They seem very professional. I wish they would work with me. I have a vehicle with a decent body on it and I wanted to get rockers and also fix a hole where it has rusted through but it seems they either dont have the time or just dont want the job because, they told me I was looking at a 10k job and said they would basically have to replace every panel. If you have insurance work to be done I would recommend them. Other wise no I couldnt

Repairs to my car were outstanding and completed when promised. The price was right and the office staff was professional. Take your car or truck there for a fast and complete estimate.

Had to make an appointment a month out for some frame work, was worried cause ive never had work done by them but they only had my car a day, the repairs look great and they even popped my bumper back into place and detailed my car. also the price was exactly what they quoted me. good people and good work. i am forever greatful.

The repairs were substandard and of poor quality. The customer service was even worse after picking up the vehicle and trying to get the repairs taken care off. I did meet with the shop foreman to discuss a path forward. He was to get back with me the following week. Three and half weeks later, NEVER heard back from them. Would never recommend taking anything to for repairs!!

They have done work for me years ago and again just recently! Good quality work and timely too! They even cleaned out my car before returning it to me! Way to go the extra mile!

I hit a deer, and took my car here because its what my insurance would cover. They had my car for almost 2 months, and when I got it back my turning signal (that had been damaged by the deer) still didnt work. If you can I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

They completed the body work to my car within their estimated time and took care of everything with the insurance company. Professional staff and quality work. Excellent communication. I hope to avoid being sideswiped again in the future, but if it happens again, I’m returning my business here.

We did not have a good experience at this location. I went here because it was the only approved location ( by my car insurance ) in the area . They had my vehicle for almost 9 weeks. When I drove an hour ( one way ) to pick it up, service lights were still on. I had to come back once they had figured out why the lights were on. Then, my car started making a rattle noise when I drove. My car insurance company allowed me to have it looked at at the location of my choice. I chose a Honda dealership. Upon first glance they noticed TWELVE things done incorrectly including not greasing things and missing Bolts. I had driven 2 hours away to the dealership to find out my car is not driveable until fixed. What a mess. I would not recommend First Quality Collision. I am upset I even paid them a $500 deductible

Was told Id receive my vehicle back by mid February, here it is March and they still got a ways to go on it. Good people but the slowest garage around. Wouldnt recommend

My car was hit in the middle of the night (hit skip), this company was a select shop for my insurance company, I have had Service here in the past so I decided to go with what is familiar. When I came in for an estimate, I was told that that multiple places that were involved in the incident and in the area of the incident was pre-existing prior to the crash, and was told that I just didnt notice the obvious marks. One ding exposed bare metal and was metal color, and then pointed to the end of the ding, stated there was a little rust there when it is the red metallic paint that was pushed and bunched up. My integrity was questioned, and basically called a liar. I took my business elsewhere, where they confirmed my thoughts of it being related to this crash. I am younger (mid thirties) and basically was given the impression that I was a bothersome to them (which I felt the same about my prior visit with them). I am happy others have received good service, but mine was beyond poor.

Always fixes my car in a good timely manner. They have a phenomenal guarantee if its not right the first time theyll fix it right the second time for free.
