I used to sell cars at a dealership. So, I know the business & all the tricks. Being nice is the oldest trick. But here, it really isnt a trick, and goes far beyond nice. No high pressure sales from Tim, Hanna, or even the finance manager Felicia. NO PRESSURE AT ALL! After I agreed, Tim showed me a car I really didnt think I was interested in. Glad I agreed to see it. He was right. I BOUGHT IT. Never saw 2 salespeople so happy to help each other. I was there most of a day & 1/2. Never seen such a DLR ship where the employees were so happy. They claimed it was because of the owner, who came in every day. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER.

I had such a great experience at Mansfield Motor Group and I would recommend them to anyone! I came to the dealership just to look and walked away with a brand new HRV! It wasnt the usual experience when you go to a dealership to look at a vehicle. I didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed. If I had an issue or concern, I felt reassured and taken care of. Coming from an automotive background, MMG Mercedes may have the worst service department Ive ever dealt with. Multiple calls to set up an appt, unable to leave a voicemail due to a full mail box.Finally get an appt set up, couldnt get us in for a month. No verification call, tried calling 3x again, twice leaving a voicemail with no return call. I understand everyone having a short staff issue right now, but not returning a customers call/ voicemail is pretty sad. Both of our work vans were purchased here, but we may have to start looking elsewhere for more customer oriented service in the future.

Good selection of cars. My wife is in the market for a car so we stopped in. We were not very impressed with one of the sales staff. He insulted my wife with a hail Mary, trying to sell her an 8 year old Mercedes Benz. I was embarrassed for the guy, he even did the arm motion. Clint was nice and answered our questions respectfully. Not sure if we would do business with them or not, they didnt feel the need to come off the sticker prices the day we were there.

Three weeks to fix a fender. Go to pick up my truck and its got a flat tire. The lady was suppose to bring me my truck then just drove by and took it inside of the building for some reason. Went on a joy ride in another one of the trucks that we dropped off a few months ago. They got caught taking the GPS TRACKED utility truck to one employees home over a hour drive slamming the gas and the breaks the whole time said it was a test drive to make sure it worked fine did this twice mind you..... and gave me my truck back with a flat freaking tire....

Im only rating a 4 because we took a vehicle to our mechanic to get it checked out before purchasing (as everyone should, cuz its always good to get a second opinion) and there was a major oil leak. It wasnt difficult to see the massive amount of oil coming out of the oil pan once the car was on a lift. When we got back to the dealership, we were told it wont get fixed because it wasnt seen by our mechanics. The manager then said he would take half the repair cost off the purchase price. After getting upset and saying if your mechanics didnt see this massive oil leak, then they are clearly blind, the manager agreed to take the complete repair cost off the purchase price. Unfortunately that means we have to fork out the money immediately for the repairs, but we feel like we were heard and treated right, regardless of the oil leak that wasnt seen. We still drove off in our new-to-us Wrangler, and couldnt he happier! 🤗

We went looking for a vehicle after our van was totaled by someone running a stop sign. We had not heard anything good about MMG from friends but decided to check for ourselves. We met with Joe who showed us a couple vans and had us test drive one. From the beginning we were upfront about exactly what we would be willing to pay. Throughout the entire experience Joe would ask one question at a time and then walk off to an office with three other employees where he would chat and come out to ask one more question. It took them over two and a half hours to even give us any kind of financing information, and they only picked up the pace because we said we would stay just two more minutes before all bets were off. This ‘deal’ they came up with was so laughable we hardly stayed long enough to thank them for their time. Please go to a dealership where salesmen will value your time and listen to what you tell them. MMG is not that dealership. If you want to be involved in the conversations concerning your vehicle purchase, MMG is not that dealership.

I bought a used car here for my son. I talked to Hannah and she brought the car up I wanted to see before I got there so it was ready to test drive. I took the car to my mechanic to have it looked at and there were no problems just like their mechanics said. I made them an offer and they accepted so we are happy. Everybody was helpful and polite. Would recommend!

Will not be going back to this place. Went in to look at possible trades and after an appraisal my car was left with a cracked bumper and scratches all on the side as if someone ran into something. Only to be told it wasn’t on their end.

