I was in an auto accident and my Mercedes Benz dealership recommended caliber collision and they were excellent. I don’t want to be in another accident but if I ever am I will be going to caliber for repairs !

I had an auto insurance claim and caliber came recommended by my insurance company, and for good reason! Everyone I interacted with really cared about the customer experience and went the extra mile to make things easy and I was well informed throughout my repair. Haley, Jasmine, and Stephen especially made the process smooth and I will definitely be back again for future auto needs/repairs!

I would highly recommend the Cobb Pkwy location. They were very helpful and working with Jazmine was great. She looped a gentleman in to take a look at my door. He was very helpful and I went from expecting to have to get a new door to them being able to fix it. They made a bad day a lot better!

Over the last seven years Ive had Caliber (formerly ABRA) repair 3 different cars of mine after they were banged up. They always did great work. So when I needed to have the bumper cover on my Jetta repaired, they were the only shop I contacted. This was going to be an out-of-pocket job, so I requested an estimate using their online tool. The next day I received my estimate, and given that it involved a new bumper cover, paint, and labor, it was a lot more money than I was wanting to pay. I made an appointment for an estimator to look at it and give me a price for simply re-attaching the existing bumper cover. Service Advisor Ashley first took a look at it in the parking lot and then stepped away for a moment. She came back with a couple of small hand tools and immediately began working on the bumper! She then enlisted the help of one of the body repairmen and he got down on the wet pavement and put everything back together in just a few minutes. It might have taken all of fifteen minutes for the repair, but I would have been happy to pay for an hour of labor. But when I asked Ashley, How much? she just smiled and said Oh, theres no charge. That kind of customer service needs to be recognized and publicized, so here you go, Caliber, Ashley, and the bodyman whose name I didnt get!

My car had $2,030 dollars in damage from a bad parker/hit and run. They took it in on a Monday and returned it on a Friday. Not bad for most of my front end being forcibly removed by a standard ATL driver.

Had a great experience working with Caliber after two separate accidents. The experience was transparent and very straightforward. Caliber kept me informed throughout the process on exactly what was going on with my car. The bill was very reasonable the first time and was a bit higher than expected the second time but since I was using insurance that wasnt a major concern to me. If youre paying out of pocket, you might benefit from shopping around for cheaper shops. If youre going through insurance or if youre okay with paying a bit more for a professional experience, Calibers a great choice.

Staff here are very helpful and friendly. They explained every process that was being done to my car after the accident. Ron had us in touch the whole way. After getting our car back we notice that they even vacuumed our whole car even though we only got our back bumper fixed. The repairs were done within a week as the customer rep had promised. Car was dropped off Sunday evening and was ready for pickup Friday at noon.I received daily texts on the repair process.My daughter’s car looks great!I would highly recommend Caliber Collision based on my experience.

The most amazing thing about this shop. Is that everything is done on site. It is a full service shop. There is no need to send late model vehicles to the dealership for the onboard electronics to be calibrated. Which would extend the repair the time. It is all done on site.This was a plus for me.

Ashley is just the best. I followed her over from her previous company (they did some similar work for me), and she continues to earn my highest praise. Dont let her youthful good looks and sparkling personality fool you: she knows her way around cars (she grew up in the biz) and is not afraid to get her hands on to make sure the work is top notch.Of course, she handles the business side like a pro - pushed the paperwork through the insurance company, kept me apprised of the progress, and got me in and out with a minimum of hassle. She even helped me move my stuff back and forth from my rental car.Its only been a few days, but I have no reason not to believe the work isnt of the highest standards. This location is quite a ways from where I live (I was close to Ashleys old place), but she goes the extra mile for me, so I certainly dont mind going the extra miles for her. I wouldnt think of going anyplace else.

