Good repair shop. Very honest and reliable.

This company left my car open and the keys in the car. it was on the side of the building and they did not even have cameras. I started to drive home and did not even make it halfway before the light came back on. turns out they Changed the battery but did not check the alternator to see if it was charging. when I talk to the owner about this. he said that his insurance would have covered the loss. He did not understand that the car was not his to make that kind of judgment.left the shop. i will never go back to this place again.

Also and his crew are helpful and do great work.

The husband and wife team that owns and operates this shop were awesome. I was treated professionally, my vehicle was worked on and fixed quickly and properly and the general condition and appearance of the shop was clean and safe.

Very happy with the service. Aldo was very honest with the problem and had my car fixed in a couple of hours. Will definitely be s repeat customer.

Thank you thank you thank you! I took my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee in because it had been making a noise during acceleration. I had been to 3 other places and gotten no help. The mechanics at pro touch actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I am very grateful! Will definitely be going back if needed and recommend them to any I know that needs a mechanic!

I am new to town and the two auto repair places that have very good and honest reputations were not able to give me an appointment as quickly as I needed it . They both recommended Protouch Auto Repair. I am so glad they did. The people there were very professional and courteous. The job that was quoted elsewhere was for over $200 because its an import. (Those were out of town repair shops). They fixed the car, in less than two hours and the price was so low I had to ask them to make sure. Very nice people and very good mechanics

I have serviced and repaired my utility van in this shop for the past 3 years, they do exceptional work and are very honest. My friend thats a mechanic looked at my car after this shop work on it and told me that they used all original parts that the work done was very clean.

So thankful for Aldo, who owns this shop, and all of his staff. He has came through and saved me on more than one occasion when it comes to my car. Ive recommended so many of my family members and friends to him and is honesty and workmanship are greatly appreciated.

Extremely slow, had my vehicle over a month and it was only after three calls and an ultimatum that they did work. Vehicle came out running worse than when it went in. Terrible work with equally horrible customer service will never go again. Drivers be stay away.Also they lost my license plate and charged me an arm and a leg only changing bulbs and battery terminals. Also believe they lost my power steering cover but cant confirm that.

Came for a tuneup, they did very good work for my commercial vehicle, more importantly they are very honest, a little slow but you should never rush a mechanic to do quality work.
