This place has changed so much since I bought my first car there. Poor poor customer service.We arrived at 3:15pm saw a car we really liked and were wanting to buy. We waited and no one came to help us, so we went inside to let them know we were interested. The guy said since they were closing in 40 minutes and he tuned us away. This is so odd to me…Before writing this review, I called and voiced my concern to someone very respectfully. He didn’t care at all. Never apologized or tried to help us find a solution. He kept saying “ya..sure”.I am beyond shocked at how they won’t sell a car because they close in 40 minutes…but they are open till 4pm? So if a customer comes in between those times, you should assist them, right? Honestly even just a “I’m sorry we are understaffed. We will take care of you Monday. As of now here is some paperwork to review? Anything would have been better then just saying “ya sure” A few years ago I purchased a car here as well and it was poor customer care as well. I love to give the benefit of the doubt, but 2x both bad experiences.

Return my car looking like it was brand new! I brought my car to the collision department after being sent to a different body shop at first by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. The other body shop damaged my car further and was not willing to fix it nor did I want them touching my car anymore I called Mansfield Buick and talked to Jack he took the time to listen and was willing to look at my car i brought my car to him and he could see right away all the was wrong, ( the door and trunk were not right, they had peeled my paint and not to mention killed my battery which i replaced), he got my car in as soon as he could. He had my car for about a week an a half in the mean time he called with updates on everything that was going on. When Jack called and said my car was ready I went to pick it up and you could not tell my car had ever been hit nor the other body shop damaged my car further! My car looked exactly as it did before! I can not thank Jack and his team enough! I had been arguing with the insurance company for weeks and Jack was willing to help me and I appreciate everything he has done! i highly recommend Mansfield Buicks collision department! Jack is awesome and his team they take the time to make sure its done correctly! The paint job is flawless!! Thank you AGAIN Jack for everything you did to help get my car back to new!!!

I changed my review from a 5 star to 1 star said truck runs great! 2 hours before got home transmission an torque converter gave out! An won’t pay more then 900 dollars! They said i didnt buy an extended warranty so they cant help more then that. Local GM dealer told me that if its purchased within a month the dealer is supposed to pay for any repairs regardless if you bought an extended warranty or not. They also said its rust free but the frame has been sprayed with tar an is all rusty underneath! An the drivers side rocker panel has rust spots to!! Honesty is obviously not there top priority. Definitely wasnt worth the price we paid for it!! I’ll drive to Florida for a truck before I’ll buy one there again!

I wanted to Thank Miles and the whole service department on such outstanding Customer Service. I have only had my certified pre-owned GMC vehicle for a couple of weeks and started having a shaking issue. Miles arranged to have my car picked up at my place of employment since I couldn’t get out of work to bring it in. What actually needed fixed shouldn’t have been covered under the warranty but they fixed it, washed and brought it back to me at work in less the a few hours at no charge. Your service dept didnt prep for my 1 hour job, thus it took them 3 1/2 hours to complete a simple remote entry key pad...then they couldnt even help me change the factory combination. Service manager didnt have a clue. He was pathetic...I dont plan to be back!... ever... to include my next vehicle purchase.

I never thought I would drive 7 hours round trip to purchase a vehicle, but Mansfield Buick GMC had the one used vehicle in the exact make and model that my wife and I were looking for. I would argue that there are not many people more picky than myself when it comes to expectations I have of a dealership team in order for me to give them my business, but Brian and everyone I encountered exceeded every expectation.Brian was very friendly, surprisingly unlike several other salespeople that I spoke with from other dealerships, and made it a point that he would do everything possible to meet our needs. He went out and located the vehicle on his lot we were looking at online and looked it over just as he would if he were shopping for one himself to ensure there was not anything physically or cosmetically wrong that would concern us once arriving. We tried for a CRV that was used but like brand new.. we put a 250.00 deposit down and we’re about to close on it but another option that was better for us financially and made more sense came along, we had to cancel. Even though they didn’t have to refund us the money... they did. I value doing thing and they did just that.These folks will do right by you and care about you. I’ll be back when I buy my new GMC truck!!