I went today for service and was waiting on my car to be finished. While waiting, I observed the service managers permitting customers to enter the waiting area without masks in violation of the Ohio order to wear masks at all businesses because of the surge in Covid-19. Also saw one salesman with his nose exposed. When I questioned my service tech, he said he wasnt the police and couldnt enforce the mandate. I wear a mask 8 hours a day at my job. Its not that hard. I wont be going back here until this pandemic is over.

Conflicted experience. Had really great experience with sales person, they hire good people at the front lines. Thought very poorly of the used car sales manager, pointed out mechanical issues that caused the brakes on a vehicle to temporarily not work at times(kinda something you want working 100% of time). Wouldn’t repair or meet in the middle at all, nor emerge from his back office to talk in person. Leadership starts at the top, no matter how good of front line folks you have.

I brought my Volvo C70 here to be serviced. I needed annual service and my convertible top wasnt working. A part had to be ordered but I was provided with a loaner because my car wasnt ready right away. I was extremely happy with the service performed. They even cleaned my car immaculately for me as part of their service at no additional charge. Spencer, my service rep, was especially helpful and always kept me updated. Im from NY but I was so much happier with this dealership than my own in NY. Since I come to see family every year I plan on returning to this dealership for all my future maintenance needs. Its worth the extra trip to come out of your dealership smiling and feeling satisfied that your needs were met.

Just purchased my second Mercedes from MMG. It won’t be my last. Larry has made car buying a pleasure. He patiently and relentlessly searched for the vehicle I wanted, and simplified the purchase/financing process. He also walked me through the features of my new E450 coupe so I can thoroughly enjoy it!

The service department is not trustworthy at all. They quote ridiculous prices. After going to a local shop for a second opinion it was done for less than half of the price they quoted me. They have almost caused severe harm to my car simply by not doing small things every mechanic should know like not putting ANY coolant in the radiator or tightening down all the lugs after a tire rotation which caused me to almost lose two tires on the highway. Never going here again, absolute dumpster fire in every way! Dont try to contact me MMG I dont want to talk to you.

Terrible, I’m in town for two days drove an hour and half drive to pick up a used Mercedes-Benz E300 2017, asked 2 people if the car is ready to be sold and driven away on the phone and was told yes its detailed and ready to go, car looked like it had not been cleaned been cleaned since the day it manufactured and real were driving it, had 2000 more miles on it then advertised, car was was listed online for 39900, I offered 39000 they didn’t even counter me. I thought Mercedes-Benz offers exceptional service doesn’t matter where it is apparently it’s not the case for Mansfield Ohio.

Larry is the best salesman around! Hes always going the extra mile to help! I always enjoy going to MMG! Very honest and awesome prices!

Heather is awesome. However.. if you work delivery (postmates, DoorDash, instacart, etc.) you apparently are incapable of getting a car here. The day after I get denied for a car here “because of my job”, I go to a place not even 5 minutes away and get approved instantly. 🥴

We had such a good experience the first time, we got two Civics. Alli and Nate did a great job taking care of us and after we leased a Civic in the morning we came back and bought one in the afternoon.My son (the first one) loves his 2015 Civic which he uses at college. The price was right and the deal was great. My wife came back later and bought the 2016 Civic Touring - she loves it.

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Honda pilot.We worked with James Avila and were blown away with his polite demeanor during this process. Buying a car can be very stressful but James made it very easy and effortless. I would highly recommend working with James and as long as he is there thats where Ill purchase my vehicles in the future.

Loved my salesman but when his supervisor came over n tried to tell me what I wanted n said I was keeping my salesman there past his hours it was more or less my responsibility to buy from them, I figure its there place to pay their employees to work their not mine(Honda dealership), then the Nissan dealership was pure pressure to buy too. Its like if you go there to look they try to make you feel youre obligated to buy from them. Found a much better deal at Roush Honda in Westerville with a much better warranty!

Great experience all around. Worked with 2 different sales reps, both of which was a great help. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 and they offered more than most places for my trade in. Test drive was laid back and the gentleman didnt flood me with all of the features right off the bat. He more so let me look around and ask questions. Everything was seamless all the way through start to finish including signing papers. Most of the time when you are at a car lot, you have a car in mind. Ive worked in various different sales positions in my life and the biggest thing to a customer is to allow the customer to buy.. rather than you sell them a car. I had my eye set on 2 vehicles and was never offered any others. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely be back in the future.

