Great Service. Tire rotation included with oil change. Other places charge $30 + the oil change cost to do it. Oh and the oil change was cheaper as well.

Will never go back. Paid $45 for a $29 oil change and tire rotation, as advertised on TV. Asked about price when I made the appointment and was assured it was $29. After work was d,I was told I needed a coupon. No mention of a coupon until then. Their not honest at the Manteca location.

I wanted to wait while getting oil change when I ask do you have chairs I was told no so I walked and got breakfast.when I got back to my surprise their was a while man waiting on his car they had brought him a chair I am hispanic 🤔

The front office staff was/is v great and kept me informed and answered any and all questions I had about my car and concerns. Jorge i believe his name was was very informative and helpful. The manager who runs this place is by far the kindest, go the extra mile person Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After hitting what felt like an unending unlucky streak they took care of my issues right away and even went as far as taking a trip out to my home to drop off the extra tires that wouldnt fit in my SUV. Unfortunately I am bad with names but I think his name is Ken or Eric. Well he restored my faith in humanity and should just be the image all maintenance shop managers strive to be. When I got a flat on one of the tires I bought from them, they took care of me no charge. Incredible customer service and just overall great human beings. Thanks you Manteca Midas. I came in for a break check and left my car there and when I picked it up they unscrewed my vacuum hoses so the check engine light would come on and when I questioned them about it they said I needed to pay to get it fixed.

I came on a Saturday no appointment and not sure what was wrong with my Car. They got me in ASAP and fixed my spark plug issue no problem. I think the woman’s name was Sharon and she was extremely helpful and kind. I will be coming here in the future for any motor work. These guys rock!

I am very happy with Midas the employees and owners treat me very well their work is spot on.my last visit at Midas was an uncomfortable one . when I went to go retrieve my vehicle my vehicle door was unlocked and an item was no longer in my car I went to let the office know what was going on they told me they would let the owner know and would get back to me till this day no one reached out to me to discuss the issue. As a loyal customer I deserved at least someone to call me to discuss the matter, I was very open-minded to what might have occurred. I do recommend Midas I just want to remind you to make sure of you remind the employee to lock your car when theyre done working on it.

I was on a long distance trip and lost my power steering pump. Ken, the owner squeezed me in day of on a SATERDAY, and got me repaired. His team was professional and went above and beyond.

Took our car there to fix some overheating issues and paid almost a grand. Picked it up and after driving it away for 5 minutes the car shut off on us. Started it back up and it would only go about 5 miles an hour. We took it back and they said they apologized and told us they forgot to tighten a few things which makes me wonder what else they forgot to tighten. Customer service is ok. They even honored a decent coupon when we paid but I dont feel safe taking our car there again. They need to work on making sure everything is OK to go before they release a car back in the customers hands.

Excellent service. I dropped my car off in the evening after they close, they started work on it in the morning, and called me at 11am to let me know it was ready to pick up. I am very impressed by the speed with which they were able to have my car repaired, and by their ability to accommodate my busy schedule.

I drove up from Santa Cruz to look at a used car and went here for the pre-purchase inspection. I set up an appointment as well as called ahead. This gave appropriate time for a thorough inspection. The owner, Ken and the mechanic Kevin, were incredible. They took me under their wing to make sure I was purchasing a vehicle honestly. It was a great price for the inspection and they were very thorough. They reviewed the car on the lift which gave us great insight, as well as provided their opinion on the transaction. Ken printed the Carfax report and went through everything with me as well as the basic bones of the car for my own understanding. Wished they were closer to Santa Cruz. Theyre honest, efficient, caring, and a place to trust. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing work with high quality service! While on a road trip our truck broke down and Christopher and his team were able to assist us. They located auto parts for us and instalation was fast. They also gave us priority for being out of town to get us back on the road as soon as possible and safe. The price was also fair considering everything they did. Thank you Midas!

Well initially I thought this place was great and they were going to do me right because in the past I have been done so wrong by so many auto repair places I cant even count! But once again I was wrong and and now left with a truck that is barely running after sinking over $4,000 into it! I feel like I got totally ripped off! And I will never ever go there again! And I would never recommend them to anybody! If I could give them zero Stars I would!

I took my 99 tacoma to this place to get and alignment although it was done quick the truck feel and look like it was before plus I didnt know I had a ball joint they had the chance to check it they never did, they charged 89 dollar for an alignment when los amigos would charge 59 plus the short chubby guy that works there as a rough attitude towards costumer ill never go back to this place

A very good experience. I walked in, talked to a service rep. Gave her my keys, got my oil changed (which only took less than 45 minutes), payed about $30, and left. No fuss.