So glad I came across this place!!!!! I just recently purchased a car and found out my daytime running light went out on the passenger side. It would’ve cost me $50 at the dealership. I brought my 03 VW Turbo S in for a resolution of a paint from a previous accident where another auto body shop was originally assigned the job that resulted in shoddy work. Kandi, the greatest receptionist in the world got Spencer, from New Hampshire to assist. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the issue and the causation. He had my car completed and called me personally to inform while I was out of town. Secured my vehicle on premises and upon my return saw my car had been detailed! Friendly employees, but... Be very careful with quotes from this location. Low initial in-person quote doubled after dropping off car. Arranged to drop off car the next week. Arrived to be presented with three additional documents to sign. One of them would have me agree to pay whatever they charge regardless of the quote. I write in that they must call me first to change quote. I received a call later than more than doubled the quote. If I had just signed I wouldve been on the hook. Watch yourselves.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you have a repair that is done incorrectly good luck in getting someone to call you back. Abra installed a defective $3K headlamp in my car. I left 3 messages for the manger Mike Tumey and sent an additional email over 2 weeks and could not get the guy to return a call. I finally had to get my insurance company on the line with me, and he still wouldnt pick up the phone. He was relaying messages through the receptionist Candy. He finally got on the line, and said, yeah, I never called him back. The insurance representative said he had never experienced anything like this from a preferred shop. The insurance company will be escalating this internally and Ill be doing the same. This is my first Google review - its not something I do. But I am beyond frustrated, and I want to do what I can to make sure that others know what theyre getting in to with this shop. My guess is that the problems are specific to the Cobb Parkway location, but who knows.

Greater FINISHED Repairs before time!😊

Worst collision centre came through in my life. My car went for accident repair to replace the door. Once the door is fixed we starte hearing noise from the door that was fixed. Again we delivered the car to them for repair. 2 weeks later they returned the car by saying we are unable to fix the issue. Upon car arrival they replaced the new door and fitted some old door which worsens the condition when compared to earlier. I asked them to fix the issue but they created one more issue and delivered the car. WORST SERVICE CENTRE. NEVER EVER PREFER IT.

My car was sent here after an auto accident. I thought everything was great, 5 stars, until I got my car back after the repairs. My tail lights were not replaced after a rear end collision as well as the fact that I was missing items from my car. When called about this issue I was told that there was no room for my car to be repaired again so I should replace the damaged parts myself and that they would look into my missing items but that there was probably nothing they could do about it. I called back many times to get a status update about my belonging and there was no sense of urgency or sense that they even cared about what had happened.I will not be using this company ever again for my car repairs.

They did a lot better job than me with a can of Bondo. They will send you a message stating that your vehicle is ready. Call and check first; that is an automated message and they may be finishing up; it may be a few more hours. Keeps you from making two trips.

I selected one star, because I had to in order to make this post. Abra does not even deserve a star. I spoke with Shan at Abra, after the insurance company recommended them. When I was speaking with Abra, I got the feeling that I was inconveniencing them. I am not sure they know part of their business is customer service. After the horrible experience, I decided to take our vehicle to another location, which did listen and work with us to get the process started to have our vehicle repaired. They even thanked us for our business. This is true customer service.

I was not pleased with my trip to abra to fix my car. My air conditioner was giving me problems and after i went to get it fixed everything was fine... except for two days later it didnt work again!! Now I cant get my car fixed for another three weeks because they dont have space in their garage, when they should prioritized me because they were the ones who screwed me

I took my truck here after a collision because it was recommended by the insurance company. i pick my truck up a week later and find that somebody there stole items from inside my truck. if only there were an option for zero stars.

Extremely unhappy with the service I received at ABRA Auto Body. The insurance company, recommend that I take my vehicle here to get an inspection and repairs. Not only did the not communicate with me for the entire two weeks that they had my vehicle, they also claimed the maximum amount of damages, when I really only needed my bumper replaced. Because of this they deemed my vehicle a total loss, even though its 100% drivable and now only missing a bumper. So because of all of this I am now having to get a salvage title on my vehicle, which has become complete hassle and inconvenience. I wish I would have never even made an insurance claim and I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle to ABRA. They are linked directly with the insurance companies and they are trying to make the very maximum amount of money that they can.

Abra did not keep me informed on anything, I had to call them repeatedly, after I picked my vehicle up I found a trim piece just laying in the backset and had to go back to have it installed, the only thing they seemed concerned about was whos fault it was. On the plus side the actual work was pretty good, just issues on overspray

My girlfriend took her vehicle here after a minor auto accident. The body shop did not fix the damage AND they scratched the hood of the vehicle. The body shop claims they didnt scratch the hood. Body shops like this give the industry a bad name. Avoid this place.
