I just got a new car. This morning the little light was on that showed low tire pressure in one of my tires. I drove over to Les Schwab. Taylor came right up to my car and asked how he could assist me. I showed him the weird little light. He asked me to pull my car up/ checked All my tires. They were all a little low. He put some air in all the tires. He was so friendly and helpful.

I asked them to fix something that didnt need to be fixed. They were very transparent with me in regards to what I should have been doing. In the end the saved me a bunch of money from not wasting it on unnecessary fixes and I cant thank them more. I would recommend anyone go to this location. Great team & honest. I will always feel comfortable here

Absolutely went above and beyond to help us out. We were in California from Michigan when I ran over a bolt. They made sure they got us back up and running so we could make the long trip home. High recommended as the customer service is excellent.

10/10 on the service first time I went to this place was today and my problem was my tire had Disinflation issues. The wait was about and hour but well worth it 👌 they came back to tell me it was the valve stem they had to replace and it was free at that point I was just kinda standing there like oh. Free I had my card out and everything and just told me to have a good day and good day yes I did 😌 thank you

Heading up I-5, we discovered we had a flat tire on our travel trailer. I called Les Schwab who dispatched their roadside service truck. Chris arrived quickly and put our spare tire on for us in record time!

Went in prepared to purchase a new tire, left with complimentary work done. Marvelous service all around from beginning to end. Will definitely return when its time for a new set of tires. Thanks to everyone there at that location.

Scheduled my appointment two days before. Dropped it off in the morning purchasing tires and a wheel alignment. They did an excellent job! Great fast customer service.

I called before I came here and asked about getting a patch or a plug for a nail in my tire and they told me it would be about an hour wait. I went ahead and went to the store. They told me when I signed in that it would be an hour wait from that point. It was literally right at an hour. The customer service was awesome, friendly people, and they didnt waste my time. If you have any tire needs in or near manteca this is a great place to go!

Came here for a tire rotation & ended up wasting my time because I walked away with less then I came with. They lied to me telling me my tires were cracked & it would have been a liability to take them off but they gave me complimentary overfilled tires to 47psi. Then also handed me a $800 quote for new tires after my tires wear and crack from them overfilling all 4 thinking Im too dumb to know.

Took my Truck in for an Alignment, and they said I had parts that were bad in my suspension...when I told them I had just replaced those parts they said for me to go in so they can show me. When I arrived they said the initial parts that they had told me were bad arent...but, now I had other parts that seemingly went bad from the time I talked with them to the time I arrived. They said I had a bushing in my lower control arm that was bad...but, come to find out, it doesnt require what they said was bad. I took my Truck to Manteca Tire on Edison st. and they Aligned it with no problem at all, and couldnt find anything parts that were bad. Les Schwab Tire is a rip-off...they will sell you parts and services you dont need!!!

Stopped in without an appt to see if they could fix my flat...even with 4 people ahead of me I was in and out within 30min which was great especially since I had my cranky 2 yr old with me lol. Also great because if you get your tires from here when you need a repair(i had a screw) its free. Cant go wrong...good customer service, quick and free repair.

The nicest place Ive ever been. The people there are always so sweet and so nice and make sure that you understand everything that they are doing. I fully trust them and well definitely go there again. The only downside is they do have higher prices than everywhere else in town but I guess its worth it for the trust Factor. Staff is great! Unfortunately the mechanics are not as reliable. Twice I had to get my suspension torqued. They should know that our lives depend in their hands. Plus I got new tires which they overfilled the air. So my van was rocking on the freeway. Ive only experienced this at this store. They should consider holding a meeting with their mechanics every week. They should double-check their work.

