I went in to the collision center last Friday. There was no one there in the offices but their should have been. We waited 15-20 minutes walking around trying to find someone. Andy Haupricht finally showed up from around back and he decided to take care of another customer even though I was there first. I told him that his customer service was totally wrong and it should be first come first serve but he didnt seem to care how inconvenienced I was.I left and they lost business.
Lies more that your average car dealership so sad !I was very excited they seemed so honest! Great communication with my salesperson received an out the door price from the Sales Manager on the car I wanted . Planned to pick it up Thursday evening. Received a text stating the car would be unavailable for 3-4 days due to a repair. Today I was told it was sold Thursday or Friday. Why lie ? Legitimately the weirdest and most blatant continuous attempt to deceive a customer I have experienced. Strongly suggest avoiding them unless you have time to waste.
Stopped by to look at a car we had seen online. Although we ended up purchasing brand new elsewhere we thought that Quinn was really nice. He was very nice and down to earth.
I am honestly extremely disappointed with my experience with Toyota. My husband has dealt with Toyota for a few years and has not had many issues. Due to his experience, I chose to trade my Nissan for a Toyota. I purchased my Toyota two weeks ago on Tuesday and have had nothing but issues when dealing with this business. Upon test driving our RAV4 we were told by the man selling that the grinding sound when breaking would go away after a few days of driving the car. The fluids were not even close to being full on the car. The inside and the outside of the car was not clean. There were old rings in the cup holders, spots on the steering wheel and smudges on the back seats. We were told upon purchasing that we would do a better job of cleaning than the men employed by Toyota would do cleaning the car, so we might as well do it ourselves. We were told to return the two days later on Thursday so the car would be washed on the inside and the outside. On Thursday the breaks were still grinding. We returned on Thursday to have the car washed and hoped they would check out the breaks. My husband dropped the car off where the service department only washed the outside of the car and not the inside. He then reminded them to fill the fluids and they did. We were told that due to the employee who sold us the car and the manager being off that we could not be seen regarding the breaks and needed to set up an appointment at a later date. We returned a week later for our 12:45 appointment and have yet to receive our car back 4 hours later. I was told twice that my car would be ready in 30 mins and Im still waiting to receive my car. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and will not be recommending Toyota.
The last six times I’ve tried to call Ford service they don’t return my call. Is anybody else getting this problem or is it just my business they don’t want?
I went to get my vehicle checked by the service department for my 2020 f150 due to having transmission issues and throwing all kinds of codes, after having an appointment at 8:30 a.m, I expected for them to look at my vehicle and give me a rental to get the issues fixed for them to just tell me it would be at least 3 hours before they could even look at the vehicle. Then they told me if I wanted a rental I would have to pay for a rental. There for I missed a half days work and did not get my vehicle even looked at. This was the 3rd vehicle I bought from graham and this is how they treat a loyal customer. They do not care one bit about you as soon as the sale is over.
Aaron & his service team did an amazing job with my vehicle repairs & getting my warranty company to cover needed repairs 😊😊
Purchased a great car at a more than fair price. Salesman Steve Manas was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with all my questions and a pleasure to talk to. No pressure to buy whatsoever. The after sale warranty offer was outstanding for the cost. Check out Graham used car outlet and ask for Steve. I am beyond impressed with my purchase, the warranty and Steve!
Great website and had the car I needed
I hope they all go to prison
Thank you, Henry Neal! It was great doing business with you! This was our third purchase from Graham and by far the quickest, smoothest and most enjoyable. I cannot say enough about Henrys customer service! If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and want a friendly, no pressure experience -Henry will be a breathe of fresh air! Thanks again from the Johnsons!
I bought a 2017 jeep renegade and i love it..Dave streeter is not only my salesperson he’s my friend.. a week in the brakes started making some noise. So i called dave and he said bring it in.. i dropped it off last night.. they just called me all new breaks and rotors... if thats not taking care of your customers i don’t know what is.. so basically if your looking for a car from a salesman and a place you can trust to tale care you go to grahams and see Dave Streeter.. my friend and soon will be yours..signed David King
This place is NOT interested in helping those looking to turn their credit around. And they really dont like the buy here pay here option. They must not get as big if a commission on bhph cars. The guy literally could not get me out if there fast enough and the web people who reach out to you DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!! The salesman honestly told me that their job is to tell you whatever you want to hear to get you on the lot. Dont waste your time they dont care about you or your situation.
