Jay Brown did an amazing job! He found to needle in the hay stack with our new 2022 Chevy Silverado LT in red. I did not expect to get one for at least a month and expected that I was going to have to order it. He found it in less than a week and a half. One hell of a job! When we extend our fleet, Jay will be the first one I call!

Bought my car a yr. ago and have had to take back for repairs several times. I told them I needed a car to get back and forth to FL. and I cant even do that. Have text management several times and no responce. I know it is a used car but really. They should of had everything looked at but they didnt. Poor service!!!

I always have a great experience at graham’s, which is why i’m giving a 5 star review. however, this most recent time that I got an oil change, I also had to get my accelerator pedal fixed and they forgot to fill my fluids (windshield fluid, etc), they forgot to reset my oil life sensor and they didn’t clean my car, either. which isn’t a huge deal, but they have always done all those things every other time i’ve gone. but I just have always have a great experience and go to them for everything so I was a bit disappointed overall with my last experience. I still highly recommend them though, this is the only issue i’ve ever had in the last 2 years of using them for all my car needs, including purchasing my car through here as well.

I’m an employee at General Motors. When I asked about my discount they said they didn’t honor those there. After checking the GM Family First website, it did say they’re a participant in the program. So I printed off my voucher and took it with me upon picking up my car and they did in fact honor it! I always have my service done at Graham’s and have bought 6 GM vehicles from them over the years. They’ve never done me wrong.

Went in to get a throttle relearn and calibration on my car, and when they ran the codes they realized it wasnt my cars isssue, they could of easily took my money and did the relearn but instead they told what was wrong and didnt charge me any thing.

The salesman, Thom Murphy, was very pleasant, did not try to push us, did not exert any pressure on us, he allowed us to take our time, make up our own minds, and assured us that he was there for us if we so needed his expertise. He was very helpful in helping us to understand the new features on the Equinox, and how to use them. I needed a car desperately. My car Salesman, Tim Sexton was the only person that listened to me. He was compassionate to my situation, very professional & he even came to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. I was only there for a couple of hours & drove my new car home. The dealership was beautiful & everyone there was so kind, welcome me, there is a nice waiting area & coffee, tea, snacks for everyone & the bathroom was spotless. I felt like they cared for me. Tim Sexton is the best! Im so grateful for my experience there & for my xar!! The Service Manager for my Toyota, Donnie was so kind to me. His whole staff was welcoming & professional. Donnie took care of me & my car. I was in & out of the Service department in no time. They even washed my car. I would highly recommend Tim Sexton if youre looking for a vehicle. I highly recommend Donnie (the Toyota Service Manager) & his team for any car service needs. Everyone was sp polite, & professional. I need to call Tim & Donnie, as some trim on the inside of car is coming off. Im so grateful for Debbie who listened to me & referred me to Tim! Shes lovely, professional, knowledgeable & Im so grateful for her kindness!! The only thing I think should have been done, is a really good cleaning inside the car. Especially the seats front & back and the doors inside. The seats are very worn & it needs vacuuming really good. Other then that I have no complaints. I went into Graham’s and asked for a break inspection, check engine light inquiry, oil change and new spark plugs.Paid $130 to have my 2011 Chevy Malibu inspected and they come back with a $5500 quote including $3500 in engine repairs that they can’t guarantee are covered under warranty (that Graham’s sold me) until they take the engine apart.I take the car elsewhere for a second opinion and all that was wrong with it was it needed oil. Mechanic puts two quarts of oil in and the engine noise that prompted the inspection is fixed. Check engine light has been off for 2 weeks and car is running great.I don’t understand how I can take a car in for a thorough inspection INCLUDING an oil change and they don’t even check my oil levels. Also the mechanic did the other work that was required for half of what Graham’s quoted me.Avoid this place

From my personal experience, I recommend that anyone interested in buying a used vehicle from this company, take it to an independent body shop or paint shop because the truck that I purchased was touched up on many, many different areas and once I had washed the vehicle a few times be touched up areas rubbed off and there were rust spots underneath of it. So from my personal experience buying a vehicle, I would never recommend them.