Really that good! I went in for a consultation on buying new tires and met Jeff. Real nice guy, I told him what I wanted, Michelin pilot sports, and he suggested Continental extreme contact tires instead. Continentals came with a guarentee (my frist choice didnt) and were $400 less expensive than my original choice!! Obviously went with Jeffs Insightful suggestion! The grip is great and Im not worried if something goes wrong with my new tires because the guarentee covers potential mishaps. Couldnt be happier with the great experience and service I received at this Les Schwab!! Just got back from this place and I cannot say enough good things! I had a slow leak for a while in my front left tire and it seemed to be getting low quicker. I took it to the Dealership and they couldnt find anything wrong, but did say their dunk tank was broken so they didnt take the tire off to look for a leak. On the way home I stopped at Les Schwab and they found a nail in my tire and repaired it for free. These tires were not even bought from Les Schwab (although I have bought from them in the past). I am a customer for life! I should have gone to them first instead of the Dealership!

This place is very clean . Customer service is always great. Lucas is very promt to help you..Management are very friendly . We moved to a different city but we still keep coming back to this location because of the service we receive from the team. And they have free Starbucks machine and popcorn while waiting.

Anyone can sell your tires, brakes, etc, but I have been in several times over the years for both of our vehicles and have always gotten fantastic service, even when I have had issues with my car or needed help. Everyone is helpful and honest about the options. I have never felt hard sold on anything and because of that I come back every time.

Jeff helped me quite a bit tonight. I was in a tight spot and managed to to get me two new front tires. Right before closing. Now I will be able to make it home a few cities away.

After having a baby g blowout on the freeway.. called Les Schwab. Talked to Rick I think. Anyway told him what happened, he said get it towed over and well take care of you. Shout to my tow truck company..Cant remember their name.. But spoke to Dave and he was Great. Driver came to me in least than 20 mins. Awesome driver and customer service 👍. Sorry Les. Anyway s, got Les Schwab and boom Bam boom. We ended up with 4 brand new tires and back on the road in 30mins... Les Schwab. I can gone on forever.. 1000 out of 10😙😙😙😙😙😙

Mom got a flat tire on the way out of town luckily they were close by within a couple minutes of a drive with the tire holding just enough air to get us there. In and out of the place within a half hour and they even let doggy sit in the backseat while they repaired the tire. Friendly and fast

Honest guys and gals, told me I did NOT need a wheel alignment. Bent frame.

I went to the Costco tire center to have a nail removed and patched. Was told I needed a new tire. Luckily they didnt have it in stock. Waisted 2 hours there. Drove down to Les and not only did they fix it they rotated my tires at no charge in less than one hour. LS has a customer for life now.

I have always enjoyed the exceptional level of service and dedication to customers all Les Schwab locations I have been to (and I have been to quite a few different locations) have shown. They are generally fast, efficient, and more than courteous to their customers, and answer any questions you have about your car. They have never tried to swindle me out of money or tried to sell me a product I didnt need. This location is no exception. The staff is kind and very responsive to any requests or questions I have. They have generally been fairly open to walk-in customers, although they seem to have gotten more busy the last couple times I went. I suggest calling prior to driving over to the shop, just to ensure you wont have an hour or two wait time.

Customer service is best. My vehicle had flat tire. I dont have to wait too long, they fixed really fast. One day ago with same issue I went to Walmart I wait there two hours but they said they dont find anything.In the morning tire has no air pressure so I been to this place luckily issue resolved. When I asked for the highest quality tires available, the technician was able to categorize a list of all season tires, their prices, and recommended to me with confidence the tires I now have on my s55 AMG. As a returning customer according to the warranty I was given a complimentary rotation and inspection, as well as a complimentary freshly roasted coffee to enjoy while Pedro worked on my car. Came in at 10 am for an alignment. Its 12 now and my truck hasnt moved. I watched multiple people come in get serviced and leave. When I asked about it I was told first come policy is based on the work being done and not what time I came in. 5 minutes after that my truck is being pulled in. I feel like they would have left it there all day if I didnt say anything.

Walked in asked for quality tires for my vehicle. They had a 65,000 mile tire in stock. Took less than an hour to put them on. They offer financing. They also have free popcorn, coffee, and cocoa while you wait. If you would rather not wait, they have a free service shuttle that will take you home.

Best experiance ive had at business in a long time. Service was super fast and knowledgable, and when a road block presented itself Frank found a way around it without charging me a thing! Thanks guys id pay extra for service like that.