Best shop ive ever been to. Christian was great and explained to me everything that was wrong in a way I could understand. Also when i got my car back it was the exact same as the price quote he had originally given me. He told me what work was more urgent and what could wait. The owners are both very sweet. Ken and his wife even stayed after closefor me to pick up my car. The mechancic was also great. Cars running perfect. Thanks guys.

I wasn’t satisfied with my wheel alignment so a worker sat passenger in my car as he directed to me one street that was “slanted” which is the reason my car still pulls to the right. In hindsight..if that were true..no one would request a wheel alignment because Manteca is full of slanted streets. It didn’t pop in my head I have another car that DOESN’T PULL.

Had some work done on my car. I admit it wasnt cheap, but the cost for the repairs was very reasonable and much lower than other shops and much lower than the dealer. So Im very satisfied with the honest and reasonable work done on my car. Will trust this shop for all my vehicle needs.

Never go to this Midas they are so unorganized!! I made an appointment for 1 o’clock and was promised that my car will be brought straight into for brake inspection work may be a few minutes delay I’m sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes with my 2 young kids my car still has not moved an inch. Still in the parking lot. I complain what is the delay and I’m told the cars before you took longer than expected due to a power steering pump. I say I’m never coming back here again you guys just lost my business do they care they didn’t care at all not even a little bit just gave me my keys and goodbye. I’ve heard that Midas has no respect for their customers they don’t care about you, they don’t care about your time, now I believe it.

They put new tires on my car and were very nice and friendly. I was falling asleep after work waiting for them to get done with the tires they asked me if I wanted a pillow and delayed two chairs together and take a nap.

Terrible sercive, they I came in for an alignment which cost $80 and I ended up spending $320 they even told me I had replacements done that werent even necessary after everything was said and done. Plus they left my whole floor drenched with oil stains. They also took 6 hours to service my car. Im deeply moved by the lack of respect and care for the car. I feel like I can never do business with them again.

Great place to get an oil change or to get your car fixed

Well, I gotta say I love the manager Ken. Awesome guy and explained things well. My brakes needed changing on the front as they just started to make noise a day or two before I brought it in. The backs were fine but I told them to replace along with fronts. I was called a few hours later and told they rotors needed replacing. I have done a fair amount of work on cars in my day, and I examined the rotors before taking it in. They were a bit uneven, but could have been turned. I was told by the mechanic there were heat marks on the old rotors and they needed replacing. I went ahead and told them to do so. An issue I had was not clear until after driving the car for a couple days. I had a slow leak in a tire and the onboard system gave me a warning. When I checked the tire, it was fine...….I then determined that after the tire rotation they did, they did not reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System). I called over to the shop and was told by a mechanic that they did NOT reset it and they usually dont since it takes time to do so. Huh??? #1, resetting TPMS takes about 2 minutes to reset! #2, not resetting renders the system pretty much useless. He said if I brought the truck back, they would reset it! Also, there were missing lug nut covers missing on the left front wheel. While the quality of the brakes is very good, these other issues gave me a bit of dissatisfaction to warrant the 3 stars.

I needed to come here for an UBER car inspection. They offer this inspection free with an oil change. So I went ahead and had the oil changed. The entire team was nice, respectful, and after speaking with the manager, i felt they placed integrity and honesty first. This means a lot when having a car worked on. I recommend anyone in the Manteca area to use this location for all their automobile needs. Great customer service!!!!!

I called numerous repair stations in Manteca and no one had the knowledge that Midas Mantecas team has in repairs. My repair was simple yet even the manufacturer dealership claimed a major repair. Not only are the owners Tammy and Ken honest people but their team reflects their integrity. After doing my research I found out that they are not only the best in Manteca but the best Midas nationwide. Please dont waste your time or money elsewhere.

They were very unprofessional

Went to get front brakes check due to noise. They end up exchanging rear brake pads for $169. They refused to fix front brakes or find what was wrong with them. Dealer found front brake caliper broken. Oil chane: Dealer told me I had .50 of a quarter of extra oil in the engine.This guys At Midas, just want to make quick Money with poor quality and knowledge.Do Business with them at your risk.

Cause feel they are honest

Very disappointed. Ive owned many cars and have had service from many shops. They told me to drop off my car knowing full well what the year, make and model was and what needed work. I got a call and voice mail over 24 hours later, saying: Unfortunately we cant do anything for your car as we dont have the shop manuals for your vehicle... WHAT??? And we arent talking about a 1934 Russian car. Its a 1990 Jeep... what a waste of time...
