Excellent car buying experience.I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. It was in excellent condition. My salesman was Joe Leary, and I did not feel pressure in any way. I feel that I got a good deal and a fair value for my trade. The experience from beginning to end was smooth. Joe was super friendly and chatty with my 15 yo son who has an insane interest in anything automotive related. Justin was very thorough with the financing as well. Overall a very satisfying experience!

They charged me $180 for a diagnosis I had the day before at a local shop for free, just to tell me the part I knew that I needed is discontinued. The only reason I went to the dealer was for access to the part that 3rd party shops can’t get. Figures it would be a waste of time and money folks expect from a dealer instead of offering more than a local shop which you would hope for.

This time I just walked in without an appointment and they still took me. I had a screeching sound coming from the front wheel and I was not sure what was causing it. Mechanic went on a ride with me to figure out what the cause was. Nice waiting room with a set up to bring ur laptop in and get some work done while having your vehicle oil changed. The staffs are wonderful and it was a nice overall experience.
Went in on Saturday morning looking for a specific part for an old Wrangler Im restoring.The gentleman at the parts counter said the part was discontinued but he knows where one might be hiding.Sure enough a few minutes later he comes back with the part in hand!This is actually the second time this parts dept. has saved my butt.I highly recommend this business. If you love your Jeep, take it elsewhere for service.Ive gone in for three separate appointments to fix a water leak on the passenger side door. The service manager told me all Wranglers leak...The constant patchwork has not fixed the leak and Im contemplating on purchasing a snorkel and diving suit to wear in the Jeep after a rainfall.The second leak fix appointment has also resulted in a knocking sound between the door and freedom panel, which i called out at the third appointment. was told it was fixed, but isnt.When I took out the carpets after a recent rain storm I realised it came undone really easy and noticed tiny clasps under the carpet. One was broken. Several are missing.So not only did they not fix my problem, they have given me two additional problems to deal with, they obviously cannot put things back right after taking them apart.Want to point out that this review is to do with the service dept alone. People from the Sales dept have always been helpful.

If you call Station Jeep to inquire about a vehicle, and Angela answers, ask for someone else. I was sent an offer for an Overland thru Truecar from this dealership. I called and spoke with Angela about the cars availability. She said it was available and that the price was legit. That I should come down to test drive it. I explained to her that I had small kids, and lived over an hour away. That I did not want to waste time I didnt have by driving there only to have the car not exist, or the price to be a bait and switch. She insisted that wouldnt be the case. My wife & I rearranged our schedules, got a sitter for the kids, and drove from the north shore down to Mansfield only to find out that the Overland was sold well prior. Three hours wasted because of a dishonest employee (Angela) at Station Jeep.