I like the security of knowing that when I need a fill up or something else is wrong with my tires, they know you are their customer and will get you running in no time.I was definitely in a bind today: I was out of town and had a serious flat. It was about 5:15 in the evening. I called to see if they would take my car in for a tire repair. I was told they close at 6pm. The person I was talking with said they would wait for me to show up and do the repair. I got there at right at 6. They took my car in, did the repair, and was done about 15 min. later. Yes, I give them 5 stars for their customer service, professional attitude and fast repair at NO CHARGE!!!

The customer service at this store is always outstanding. We thought we might need a realignment and found we needed much less. We did end up finding a tire problem and got a new replacement tire (cost prorated). This company provides the kind of customer service, quality products, and trusted work that is what made America great!

Nice big clean area to wait for your car to be looked at. In 45 minutes I had answers and was on my way. Gonna be 3 hours to fix struts/shocks align; and 4 brakes and rotors. Handicap access bathroom is clean. No charges for diagnosis!

I tried this place after being motivated by the commercials on television. I bought an old passenger van to use whenever I have company and dont want to travel together in separate cars. The van veered heavily to the left and vibrated a lot once it reached a certain speed. I initially took the van to a reputable place that I have had good experiences with in the past, because the shop was closer to my location at the time. I requested an alignment and balancing of the tires thinking it would fix the problem. The shop performed my requested services but, the vans problems stayed exactly the same. The shop wanted to charge me an additional $180 to have the problem fixed and I would have to bring the van at another time.I was not pleased with the outcome of the initial service so I took the van to the Manteca Les Schwab and explained what I had done to the van. The representative told me that they were booked for the day; not a problem. I dropped the van off the next week and left it there for them to fix it at their convenience. I was not in a rush to have the van back. The next day, they called me 20 minutes after opening the shop and told me that the van was ready. I told them that the van vibrated in the front and asked if it was a balancing issue. The representative told me that they would look into it and fix it as well.When I picked up the van, I was only charged $58 for the repair and the balancing of the front tires. All they had to do was rotate the tires and balance them and the problem was corrected. I was expecting a bill of $180 or more. The van was left running like a champ despite it being an older van. I was happy with the service this shop provided me. They earned future business from me by being honest and fixing my vans problem. It was stressing me out. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I would definitely recommend Les Schwab for their honesty and service; just like in the commercials ( ; ) )

Had to get a flat fixed literally last minute, these guys came through!I called Les Schwab 2 minutes before they close -- after Los Amigos here in town told me they couldnt (or wouldnt, whats the difference here?) patch my tire when I arrived there 5 minutes before they closed. Now nobody likes extra work just before they go home for the day, I understand. But Im stuck between a rock & a hard spot here. These gents got me going and all way cheaper than I was quoted at Los Amigos.This was a small gesture Los Amigos failed on and Les Schwab helped more than they know! Ill never go back to Los Amigos. When you walk into the huge lobby section of the store and you have 4 or five employees walking around behind the desk and no one greets you. They didnt have straight answeres and they didnt even ask what kinds of tires we wanted to have put on they assumed it was the exact same ones they were replacing. We purchased them around 6 to eight months ago and the wire layer of the tire was exposed. When I had a question for the R eating they dismissed me took my credit card and sent me on my way.. This is how they always treat people. I will never give this store one more penny.

Its been a while since Ive been to a tire shop instead of going to the dealership for tire service but Ive never heard of a company doing this and was surprised. My truck tire had a slow leak so I took it in to have them look at it since my dealership said it would take them all day before I could get the truck back. Les Schwab looked at my truck, found a small screw in the tire, fixed it, and then gave me my key. I looked at them confused and said I havent paid yet and what do I owe. They said nothing, two days service was free and they just hope I consider going to them when I need new tires. Thats just plain good business. And I will consider them because I appreciate the way they do business.

Very polite probably too polite. I dont like to be reminded about a tire that needs to be replaced but they show various types of options in quality of tire I can purchase.