Got a superformance car built with a big block and they have no idea what theyre doing. They kept us in the dark on alot of things. Wanted the car built the most original and they do things the opposite. Had an issue with the water pump and they didnt ask what kind I wanted on the car. They we going to put an electric one on. Thats not original. They never gave us updates and it took a year to get the car. They said once they start the build it would be done quick. It was not. The mechanic has no idea what hes doing. No communication between the mechanic and the salesman. They gave us a lot of bs and hassle. Once we got the car home we still have to fix their mistakes ourselves. Youre supposed to be professionals. Would not recommend. They have a meeting every Monday morning and still cant get their stuff together.

I had been looking for a truck with low mileage and newer when I found the truck I purchased. I viewed my Nissan Frontier, 4x4 online before entering the show room to look at it. I was greeted with a warm smile and very welcoming demeanor, Mac was great! When I saw that truck on the showroom floor I put it through its paces, opening every door, hood and check it all out. After deciding to purchase the truck Mac took all my information and worked the numbers within to make the deal happen. He was very attentive to my schedule, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school, a real no pressure sale. Mac called me with two hours to let me know the deal was final and scheduled my appointment with Don (the business manager). Mac was the ultimate professional and has that personality that connects with everyone, everyone has got to love Mac, how could you not. Don took his time to explain all the benefits of extended warranties and I was able to make my decision, pressure free, on whether I wanted the extended warranty or not. Don made sure all that was promised during the sale was documented and correct. My experience with MMG was flawless! Our total time from my wife and I making the decision to buy the truck to out the door was less than three hours. I appreciated that most as well as the professionalism from Mac and Don. Horrible experience bought a hummer h3 was a total lemon, drove it 5 miles from the dealership and engine light came on! 400 dollar later it was fixed then the sun roof leaked got into the engine messed the engine up! I will never buy another vehicle off them again! Really dont know how there still in business much better places out there with better vehicles and better customer services!

I bought a Jeep Liberty 5 weeks ago. I have to say Heather Long was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was able to get our new vehicle financed very quickly, with a lower interest rate than I have ever had before. She wasnt pushy like other sales people I dealt with, at other lots. MMG was also able to get me the best possible price they could, as well.

Bought a vehicle less than a week ago and someone calls me from this place to get my feedback so I told them that everything went smooth with my buy besides yesterday I figured out that they sold me my vehicle with a really rusted fuel filler neck which can cause engine problems if not taken care of and its only 80 to 100 dollars for the new part with about an hour of labor to replace it but instead of being a decent car dealership and saying hey you know what since its not that big of a fix why dont you let us take care of that so we can earn your business in the future by making you more comfortable with what you purchased for thousands of dollars the man just says ok well thanks for the feedback and have a nice day. I guess repetitive business doesnt mean anything to this dealership....

Yesterday we worked with Heather Long getting a used Nissan Rogue. We found her to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product and their services.We did enough research to know beforehand that the car we were after was quite fairly priced. So much so in fact, the couple at the table beside us had apparently driven clear from Akron to purchase from MMG.If this Rogue turns out to be as reliable as the other Nissans we’ve owned, well certainly be back for more.

I went in yesterday for a possible SUV upgrade for my wife Kevin helped us immediately and within minutes we were test driving a Lincoln Nautilus then we test drove a Volvo XC-60. I originally went there looking for something newer, I was gonna have a car payment in which I was a little worried about. I didnt get approved because my income was a little low. I had both of my children with me as we are waiting patiently, I was told they had a 2005 dodge status with low miles. They wanted 6000$ originally cash and its yours. Well since I had only the down payment of 3000$ with me they discounted the car 3000$ for me and it was paid off cash and it was mine. No car payments!!! It is a great car, very clean and its mine!!! I absolutely thank them from the bottom of my heart, because that was such a blessing for me. Thanks again MMG, I will definitely be putting out a good word for this dealership!!!

This is the second Nissan Rogue that we have leased from this dealership.
