This place is great. Honest people fair prices and great service. I called in and requested some service on my BMW and they did a great job fixing it. I had a oil leak and the tech inspected my car told me in detail what was leaking and they showed me. I appreciate that. Great price and god people. Highly recommend.

I won’t use this shop again. Customer service was great when I was buying 4 tires but a few months later when a tire went bad and I needed 1 new tire customer service was horrible and extremely rude. Was told twice that they would call me back and they never did. They asked for the size of my tire and I read it how it says on the tire and he says “that doesn’t make any sense. The P doesn’t matter” needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

When I got their I specifically ask if they where trained to work on jaguars the girl insured me after my car was their all day they informed me that the person that works on them would not be there until next week then to had insult to injury I noticed my hood was not closed properly when I opened it I had missing screws on engine parts that they forgot to put back on so if I never opened my hood I would have never known run fast as you can if you live your vehicle

I recently came in to California Auto Sport.because of my car was making a squeeking noise when i pressed the brakes.California Auto Sport checked out my vehicle. They realized that my brake pads were worn out so bad that the brake pads were scraping metal to. Metal to the front disc ..So I had them replace both front rotors and pads..Now i am able to stop.Now I feel safe.Now I can continue on with my day.I am so happy and grateful for having this shop in the neighborhood of Manteca Ca.Their shop was very clean and organized also they provided me with. The best WOW customer service I will be bringing all my families cars here.I higly recommend California Auto Sport.

They gave me two quotes. First when I get there and they told me that they will do brake replacement for $218 and after three hours they called me again and told me that I need to spend more money to get it fixed so they gave me second quote over the phone $392 and I had no choice except accepting it.Once they know that customer has no choice to go somewhere else they will charge more.I will not suggest them and it is better off going somewhere else.

I took my car in when it seized up. They looked at it in a decent timeframe and quoted me a decent price for an entire rebuilt engine swap. Pricey, but couldnt find it cheaper anywhere else.

Always excellent service and respectful employees. Trustworthy, I brought in my vehicle thinking I needed the brake replacement and I was actually told brakes were fine didnt need to be replaced I would be just wasting my money. I know the place is owned by family and one of the sons actually drove me home because my repair was going to take too long and also pick me up when my vehicle was ready.

Went in for an oil change last week, decent price for full synthetic. I also learned they team up with Costco, who sent me a 15% off coupon that I can use for most work except oil changes, naturally. Owner was very courteous, fast appointment - will definitely consider CA for future maintenance.

The service was good. All employees were friendly to customers. However, the seem to take forever to get stuff done. I dropped my car off at 0800 to have a diagnostic run on the cooling system. They didnt get to it till 1230. It took another hour because they didnt have the cap to fit my car. Once the issue was identified, I didnt get my car back till 1800. Ten hours to fix a thermostat... there was someone in there who was in for an oil change, and it took them four hours to complete that.So, if you have an entire day and are in no.rush to get your car back, by all means, let them work on it.

Got a set of tires for my Dodge Durango 2014 I was greeted at soon as I walked in the door, people at counter provided various options and helped my with my request. While I was there they provided a customer with a ride home. I walked to the nearby shops and when my car was finished they offer to pick me up. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays...

Apparently they do lifts but wouldnt know for sure because I tried to call to get prices and when can I come in and get the lift done. They got my info said they world call me back when they look it up I called early in the day then called back later at the end of the day got my info once again they said they would call right back. That was a load of bull. Guess they dont like doing lifts or just a bunch of lazy @$$ people working there. Unprofessional. When I get the call back then this review will be updated.

Good service and reasonable prices

I had ac compressor replaced, Jamal was polite and respectful but whoever changed the compressor they did a poor job. 2 bottom bolts werent tightened at all, I was lucky the compressor didnt get knocked out with belt tension, they forgot to put power steering fluid tank back in its original place it was just pushed against a corner with the hose kinked, they forgot to put ac line back in the clip holder.

My first time going to this shop and had a great experience, great customer service, thorough information provided about my car, and I felt like I was NOT being ripped off. I will definitely return.

I had got a estimate from another shop for for repairs to my Cadillac. I came to this place and not only did they fix my car cheaper they found the real problem that the other shop didnt even find. Highly recommend this shop.

This place is horrible. We sent our daughter there for a oil change and no one help her. She went inside no one was in there so she said she went out and told the guys that were outside standing around that she needed help. One of them said yea ok Ill be right in there. 15 mins later he never came in to help her so she left. We will not be returning and if you what good customer service do not go there.

In preparation for a trip out of state, I had CAS address a number of issues with my 1999 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. This included a leaking rack and pinion, a leaking pan gasket, R&R spark plugs and wires, change coolant, replace AC belt, replace power steering pump and a general inspection. All work was completed as promised and, after a lengthy test drive, everything is working great!

I have been to IN-n-Out Automotive multiple times. Ive always been treated with the upmost respect by Jamal and his employees. Their pricing is more than fair and their mechanics and technicians are top-notch! I most highly recommend In-n-Out! 10++

They lie about fixing cars and they just steal your money. They state that the hours they spend in your car is because its being fixed. But they do it purposely to create time and charge more money. Youre better off going somewhere else. Thieves!!!!

They were kind enough to help me out when I was financially embarrassed a while back by offering .. If I provided the 5 quarts of synethic oil my car needed for my oil change, they would gladly do my oil change for an amazing, cant ask for a better deal price !!! A few months later, I received a text from California Autosport reminding me that my car is due for an oil change. Cant hurt to ask so I did ... I asked if they would do my oil change with the same deal they gave me at my last oil change and they said sure, no problem . What more can a girl ask for !!! Last week was my third oil change and CAS did it again for the same price as the two previous oil changes. I also brought in my own air & cabin filter and the guys changed them out for me at no additional charge. I know there are many places that will do the same if you provide the parts to them but, more than likely, you will not get the same service with heart like this place.💕 Thank You California Autosport Team 💕