I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry and the service was wonderful and my sales person, Jon, was awesome! Jon was so helpful, explained things and answered my questions. I love my car and would highly recommend him and Graham Auto Mall.
Great service! Nick was our salesman and he did a wonderful job!
The salesmen didnt seem to care if they sold a car or not. Prices are HOGH for JUNK that I would never buy. Dont waste your time. The pics of the cars looked great, you get there and they are bad looking. I couldnt even bring myself to sit in any of them.
Got my car about a month ago. Very Nice Salesmen. Had a pleasant experience. Went in for about a month before I purchased my Cobalt. Always understood when I would say need some extra time before I can purchase. Nothing wrong with the car. May be some what high but thats with any buy here pay here.
Terrible experience! The salesman was rude, disrespectful and not at all knowledgeable on the vehicle. He acted like we were a bother to him and we ended up requesting a new salesman. I went there intending to buy the van they had advertised online. At first nobody knew where the vehicle was. They finally found it and it was a completely different van than the one in the pictures. The one in the pictures didnt have a scratch on it and the Carfax had said it never been in an accident. The one on the lot had a busted tail light scratches all over it a broken door handle. I tried to tell them it was a different van but they said they look different in pictures this happens a lot. Finally I showed them the picture in their ad of the trunk it had two feet more space and stow and go seating. The van on the lot had no trunk space and no stow and go seating. Eventually they did confess that they had used pictures of another van in the ad and they were Unapologetic about it. We were still considering the vehicle and tried to negotiate on the price. They were unwilling to negotiate and we had to walk away. This was very disappointing as I had my heart set on that van and the money in my wallet. They lost a sale and a customer for all future purchases. It has been almost a week now and they still have the same ad online. They havent even changed the pictures to show the vehicle that they actually have on the lot. They have no remorse.
Made every payment on time. paid off early been 6 months no title. NOBODY wants to take responsibility.

Sorry for the length of this review, but I want to be honest and thorough. This review is specifically for their Used Import Center. First of Im just going to say that I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews for any company. It has to be a really negative experience for me to take my time and write a bad review for a company. Ive worked with the public for many years and try to have a lot of grace and leniency with companies. That being said, I really hate being lied to and I honestly feel like thats what happened in my experience here. Either that, or they are really, really bad at what they do, you be the judge. My wife and I have been saving for quite some time to purchase our next used car for cash. We thought that with many businesses struggling due to the effects of the covid-19 virus that it may be a great time to give some business to a car lot, who we know have not been selling a lot with everything going on and maybe we could get a good deal as well, win-win. So we had been scouring the internet, browsing for several vehicles that my wife liked. We narrowed one possible choice down to a Toyota Venza. We had looked at several 2015 LE models in the Columbus area that were priced around 11- 12k. Then we found one online at Graham that was white, a color we liked, with low mileage, similar to the other ones we had viewed in Columbus. So, we made the 1 hr 20 min drive to this dealer. Their price was quite a bit higher than even the fair range listed on kbb, but we figured it could of easily been a mistake in the listing or that they would be willing to listen to reasonable negotiation on the purchase price. We took it for a test drive and liked it. When pulling back into the dealer, the salesman walks out the door and asks, So, are you paying cash or financing this? We were a little taken aback by this abruptness, but I responded that we liked it, but would need to discuss the price as it was significantly higher than similar models in Columbus we had looked at. He said, Yeah, I was just talking about this with another salesman, its been on our lot for quite a while (they even had a little trouble starting the car for the test drive due to it sitting for so long). We cant do anything on the price. I told him that we were not interested at that price and left. The next day I thought, maybe the salesman didnt realize that even their website itself shows that the price on this car is too high? So, I emailed to follow up, again expressing our interest, pointing out the same model currently for sale in the area with much better pricing and even referenced the fact that their own site shows their pricing to be too high according to kbb value. The salesman returned my call while I was unable to answer, but left me a voicemail thanking me for reaching out again and saying they wanted to earn our business. The next statement was the nail in the coffin for me. He stated that they just couldnt go any lower on the price because they had $15,200 in the vehicle themselves... WHAT?!?! Are you telling me that a dealership would give $15,200 trade-in for a vehicle that has barely over $10k in trade-in value?! or that they did the $10k trade-in value, then turned around and put $5000 worth of work into a 5 year old used model vehicle to try and sell it over what it is even valued at?! So, Ill let you be the judge. I dont think that a dealership could stay in business if the latter was true. I truly believe he completed just lied to me. I dont do business with companies like that. The car has been sitting on their lot for 7 months for sale and its going to remain on their lot because who in their right mind is going to pay more than a vehicle is even valued at and thats already 5 years old? Not this guy. I would recommend looking elsewhere if youre planning to buy a used vehicle. I have attached the kbb value of the vehicle for sale that is a screenshot right from their own website and then also a kbb screenshot showing the trade-in value of the vehicle for reference.