Ouch !! Hate taking the car to the dealership for work, but it was under warranty,, they always find something that Needs done that isnt covered, 100 for this, 200 for that ... the exhaust manifold on the Terrain should be a RECALL

Good clean dealership, not pushy. Let me drive the car by myself. Drove over an hour to get to the dealership but wouldnt come down to $28000 on a $29000 car. Price was fair but car needed tires and felt like they should of had room to negotiate. The sales manager didnt even counter offer or budge at all on the price. Seems odd to lose out on a sale for a matter of a few hundred dollars. I was willing to pay 28500 and never even gave the opportunity to get there. Overall disappointed and a waste of time.Edit: Worked out a deal after and picked up the car this week. I think it was fair for both parties. Unfortunately the car was left on E and the front bumper trim was cracked after getting it home, but overall satisfied and would recommend the dealer and go back.

I called and spoke with Bryian Joice we agreed on a number he sent Me the paperwork with the total and fees, I told him that I would be going into the bank that day and putting cash into my account to wire the funds. He said sounds great and He told Me that the car was taking into servicing just to double check everything and make sure it’s Okay for Me and that it was marked as sold so I didn’t have to worry about anyone buying it from underneath Me. I said okay great went to put the money in the bank and asked Bryian for the wire information. He then told Me that he would have his sales manager call Me with that information. So I waited for that information. I even called back another time and he said it Was marked sold with My name on it but he didn’t get back to Me with the Wire information until 1 hour after the bank had closed and wire transfers cut off time. He called Me and let Me know he sent it via email I told him Okay thank you and the bank is close so I will send it in the morning. He said okay sounds great. The next day come I’m headed to the bank to make the wire and He calls Me and says am I going to make the wire today because if not there was someone with cash that wanted to make a payment on it now. I told him I am headed to the bank now to make the wire. He said okay. Then the sales manager called Me cut real short over everything that we spoke about and basically told Me if I don’t make the wire today that they was selling it to this person that came in. I told him I was outside of the bank headed in now and he said Okay well your going to send the deposit or we will let you know what we do here in a couple of minutes. He never called back. So once in the bank I called Bryian and told him I here about to make the wire he said Oo hold off on that your kind of a bit late but I will call you right back. Never called back so I called many times to speak with a Bryian or someone in charge and then no one was so called available. So I got a call back from a guy named Mark for him to just tell Me everything Bryian didn’t tell Me like well you have to make a deposit that day or it’s still up for sales. From that point there is no other vehicle that interest Me on their lot. They have some what of quick respond backs but communicating for some of them sales men isn’t clear it’s just let’s make the quick dollar the guy Bryian must have been a new over excited sales men trying to make his first couple of big sales and is so excited he doesn’t communicate properly things that need to be done before or during the purchase of their vehicles. No bashing but just honestly my real life review and experience from these guy from October 20th 2020 to Today October 21 2020 . Honestly Experience...

Needless to say, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I’m 20 looking to apply for a loan for my first time and trust me when I say, if you’re in the same shoes as me GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you don’t know what you’re talking about go somewhere else. They refused to negotiate, ran my credit and THEN told me I needed pay stubs and other forms of proof which they KNEW I didn’t have from the beginning. They knew I needed a car by today and “couldn’t help me at all” I had talked with someone beforehand as well and they could’ve easily told me to bring those items (mind you I live 30 + minutes away so I can’t just go run and get them).. It was all just way more stressful then it needed to be. I will never come here again. 👋🏻

This is a bit late but I have to share my amazing experience with these guys. I bought a used 2015 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch. Patrick Horn was my salesman and was both prisons and friendly and helpedmake my buying experience the best Ive ever had. They went above and beyond. I did have an issue with the vehicle that I didnt catch during the test drive and brought it to their Stebbins a few days after driving it off the out. Mind you, it was used and was bought as is. They had me bring it in and after a couple of appointments they were able to figure out the issue. (Not their fault, they received a faulty part to begin with which made pinpointing the issue a real problem.) Devon was my service rep and was such a pleasure to work with, as well as the service manage. (I cant remember his name, sorry.) Anyways, they did all this work for FREE. I didnt expect that as I knew I bought it as is. 99% of dealers would tell you tough luck, heres your bill. Not these guys.