I pulled in yesterday to car shop and my 08 Honda CRV with 251k miles died on the spot. Joe was amazing and found me the perfect car at a very fair rate! Overall this place is a good place to have you vehicle serviced. I’ve been taking my ram truck there since I bought it two years ago. I’ve been having issues last two years with the noise in the cab that sounds awful and every time I bring it to the dealer does it duplicate it so they can’t really do anything. Couple days ago at 5:35 I brought it in while it was making that noise really bad and the service rep Victoria told me she couldn’t help me they were closing (6:00) and all I wanted was somebody to take a ride to listen. Vehicle technician John Mancini stepped up and said I’ll take a ride with you heard the noise and fix it on site in 10 minutes. Thanks John!!! Much appreciated
Julianna was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle and price that worked for us. We never felt pressured to pull the trigge and did experience the typical salesperson tricks of other dealerships. The Beginning:I found the car I wanted for my wife online and wanted some information over the phone before I drove over an hour away to see the vehicle. The person I spoke with was less than helpful. Basically told me that I could only get that info if I went into the dealership. Having 4 children under 7, that is a challenging task to say the least. So, I requested, politely to speak with a manager, and was granted that opportunity. She helped me and gave me ALL of the info I requested over the phone. Now, I was ready to proceed, and from this point it just gets BETTER AND BETTER. When I walked in, it was an aesthetically underwhelming dealership. BUT, dont let that turn you off. I can assure you that they take far better care of you than some of the HIGH END dealerships I have dealt with in the past.My Salesman and the rest of the staff:My Salesman, Adam Shultz, was on top of his game and provided fast friendly service to my personal needs. He promptly provided me with the vehicle for inspection and a test drive. I loved the vehicle, so I decided to proceed. The sales manager, Brendan, came over and greeted me with some questions, and then he asked about my trade. I gave him a number which I felt was fair and he was a touch lower, but very reasonable and fair (around $200 difference). I gave him the terms in which I wanted and he began doing what he does to make the deal. It was a Sunday, so in order to get the best bank options, I gladly waited for Monday banks to be open. Brendan got back to me, promptly on Monday morning, with great news. A lot more for my trade than originally anticipated, as well as a shorter term for financing. Boom, Where do I sign? Deal was made, so I drove down to finalize the paperwork. When I got there, the business Manager, Justin, was arguably the nicest business manager I have ever dealt with. He was able to make the deal work for me without crushing me in add-ons, because we had a strict budget we needed to adhere to (4 kids will do that to you...lol), and he totally understood that. We were able to keep the numbers and still add gap insurance to the vehicle. Thank you Justin, YOU ROCK!!!Delivery of the vehicle:Wow, JUST WOW...just when I thought things couldnt get any better. Adam pulls through with a HOMERUN. Because he wasnt able to get a runner to do the registration paperwork, he took his own time and personally delivered the vehicle to me, here in RI, at the registry, where we swapped vehicles. Who does this kind of service anymore? Well done.Bottom Line:I would highly recommend this dealership for your next and all vehicle purchases in the future. We live in RI and I can tell you that it was well worth the trip and experience.Thank You again to All of the staff at Station for treating me with respect, not being pushy and understanding my unique situation with my family. I took my Jeep in for service to correct a studders issue, paid 650 for fluids and injectors. The issue wasnt corrected at all and now all these lights on my dash are active... Was told they test drove the vehicle and brought it up to highway speeds without any issues, but I couldnt even make it home or bring the Jeep to highway speeds without it spuddering.
It’s hard to find the right car these days. Especially a used one. Came down to look at what would become my new 2015 C class. Joe was both friendly and professional. Knew a lot of specs on the car as well. Very impressed considering it’s a Jeep store. Buying process was super easy and I couldn’t be happier. We went in to have our jeep cherokee looked at because there were some slipping and back up issues among less important issues. The service tech and service manager both said they drove it and there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Was still having major issues so took it to another jeep dealership. They had to REPLACE the transmission (under warranty). Someone didnt do there job in Mansfield. Very Disappointed!

