Very good service and friendly people

Hugo is by far the best mechanic in town. He is very down to earth and very honest. He has done several repairs for me on my Jeep Cherokee and they were all outstanding. His prices are extremely fair and even better for big jobs. He may take a day longer than a dealership shop, but when it is a couple hundred dollars in savings it is definitely worth it. Plus I know the job is done correctly. Ive never had this much confidence in a mechanic before.

Outstanding service! They explained everything to me and were so patient with me. When asked what time would be good to drop off my car they actually said What ever time works well for you. We are here for you Mind blown! Never have I ever heard that from a shop before! I dropped off the car within the hour and had it back in an hr! Great prices and honest.

We have taken our vehicles there several times and have had good success. Hugo actually found things wrong that the other dealers shops should have seen. And hes about half price what others are. I live out of town 40 miles and its sometimes a hassle to get the car there, but it is worth it to have someone I trust. Once Hugo had to leave for an extended time and we didnt have our vehicle for a while so that is why I give very good not excellent, but I am not one who is going to look for something to gripe about. Overall a very good experience.

I had a salesman come to my business and sell me a discount card for this auto repair shop. Turns out that the card is invalid. I have spoken to both parties and they are blaming each other for the card. I dont know who is to blame but anyone who runs a business with such loose standards keeps me from wanting to use their service. I was lied to and scammed. Beware if you plan to use this company of their shady business tactics and think about if you trust leaving your car there.

Overall a good place to get your car worked on one of the only places that know about lincoln LS8s not to expensive either... Been there 3 or 4 times already and I am one of the most picky people when it comes to car care...

Good service, good price, good speed。

We took our bus there and they have had it for FOUR weeks now and have not fixed it. It was diagnosed on week one and I called last week and they explained that they were having trouble getting a couple of bolts off but they were still working on it. Really? A mechanic spends two weeks trying to get bolts off? I called again today and they have still not started the repair...because their only diesel mechanic went to Puerto Rico and they did not communicate this in advance. I will repost when we get our bus back to let you know the final result.Part 2: The bus was fixed so we took it on a trip to Missouri. Well, perhaps I should say we tried to do so. In reality, we barely made it across the Kansas River Bridge before loosing an intake hose. Once we replaced that, we were back on the road and the bus made it 15 miles before dying. Parents had to rescue their kids off of I70 and our stranded bus was toed on to Topeka.
