We stopped in to Spitzer to look at a used vehicle my mom was interested in. While talking the salesman, a service guy was walking up to the vehicle and unlocked it and started it with the remote. We opened it up to look at it. While looking in the back, the service guy shut the hatch with the remote. At this point, I thought he was just showing us the power liftgate. While this is happening, my mom was looking in the backseat of the vehicle. The service man got in the vehicle and started to drive off with my mom still looking in the backseat. If my husband wouldnt have yelled at her, he would have dragged her along or knocked her down and ran over her. The salesman was new and very apologetic. He said someone must have had an appointment to look at the vehicle but they didnt have it marked. He said he would make sure management was aware of the situation and he took down our name and phone number. We have not heard anything from management. For the dealership to acknowledge the incident and simply apologize would have went a long way. At this point, it appears they are just interested in money and not the actual customer.

I am so disappointed in this dealership, we recently purchased our second car from them and we are having issues already two months later!! I will never purchase form this place again. The service department is an issue at this place. Happy with the sales people but the service department is a joke!!!!Took my car to an independent shop and was told that this dealership knew of these issues before it left their lot. Extremely disappointed that no one there even attempted to make the situation right.Do not buy from this place, service department can’t be trusted!

Probably the worst service department of all the Chrysler dealers around. My wife had an appoint at 11:30 and drove 40 minutes to get there and they cancelled the appointment on her. Told her they were short a person. That’s not acceptable, and Chrysler will be contacted. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with them. My father has been dealing with them also and has had to open a Star case with Chrysler because of their incompetence.

Anthony was great, as was their manager on getting a deal together, on a car with incredible miles, and features i liked. Upon predelivery inspection, after the car was cleaned by their joke of a detail team, we noticed a pretty doozy of a scratch down half to 3/4 the rear door, but it wasnt through the clear coat, and it was able to be buffed out. Overall their detail dept has all but lost every right to call themselves car detailers. Drove the car for less than an hour, and realized there was a suspicious noise coming from the front end, i took it back in, and Tony immediately recognized there being a problem, stating that it didnt sound right. We took a service personel on a drive, his conclusion thats not right. Service manager drives it, states it was a leaf and a stick. plausible i suppose. 2 seconds on the road, same noise. Then i hear from them well the person driving that as a demo was saying something was making some noise yesterday when driving it. First thing first is to make sure that a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle is in 100% mechanical order, it should have been in the shop and i should have been informed that i wasnt able to pick the Jeep up that day. That little lack of care and concern sadly made this incredible experience, in to a headache.

When Buying our 2020 Grand Caravan at Spitzer Motors of Mansfeild from Rafael Dixon. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. My wife and I did not ever feel pushed or pressured to buy any thing or even pressured to look at anything at all!!! The total experience felt like it was totally up to us of what we wanted to do. We started out looking at used vehicles and ended up getting a new vehicle for only a little more than a used vehicle. We was totally not sure off what we wanted. All we knew we needed was something with third row seating. We was there till closed and did not feel pushed at all!! This was the best experience buying a vehicle we have ever had hands down!!!!! Went into the dealership and talked to Ron Stephan, who had previously assisted me in purchasing a vehicle in 2018. I told Ron the model, color, and trim line of the vehicle I wanted. He, along with the staff, found me the exact car. Ron kept me updated on the status of the vehicle, and on the day it was delivered to the dealership he sent me a photo while it was still on the truck. All of the purchasing paperwork was completed before I got to the dealership. After a quick test drive, I completed my portion and was finished in about a half hour. Thanks to Ron for all his assistance.

Not impressed, set up an appointment several days in advance to look at a specific car. When we got there the car had not been cleaned, I literally had to remove dead bugs from the passenger seat before sitting down and there were cigarette ashes all through the center consul. I expected to buy the car and drive it home that day. Wont be back, very unprofessional complete waste of my time. .

This is our second Jeep purchase with Dana Stuart who even remembered who we were and our business. I have a 2021Jeep that I put new wheels on...only the wheels they are aftermarket and the TPMS light is on because the sensors aren’t registering. Spitzers refuses to help me and work on my jeep to get it fixed!! They said I put aftermarket wheels on it so there is nothing they can do!

They are the ideal representation of poor customer service with poor after sales follow up. We have used them 3 times to purchase vehicles and each time have been disappointed with the after sale. The one salesperson didnt even recognize us then next week we came in after purchasing a 35k car. The make promises that the consumer practically has to bag them to follow through with. Now I know why people go to bigger cities to purchase vehicles. Shame on you guys! Do better

Talked to two different people at two different times about a vehicle. They both high balled me on the price(higher than any dealership near me). Then one hung up on me and the other stopped responding back (I can honestly say I was very pleasant with both gentlemen). I felt truly disrespected and Like my business was not wanted. My wife and I worked with Ron Stephan and had a pleasant experience. At first I spoke to Ron via email about a vehicle in the Cleveland location though Ron is at Mansfield. He kindly offered to retrieve the vehicle from Cleveland to save me a drive.We didn’t even end up buying the sorento. My wife is pregnant with #3 and even though it had 3rd row seating it wasn’t right for us. I asked about any minivans they had that were also certified used. He did find us one that we ended up buying.I appreciated the amount of time and space Ron gave us to weigh the pros and cons of the two vehicles. It was a cold, windy day and Ron offered to move both vehicles into a heated enclosure off their service area.It was very nice to be able to look and talk about the vehicles in that environment (though this took place during the stay at home orders for COVID19 so it wasn’t extremely busy). At one point my wife and I sat in the van for at least 20 minutes and Ron only came out one time to offer more paperwork on the vehicle to look at and patiently waited for us to come back inside the dealership. I appreciated that as well.

We had a air conditioning problem with our van. We needed a service department that would work with our extended warranty. The communication was outstanding and the work was done flawlessly. They worked everything out with our warranty company and everything was covered. This is how service is supposed to be. Very impressed and we would absolutely do business with them again.

Overall the service was great! They were quick to help and locate the car I was looking for. My only issue and reason for the low rating is that I have been pulled over several times because they have yet to file the paperwork for the plate change. When I inquired with the sales rep, she had no idea why it was not done. BEWARE, you are better off filing all the paperwork yourself