Station Jeep provided the stereotypically terrible car shopping experience. This is a long, detailed account of my experience but well worth the read, even if just for comedic value. My fiance and I began considering the Jeep Grand Cherokee about a week ago. We want a 4x4 SUV that is capable of towing a fair amount (4500+ lbs) and provides a comfortable ride day-to-day. So this past weekend we test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee to get a feel for the ride, cargo space, etc. We liked the vehicle and found that the Limited trim was right for us if we could increase the towing capacity. After doing some research on our own, wewere under the impression that adding the tow package would increase the towing capacity from 3500 lbs to 6200 lbs. Then I went to cars.com to locate a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the tow package. Surprisingly, there werent many options. The nearest one was at Station Jeep so I reached out to them, provided the exact stock number from their website for the vehicle we were interested in, and asked them to confirm the towing capacity is 6200 lbs. I was told no, Grand Cherokees can tow 3500 lbs or 7200 lbs. That conflicted with Jeeps website so I probed further and after some back and forth they confirmed that adding the tow package does indeed increase the tow capacity to 6200 lbs. I left the conversation thinking that this place doesnt really know their product. But gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a time to see and drive the vehicle. When I called and scheduled the test drive, I provided the vehicle stock number and I informed them that wed be traveling down from Boston, which is approx. a 50-minute drive. When we arrived at 6:30PM on a Tuesday evening, the vehicle we had been discussing didnt even start. The battery was dead and even after jumping it, the battery was toast and it couldnt be driven or even moved from its spot on the lot. And they didnt have any other Grand Cherokee Limiteds with the tow package. Needless to say, we were frustrated because we drove down there to see a specific vehicle and make a deal, and we explained this to the sales manager. The sales manager then informed us that even if we wanted to make a deal, there was no finance manager in the office so wed have to come back anyway. At this point we should have walkedaway. But we wanted that vehicle and we thought just maybe the sales manager would take our frustrations into account when it came to pricing. So we spent another 20 minutes while the sales manager crunched some numbers for us. Turned out we were wrong and the numbers were significantly higher than advertised online. To be fair, I would normally expect this as its a standard marketing tactic, but I thought just maybe the sales manager would consider our frustrations to that point when providing pricing. So my fiance and I left the dealership and joked about how terrible the whole experience was on the long drive home.In summary, if you want to work with a dealership that does not know their products, has no respect for your time, and takes zero responsibility then you should definitely check out Station Jeep. If you want an enjoyable, mutually respectful experience then avoid Station Jeep at all costs. And dont just take my word for it - check out their RECENT reviews.
Let me start by saying great service. These people did what they said they were going to do,and more !! I am a picky person and was looking for a very particular car. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up the vehicle everybody was patient and responded to me in a timely fashion. I have a busy schedule and can be hard to get in touch with. That was no problem for them. My credit is not the greatest but the Kam got it done !! Thanks to all her hard work. Chris the GM was easy to talk to and more than willing to go above and beyond for me. The biggest thanks goes to my sales gal Juliana !! She Is a shinning star !! 5 stars for a 5 star experience. On my way back from the Wrentham Dog Park I decided to stop in to Station Chrysler Jeep to verify a letter I received to buy back my 2 door wrangler. I was greeted immediately, offered coffee and was even allowed to bring my pup into the showroom. Right off the bat Jules asked what was most important to me in buying a new vehicle; I replied “A 4 door, leather interior Wrangler”. Within 3 hours, I was the owner of a “new to me” Rubicon. Brandon was a knowledgeable manager and Jeep connoisseur with very reasonable negotiation. The spontaneous purchase was after dark ... who buys a new car at night? Jules and Brandon arranged for a post purchase detail and inspection and assured me that my new Jeep looked just as perfect in the daylight. The experience was so incredibly smooth. Car buying is almost never spontaneous - I am very aware of practicality and reason. This purchase made sense, I was realistic in my expectation and Station by far exceeded that. Will happily refer to anyone looking to trade/buy a vehicle in the future.

Recently bought a new 2020 Jeep Sahara Unlimited and i absolutely love it. Jules in the sales department was fantastic. I ordered my Jeep which only took 5 weeks and I received weekly updates on the build status from Jules. Very courteous and informative on all the products. Would definitely buy from them again.

Dont know where to begin, other than expressing how amazing my experience with Station Chrysler Jeep of Mansfield was! I made an appointment on Saturday morning and by the afternoon I was the proud owner of a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Everyone at this dealership became involved with the process of financing this car and I honestly couldnt be more grateful. A special thanks to Rooh who accommodated my every need and constantly made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. From standing outside and test driving various vehicles to making sure that first thing Monday morning my vehicle was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone and not only will I be going back but I have recommended several other friends and family to take the drive and work with amazing people on purchasing there next car!! Other people who made this process amazing as well were Justin who works with financing and did everything and anything to guarantee that I would be going home with the car of my dreams, Jake who was able to find any and every way of making this car affordable for me, and Anthony who would see the worry in my face but would then remind me that they had an answer for everything! The dealership helped to secure the vehicle I was looking for. Shane the salesman was helpful during the process. There was a small misunderstanding but the dealership and sales manager helped to resolve the issue and make it right.

I was just here today - my first day car shopping, and I went to try out the Jeep Compass Latitude. My husband wanted me to test it because hes a huge fan of JEEP the brand. I made an appointment and got Big Joe as my sales person. I dont leave reviews ever, but I havent had a more pleasant experience than I did with Joe. I could tell as soon as he came over just how genuine he is, and how if theres something in his lot that fits your needs, hes going to find it. I spent about an hour with Joe going back and forth on the features of the car. I swear Joe is just the most honest, charismatic person. I was very impressed by him as a person and a professional. Im still shopping because I take forever to makeup my mind, but Big Joe. Ask for him ALWAYS if you go to this location. Thanks Joe for making my Saturday.

My experience at Station Chrysler Jeep was great. I appreciated the fact that they didnt pressure me to purchase a vehicle as I explained to them I was just looking for best deals available. Karyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each vehicle that I inquired about. The sales manager Brendan was also of great assistance and provided me with a list of quotes for me to compare with what Ive been told during my search. Definitely will be back to buy another vehicle.
