Was recommended to this shop by my family period check it into get a fuel filler hose replaced .I will say the lady that works out the front was very helpful and very professional total sweetheart.She even was able to get my car done faster than expected. After picking up my car I drive to my house and then to work for my 8 hour shift returning home. Both times I noticed a really loud noise coming from the back end I thought that my tires needed more pressure I went to a nearby gas station where the pump had told me it was at 40 which is standard PSI recommended for this tire. I then proceeded she called this auto repair shop and let them know that my car is making a very strange noise that had not made before dropping it off. Obviously at this point theyre closed I then after returning home from the gas station examine both of my back tires. I noticed my back passenger tire seems to have three of the five lug nuts finger loose one of my lug nuts broken off and the one is extremely tight still. I then immediately call and explain to the shop that they could have not only endangered my life with my two small childrens lives in this mistake that was made. (I was driving on ONE LUG NUT) None the less I show up first thing in the morning to bring the car by I give used to Chris who does not seem happy that I am there to begin with granite it is early in the morning so I ignore his demeanor. I then proceeded to tell him what happened to the vehicle he says hell take care of it. He calls me at 9:30 telling me my car is ready to be picked up. I then returned to the repair shop to pick up my vehicle where he then tells various reasons that the damage done to my vehicle was of my own fault through, me driving 40 miles to work, having the inappropriate tire size which might I add I called Acura who is the make of my car where they informed me my tires are up to standard of size width and radius that is compatible with my car. I basically get to the point of where Im asking him what point is he trying to make and he continuously says its your tire size, its you tire size. I told him that theres no way that it was my tire you went ahead and fixed the tire by busting another one of my bolts off to where I now we have three of the five recommended for my vehicle Tire. If I would have noticed that before leaving I would have loved to hear how Chris was going to explain the second broken full as I returned and if he was somehow going to put it on me as well very unprofessional man.

Is the best place to men to get to go for smog and car maintenance The people are so nice And they do a good job fast

Great repair company we try to always use them. May be a little expensive but well worth it. My company is expensive a little also but how do beat great quality work. You cant get any better.

For me the shop was no more than another automobile garage / part store..

Just as I was to take a trip with my RV I found my radiator leaking. Karen and JC got me in first thing on a Monday morning to pressure test the system, replaced the radiator and had the work done by the afternoon. They also helped get me some money back on the faulty radiator even though it had been replaced elsewhere 16 months and exactly 10,025 miles earlier. Even better, I discovered they are a NAPA Autocare Center - and the work now has a 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty nationwide. Great work, professionalism and a very fair price!

JC Automotive always gives me a great deal and only repairs what needs to be fixed. 4 tires for my Challenger were going to cost me $639 for just ok tires the better tires were $717. The same tires pretty much were mounted balanced and put on my car for $529. Thanks JC Automotive.

Went to get smog for my truck reasonably priced asked about getting door handles fixed inside & out, also A/C getting fixed those be the next thing as I get done. See u guys soon for that new to the area I think I found my mechanic reasonable prices and friendly

Ive been coming here for 7 years they do great work and along with great work a very decent price. Everything they charge appears to be very reasonable upon review and they dont start doing things without getting your approval first and they will watch your car for you if you cant pick it up the very next day. I trust JC Automotive.
