Malones does the amazing work, Ive been to them before in the past. My car looks brand new!!! Like it was never hit. The staff was super friendly and polite. First timer and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I made an appointment for an oil change and asked them review any other scheduled maintenance based on the mileage and age of my BMW 328i. I received a call explaining everything in great detail. We agreed upon the repairs...and I even asked if they could repair a broken fog light. They were able to get the part, make all repairs, and have everything done well before I had expected. Upon pickup I noticed they had cleaned my car in and out. I was not expecting that and that really topped off a wonderful experience. Great people, great service, i will be back!

Drove my 09 Mercedes ML350 to see family members in Georgia with no issues during my trip. I noticed a leak (spots on ground) and realized it was power steering fluid so I checked the level and thought I should be fine as long as the pump doesnt fail. With a day left in my vacation, my steering wheel got stuck completely and wouldnt turn during a quick grocery store run.I called and searched for tow truck and European car service centers. I quickly found a tow truck but service centers was hard to come by either because of appointment requirement or availability. Malones was recommended by a friend and they truely came in clutch. I spoke to a Malones rep on the phone and I was told to tow my suv there and they might be able to get me on the road the next day. True to their word, I got a diagnosis (power steering pump leaking, drive belt shredded due to PS fluid leak and PS reservoir replacement) early the next morning, agreed to the cost and got my car back by 1pm. They even gave me a no cost loaner to drive back to where I was staying as long as I did the service at their shop and filled up the gas tank.I now have a reputable European service center in Marietta GA that I will use (whenever in town) or recommend to everyone I know.

Cant thank these guys enough. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable from day 1. They helped me solve a problem that has been lingering for 6+ months they did it all with a smile on their faces. I would recommend this service shop to any european car owner......... BUT, 16 months after the repairs, the $600+ key fob and ignition lock cylinder that was installed failed and I am right back at square one with a key stuck in the ignition again. Conveniently right after the warranty expired. Extremely, extremely disappointed.

This shop is a great alternative to a dealer service- they are less expensive and they stand behind their work. The place to go once the manufacturer’s warranty is out.

I was told a few months back by the Malone services that I had a fuel injector fail. I got it checked out by someone else and turns out it was a completely different problem. I felt like I was tricked out of my money for false information. I have been coming here for months to get oil changes but unfortunately because of the false information I was told about my car I will not be back. I have spent so much money here and as a customer I expect great service which I did not receive.

Malones was referred to me by a friend and my husband and i have been very pleased with the service and the customer service. These folks simply bend over backwards to make things easy for their customers. The can-do attitudes are sincere and consistent. We have already had both our cars serviced and will go back again. i highly recommend this service dealer.

I found them online and called them based on the positive reviews that I read and I am quite pleased to now have a go-to place for my Mercedes. They gave me a quote for the service and the final bill was exactly the same. They are friendly, kept me updated and finished the work as promised. They give a loaner car if needed and their waiting area is nice with drinks and snacks for free. The best part was that cleaned my car inside and out when they were finished. Very straightforward business acumen that makes you feel comfortable as a female customer. They inform you of your price a the outset and if anything more needs to be done they discuss that with you without hardball pressure. I appreciate this because my normal experience with auto service and repair is less that favorable. Ive only used them once, but I do feel I can trust them and will return.

As a customer in the past, I called to schedule an appointment for diagnostics to be performed on my vehicle after being involved in a collision. The person I spoke to was very rude and argumentative. He even instructed me to take the vehicle to the shop that performed the body work, stating the insurance company isn’t going to cover the fees at Malones. This was misinformation. I had actually spoken to the insurance company prior to calling and was told to take it wherever I wanted to and send them the diagnostic report and it would be covered! I’m not sure how this business decides who to exclude as a customer. Regardless, Malones doesn’t have to worry about me ever bringing my vehicle there!

Extremely pleased with the service i received, I hate going to big dealerships because they talk over your head and dont make it feel personal. Seems like they just want your money. Mr. Maurice was welcoming and was able to simplify my repair and help me understand. It was way cheaper than the dealership which I was happy about!

My former boss referred me to Malone’s when I felt like I was being overcharged at the dealership almost 10 years ago and I’ve been taking my car for service at Malone’s ever since then. Suffice it to say, when you find an auto repair service that employs such a trustworthy and helpful group of people, you never leave them. I know nothing about cars except that you need to do your part to take care of them. When I say that the team at Malone’s are hardworking, honest people, that is an understatement. I’ve taken my car in for service regularly and have come to totally rely on Malone’s to guide me through the long term healthcare of my car. Over the years there are many examples where I have assumed I needed different types of maintenance for the car only to have Malone’s tell me that I still had several thousand more miles before I need to worry about that or they’ve advised me of potential issues with the car before they’ve occurred and saved me from being stranded on the side of the road. Their prices are reasonable and they manage your car service as if it were their own.About six years ago I was looking at buying a new car. Friends and family were giving me advice on what to get and what not to get to the point that I did not know which way to turn. I called the Service Manager, Tim Lyles, at Malone’s to get his advice. Tim spent 45 minutes with me on the phone giving me facts about each car based on his expertise so I could make an informed decision. I’m sure he was very busy and hadn’t planned to spend that hour helping me decide on a car, but that’s the level of service and commitment Malone’s extends to their customers. I am from the Valdosta/Hahira area and when I say that Malone’s gives you that small town feel in the middle of this big city, I mean it as the highest of compliments. It’s my version of “Cheers” (where everyone knows your name). It’s where you feel comfortable sending your mother to get her car serviced because you know she is in good hands. It’s where I will ALWAYS go for my auto needs because the customer service is second to none!

Brought my car in for service to have my steering lock replaced. I picked the car up on a Friday and had some minor issues after the initial service.I was not happy and initially wrote a scathing review. Within a minute of completing my review, the owner Adam reached out to me through reply to my review. Not only that, he got in his car, drove to the shop to find my number so he could contact me directly. Mind you, its on a Saturday and the shop is closed!He arranged for me to meet him at the shop on Sunday and he personally fixed all my other issues himself while I waited! On my normal route to work, I noticed that my tire pressure was decreasing significantly. This repair shop was on my way, so I decided to stop . The owner, Adam engages in both unethical and illegal social media smear campaigns against his competitors. This shop is not qualified to work on high performance vehicles. The fact that Adam calls his competitors asking for free tech advice is a clear indication that he is a bottom feeder and as fake as a three dollar bill. This shop uses social media to generate a fake image of competence that that they are severely lacking.