Terry Chacey was great. Helpful friendly car buying experience. Would shop here again.
Bought a car there two months so and the car WILL NOT START! They won’t even take a look at it and we bought the power train warranty! Will never buy a car there again.
I’ve had many good experiences with Graham’s in the past BUT last month I had them change my oil and while there they came out and told me that my power steering fluid is “just pouring” out and that would cost me just under $700.00 to fix and also that my transmission was leaking “somewhere” and I can’t even remember the astronomical quote they gave me to diagnose that. This was after I just got back from a 2 week driving trip out west. I have had no difficulties with my power steering or transmission what’s so ever before or since. I had my car gone over by a great mechanic before my trip. So I feel that I was being manipulated when they told me this. It was very stressful initially as I thought my car is getting older, maybe I should be looking for a new one. Anyway, I will avoid going there at all costs in the future for any repair or maintenance work.
Nice cars to check in
I bought a Chevy trail boss on April 11 2020 they messed up loan papers then I paid to have my plate transfer a month later they tell me I need new plates no money refund and now August 10 they tell me papers are messed up with the vehicle I traded in what a joke
Good people,,,just didnt have what i was looking for
Our sales man henry was really nice and helpful and he got the truck my husband was wanting thankyou.
I flew in from Wisconsin to purchase a 98 WS6 Trans Am. I would give 10 stars if I could. Steve was awesome to deal with, fantastic communication leading up to arriving. Picked me up at the airport and made what could have been a very stressful transaction as seamless as could be. Highly Recommend.
I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with a guy by the name of Kelly at the buy here pay here lot. I was trying to locate our car that was towed in for service and dropped off at the wrong location. Kelly was extremely unprofessional. He would not give me the opportunity to explain the situation. He kept talking over me and then had the nerve to tell me my information was irrevelant to the situation and he wanted a yes or no answer!! He then turned around and asked me a question that he would have known the answer to if he would have listened to me in the first place! I will NEVER deal with him again. I would hate to see how he treats the people who are actually trying to buy a car from him. I was just trying to locate mine! I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star!
1st. Issue: Bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu back in March of 2018. Ive had multiable issues with my Malibu from the start of signing the papers. They procrastinated to send the final papers into the bank, so needless to say I was charged a double car payment from the Hyundai I traded in for my Malibu. I was charged both car payments when I only had processing of my Malibu.2nd issue: I had a swishing sound in my dashboard along with a rattling and vibration under my car. I took the Malibu in and they flushed my radiator, due to air in the hose. They could not figure out what the rattling and vibration sound was. So, they just told my husband everything was fixed. So, as my husband drove the car off the lot the rattling and vibration was still there. My husband turned the car around and took it back to Grahams and told them NO the issues are not fixed. Grahams had 3 technicians looking at my car and finally figured out it was my turbo unit that was wrong. We had to take it back another day, due to Grahams had to order the part. After this point Im so frustrated with the whole Car issues . They finally fixed the turbo unit.3rd Issue: My husband and I were sitting at McDonalds drive through and noticed smoke coming from underneath my hood. We immediately drove it to Grahams to drop it off, and they loaned us a rental. After all of this I finally called GM Motors to report a claim. The technician told GM Motors the reason my car was smoking was because I drove through a car wash. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!. I am beyond unhappy with this whole situation. I will not back down. I pay a lot of Money a month for my car to have it in the shop every week. I dont recommend anyone going there. Unless you want a lemon .
My salesman Anthony Kissel sold me my car several months ago. I have no warranty...as is but, I went there today to see if he could figure out why my AC wasnt working. He spent quite a long time checking my car out and recharging my AC and checking out everything to discover what is wrong with it. I will need to replace the condenser at my cost but I really appreciate Anthony for trying so hard. Ive got nothing but good to say about him.
I bought a Chevy Avalanche from this place 4 or 5 months ago for $9,000. in the short amount of time I have had it. I have had to change the Muffler, Alternator, U joints, I am currently getting a new transmission put in it. Also when I bought it I was promised a free oil change and they would not give it to me. Which to me is the LEAST they owe me. In saying that this is by far the worst place I have ever bought something from. They do not care about there customers and only care about the money. If I were any of you I would not go to this place to buy a used car.
