me that the car dealership hasn’t sent proper documents this is the worst dealership do not waste your time or money very very poor work ethics this place need to be shut down for doing bad business not one person was able to facilitate or explain what’s going on when I say this is the worst car experience but bottom line they are nothing but unprofessional crooks.
Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and my time was not honored. What’s the point of making an appointment if they get to me when they get to me ?
Great experience each time I go. Service department is transparent and friendly. Service reps are professional and have great customer service. Not sure on sales, but the few cars I perused on the lot seemed to have good prices
I almost never leave negative reviews, unless warranted. In this case, its warranted. The service center closes at 5PM on Saturdays and I showed up at 4:40 PM because I was in a rush to catch them (circumstances made me have to go in). I pull in, I go inside of the service entrance and everyone is casually milling around (fine), but to not even acknowledge my presence or say Someone will be with you in a minute is disrespectful (I had someone walk in my direction to speak with another associate and completely ignore the fact that I was standing there). So, I find someone who wasnt on a phone and asked if someone would be able to quickly look at my rear drivers side tire because I believe I have a slow leak.His response was, Theyre closed or theyre about to close in 15 to 20 minutes, what do you want me to do? We cant help you. Mind you, checking for a leak and patching it up takes about 10 to 20 minutes to do--Ive had this done before. So, to say that no one can help is a cop out and to be rude about is even worse. I tried to stick the with this location because this is where I purchased my car, but after this experience--Ill go elsewhere. And just as an FYI, the person I spoke to was an older Black gentleman with glasses (I am Black woman). Ive dealt with him once previously and he was just as rude then, but the service to my car was quick, efficient, and inexpensive (for what I needed done).Lastly, its currently 4:50 PM and the entrance doors are still open. If you DONT want people to come in for service close the doors--dont have them waste their time and gas getting there only to be turned away.

Best experience with a car dealership (service center) in any aspect. Zackery was the awesome, he explained everything we needed to know without hesitation. Great experience we will certainly go back to have our car serviced.
Service advisor Stephen was very rude. I was picking up a car for my brother when I asked what I was paying for he refused to tell me saying I already spoke over the phone two times with your brother Stephen was full of attitude after I responded with you do not have to respond to me this way AND GAVE THEM $870 FOR A BRACKET AND SENSOR CALIBRATION... I will not bring a car back...

I would never recommend the service department at the Marietta location. My daughter took her car there to be serviced because her car stopped accelerating while driving. Once she pooled off the road, turned the car off and restarted it, it worked but the check engine light came on. This was an issue that happened 2 years ago and we had it fixed at a dealership in Gulfport, Ms. when my daughter took her car in she was working with Richard. She gave him all the details as to what happened, that it can’t be recreated and is random, and that the issue had been addressed 2 years ago at another location. She even gave him the info and stressed that he reach out to the other dealership. After several days and multiple messages, Richard finally responded that they were still running tests. It was getting close to the weekend and we still had no answers. Finally, I was able to connect with Richard on the phone and he hastily rushed me off saying they were still looking into it and would call me at 10am the next morning. By 12pm I had not heard from Richard or anyone, so I continued to call every hour. Finally at 5pm he said “it’s fixed and can be picked up”. When my daughter got there Richard told her he ran a diagnostic and the code indicated it was a dirty filter. Neither she or I believed he did anything to truly fix the car, but he did take the $69.95 from her and sent her on her way. Well, the issue occurred again while on the interstate, which was very frightening during 5 o’clock traffic! I didn’t bother calling Richard because he obviously blew the seriousness of the situation off because a young girl was saying there was something wrong. It is their job to ensure they are putting a customer back into a safe situation, which he obviously didn’t! I called the dealership in Gulfport and they never heard from anyone about my daughter’s car as they still had the repair info and call log about it. I will never trust this place again that they have the customer’s best interest as a priority, especially a female!! I’ve also tried calling the Director over the Service Dept. and left messages but he seems to also not be interested in what happens in his department.
