Bell and his wife were extremely helpful and flexible with my schedule to look at and view the car and signing paperwork. Richard helped me with the test drive and viewing, he was super nice. Didn’t rush me on checking the car out or limit my test drive to around the block like most dealerships. He even made sure I checked and looked and checked everything on the car. I purchased a car from DNB Auto Group without seeing the vehicle in person beforehand and I am very happy with my purchase. This dealership had the best deal nationwide on the vehicle I was looking for, but I was very hesitant in purchasing the car from a dealership without knowing if I could trust them. I had seen another review of someone that purchased from out of state and was very satisfied with what they had purchased so I decided to put my trust in these guys. I was in contact with both Bel and Richard and both of these guys were always completely honest with me and allowed me to trust them. The entire process from when I first reached out to them until when I actually received my car (they shipped it to me in SC) took just about 2 weeks. The car came exactly as advertised and there were no big surprises when I got the car. Even after I received it, Bel and Richard checked up on me to make sure everything went smoothly and that I liked the car. I had been looking for the perfect 4x4 Suburban for myself. I travel a lot for my business so I need something reliable and able to pull a large cargo trailer. I bought this without ever seeing it in person, I have never done that, so I was very skeptical. Bel helped me in every way possible, waiting while my bank took their sweet time getting the payment to them and also taking it to a repair shop of my choice to have it inspected. When I pulled in to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what he described and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. I found the car I wanted on their site and dropped by unexpected. The car was exactly as advertised. Clean in and out and came complete with all the extras. Two tops, custom mats, original owners manuals, and complete car facts reports. They were very straight forward about the car and we compromised on a price that was good for both of us. Paperwork was quick and efficient in completing the deal. They even went way above the call of duty and delivered it to my house since I had no way of getting it home by myself. ( I lived fairly close) You dont find service like that anymore! I normally dont right reviews but in this case it certainly warranted it! I would certainly return for future shopping.

After months of dealing with dishonest used car dealerships I came across DNB Auto Group. I found a car that was a tough stretch for my budget, but I was able to work out a payment plan with Bel that could make things work. We had agreed to a price over the phone and on my way to sign the paperwork to buy the car a 3rd party put in an offer online that was greater than my offer, and it was a live online bid. Terrible timing as Bel was in the process of removing the car from the auction site as we had come to an agreement. When I arrived Bel informed me that his hands were tied with the auction site, the reserve had been met, and he wasnt sure what he could do to remove the car from the auction. I was SO ANGRY! I mentioned that I had been dealing with dishonest dealerships for months and I thought this was another one of those places where they promise you one thing to try and scam you on something else. I felt used again.But...Bel did something I was certain he wouldnt do. He contacted the auction site and had the car removed, even though the bid was for much more than I was able to pay. He willingly walked away from over $1,200 just to keep his word to me. I never thought Id meet a used car dealership that would do that. I was impressed and incredibly grateful. I will tell anyone who will listen, to give them a shot, you wont be disappointed with the service, the honesty, or the integrity.

I paid $17,999 plus ttl CASHYou failed to disclose any mechanical issues, as soon as I left there not even an hour the water pump was leaking coolant. You knew about it and doctored it with coolant stop leak!!!come man!! You couldve gave the common courtesy of telling me that it overheated on you or could have fixed before the sale. *****BEWARe BEWARE BEWARE Bought vehicle 9/16/2020 PD $19 thousand and some change on my debit card (no financing) car looked great (test drove the day before)Carfax looked great, so bought car paid and 5 miles from leaving there it overheats and leaking radiator fluid. Put more fluid in took directly to mechanic where I live and it NEEDED a new water pump and thermostat. Called owner Bel Gallo (who actually sold us the vehicle) and he admitted to husband “oh yeah it overheated on me and I added coolant, don’t let them fix it bring to me with $350 cash put in envelope under my door mat along with my cc number and he will charge me $175 a month for 18 months.” For a warranty. “ he will have his mechanic look at and and can’t guarantee anything”. absolutely not. He admitted to knowing about it and said “he spilled coolant”. Long story short, bought car had for total of 2 hours then mechanic had for 2.5 days to fix it paid mechanic $1,551 after just paying Mr. Gallo $19,000+ dollars. The fact he DELIBERATELY lied about knowing it had a leak is wrong. ! I sent him a copy of bill asked him to make it right and he will not respond! Shady guy would never buy from again, nor recommend to anyone! Beware beware beware!!!!

They are just another small business looking to make a buck. They will mislead you to thinking your financed or that they could finance you when in reality there just there to take your deposit . I gave them 1800 caah deposit on a 2015 tundra was listed 21,999 when it came to doing the paperwork the owner bel tried to up it to 24,999 so that he can get another 3k from the bank or I will say me who else is going to pay the extra 3k thats just there scam when I asked he just said he needed more money down but i was never asked if i was ok with paying more all in all he returned 1500 by n than posted a sign in his office saying no refunds beware n dont give this guys cash there crooks .I only gave them 1 star cuz i couldnt write a review without doing so 0 stars on my end .oh yeah tundra was no where near worth the 40 k he wanted me to pay for it 739 a month on a 2015 tundra no thanks thats a new truck payment .dont let this guys bs you thatll take your money if you let them

Paid cash for a SUV ON 7/12/19. The sale representative was name Abraham. An hour later the check engine light came on making the car drive like its had a flat tire. Remind you I live over an hour away plus I have my one year old in the vehicle with me. I get the check engine light checked as soon as I make it home, thinking it was something minor. It was something with the transmission. When I told Abraham I wanted the vehicle and would like to pay cash he informed me that the vehicle was great, they had a mechanic do a service check and the only thing needed changed was the battery! That was LIE! When I spoke to Abraham about this issue since he was the one who sold me the vehicle he told me he would contact his boss and they would call me back I said okay! Abraham never called me back but his boss BULL did! The boss didnt say much but that he would resolve the issue and give me a call back! He never called me back I called 5 hours later and the boss Bull told me that he wanted to work out a deal, Im like okay! I want you to go half with me on a new transmission which is 1600$ I said no Im not I just paid thousand of dollars for a vehicle Im not doing that! He then said okay well can you pay 400, I thought I was getting pranked! I then said NO ITS NOT MY JOB TO PAY FOR ANYTHING LIKE THAT YOU SOLD ME THE CAR! SO THE BOSS BULL WAS LIKE MAAM I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU, I TOLD HIMNO HE WAS NOT AND THAT IF I NEEDED TO I WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF NEED BE OR CAN I GET MY FULL REFUND BACK, HE SAID MAAM IN THE AGREEMENT YOU SIGNED YOU CANT DO THAT, I SAID SIR I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOURE SAYING BUT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN OVER 24 HOURS THAT IVE HAD THIS VEHICLE AND ITS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE! I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO TWO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY BOTH TOLD ME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK! WE THEN EVENTUALLY GOT OFF THE PHONE AND THE BOSS TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY AND HE HASNT DONE ANYTHING! SO YES LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ASAP! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT AND DONT GO TO ABRAHAM BECAUSE HES ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL! HE DIDNT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS EITHER OR MY EMAILS! LISTEN TO ME AND STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AS SOON AS SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR IT, EVEN AFTER AN HOUR OF YOU DRIVING THE VEHICLE! GOD DOESNT LIKE THE UGLY!