Go here please...just freaking go here its so amazing love the whole staff they will make your dream a reality!
I bought several cars from jimmy. He’s great! I’ve been happy with our purchases and will buy future cars from him.
Absolutely love the van we got and a big thank you to Terry for all the help. I would recommend Grahams Used Car Lot to anyone.
I use Graham to service a couple of my vehicles. Not bad. Professional and a good price!
In need of a new car, I drive out of town to go to this place and there are car dealers everywhere. After looking over cars on this particular places website, there was a vehicle they had listed at an incredibly good price in fair shape. When I got there, it wasnt even at the shop. The salesmen said price tags that end with a particular number we all know here need serviced. Okay, why would you have a vehicle listed on the website that shows it is for sale, needs serviced, and dont even have it on the lot. With how long it took to get there I figured Id look around. In my experience with buying cars every single one there had been severely marked up. They had the same model of my old car, theirs was a year older, and it was marked up $2,000 more than what I had paid for it three years ago. The SAME basic model car.In short, skip this place. The salesmen tried selling us a Toyota with rust and paint chipping off it. It looked like a piece of junk, but hey its a Toyota so youll be getting 300,000 miles off it! After pointing out how ridiculous the prices were for this car and everything else on the lot their whole selling strategy was summed up with we can get this money for this car!Dont be a sucker. This place plays the numbers and waits for people who dont know the value of a vehicle to dump big money on their garbage junkers. Dont be fooled by how nice the facilities look compared to the other places near by. Whats important is the cars.
Great place for used cars. People willing to help find what youre looking for.
Bought a couple vehicles there.. If Dave Streeter is still there hebia a good man to deal with.. One of the places I will shop when I go to buy my next used vehicle in late 2019 mid 2020
These guys are the worst to deal with. I have sent several emails for a vehicle that I was interested in, only to be spammed with emails from their dealership on how ready they are to help me with my purchase and answer any questions. When I send an email with my questions, They spam me again on how ready they are to help me with my purchase and answer any questions. Why not just read the emails your customers send you? After 3 weeks I finally got a response to my email. I have now sent a follow up email and offer for a vehicle. It is now the Fall of 2017, I am hoping to receive a response by 2018. I think I will just take my business elsewhere.
Just bought my car off their lot and guess what it has a transmission problem.... Called to see if there was a way to get my money back or to get it fixed or a new car and they told me there was nothing they can do for me.. With whats wrong with my car it wasnt worth the money i spent to get it.... I recommend everyone to go somewhere else and when i called they were really rude to me.. Ill remember to take my business somewhere else
We had Jon Clyburn help us secure the vehicle we wanted. He was awesome to work with.Would buy from him in the future. Thanks Jon for a great buying experience.
I had a wonderful experience Terry Jr was a great sales man, I give him kudos for all the help and resources he made sure I had.
I came in in not so good of situation, had no credit, only $500 to my name, and needed a car that day to get to work because I had hit a deer and totaled my car only had liability. I told them I was looking at small.car I wanted something like the Chevy Cruze, they put me in a Chevy Cruze for a decent price, only had 11,000 miles on it and was under a year old. The guys were super helpful and had me.in and out with a new car in a couple hours...
They did a great job on our commercial truck breaks and the oil change - I will definitely be back
Anthony Kissel is an amazing help. Thank you!
Steven or steve whatever he goes as, ran my credit and lied about it taking effect on my credit. Ask for Brad
Everyone was great, just got home with my truck, so far I would say all go out of there way 2 help, big thx to all and Quinn was a blast!!!
I bought a car a year ago from Grahams and it was a very smooth process, the salesman was great, and I have had no issues with the vehicle at all.
High priced and dont seem to care about helping people
Had a great sales man i like my vehicle from there but for used they are alittle high priced with no warranty
I feel that they are about over priced. Above book value on their trucks when I went.
Poor dealership with very rude customer relations. Yes my business elsewhere. So sad.
Very unprofessionally ran. Called at 9:00am said I will be down to look at a certain car. Brought my title and cash and was told they are holding it for someone on their way. I drove a lot of miles to get this car. Very upset
Theyre used cars 200k for 5,000..if you wanna spend money or have it to spend be my guest
Havent decided what I think of this place.
To much money down cars ok
Their advertisement is false.
