Just had the windows of my wife’s 21 Avalon TRD tinted and they look great. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve had Ron and crew do. Never had an issue. Quality of work and customer service has always been amazing. As soon as my new truck arrives I’m off to Film at Eleven for tint and a tonneau cover. Great local business. Great shop. I had a sub woofer package added to my stock stereo system. I drove in from out of town, so I couldnt really drop my car off. So I waited on their super comfortable couch thinking I was going to be there most of the morning. My appointment was for 9 a.m. I was out by 10:45 a.m. They have a very professional staff, a clean waiting area including the restroom and it sounds great. I will definitely recommend them to people I know that are in the market for a car stereo upgrade or a complete system.

Nice environment with nice couches to wait on. Got two 12 inch subs installed and it took them just around 2 hours. Was a really clean install for just $140.

Some staff are inexperienced which is a normal process in life. But they need to be aware of that. Mr Ronnie (manager ?-spelling of his name) is rarely there to know and see whats going on. The gentleman at the front counters are nice. After having to fix their mistake on my vehicle, manager asks me to no longer come there for services. My front windshield tint never got done either. He was clueless at first and also assumed due to his staff non-communications, that I wanted illegal tint on the front.No need to have mentioned to me to go there again, I would never.V/r

Excellent costumer service. The staff took the time to answer all of the questions my son and I asked and trust me we asked a lot of them. We are upgrading my sons stereo and speakers in his jeep. The staff let us turn the systems up as loud as we wanted so that christian was able to make a good discussion on quality speakers that will last. We took our time and looked over the selection they had . We were never rushed or badgered in to purchasing anything we didn’t want. They went the extra mile in my opinion. Absolutely no up selling. Ordered black frame mount running boards for my 2011 Silverado crew cab. During installation I receive a call that the middle cab mount bolt is spinning and it will cost $300.00 to $400.00 to fix the bolt. I had to change my order to rocker mount boards and made an appointment to have the cab mount bolt fixed in two weeks, 07/14/20. I picked up the truck and when I get home I noticed that the driver side middle support bracket had a silver 1/4 hex head screw with a large flat washer shining at me instead of the 8 mm black bolt system that was suppose to be there. I went right back to the business and was greeted by a young staff member who asked if I had been helped. I said come with me and explain about this self tapping screw in my running board. He looked and asked if I had the work done there and I explained that I just paid the bill to him in full less than a hour ago. He went back in and got another young man that explained that he had broken off a thread tap in the mount hole and and put the self tapping screw and washer next to the hole. I asked why he did not paint it black and his reply was he had no black paint. I explained this was unsatisfactory craftsmanship and I want the right bolt in the bracket. We made a appointment for the bolt to be fixed. They suggested drilling a new hole. I went back home spent an hour on the ground in the heat and removed the broken tap out of the factory hole by using a #4 finish nail set and patients. The next day I stopped by the business with my sandwich bag containing a broken tap, 1/4 drive self tapping 1 screw and large shiny washer and was greeted by the owner. I explained about the parts in the bag and he asked how I removed the broken tap. I asked for the original black bolt and he went and found it and asked if he could thread tap the hole and install the bolt. I said I do not have the truck here and I have already tapped the hole and will install the bolt my self. The owner apologized for the craftsmanship. I canceled the appointment to have the cab mount fixed and will have someone else fix the mount. Poor customer service, inexperienced staff, poor craftsmanship.

Great place! Recently had my front passenger window replaced. So it needed to get new tint. They took care of me and did a great job! It was way more affordable than any other place in the Ft Riley area. Ill be recommending this place to friends and coworkers.

Easily the best place for car audio in the area. I went to 3 local places for quotes and got work done at another shop. They couldnt get my system to work properly and used cheap equipment. After 6 different returns to try and fix my radio I gave up and went to Film at Eleven to replace equipment and fix the issues. It only took one visit, 6 months later now and I still couldnt be happier with it. Highly recommended, and I will be taking my other cars there

Appointment was at 2pm, said it would take about an hour to complete the job. Reality is that it was almost a 2 hour job. In their defense it was really busy and they did a great job on the work. They also tolerated my kids in the waiting area (they were act like a pain because they were beyond done with the day) overall great job just could have been a little closer to the timeframe quoted.

Very happy with the service I got. It was the lowest price I could find between Junction city and Manhattan for window tint. They told me it would take three hours but ended up taking less than two. The work is phenomenal and exactly what I wanted. the owner even hung out with me while I waited. I dont usually give 5 stars but they definitely earned it!!! Great job, guys!!!

Have used these guys for a couple things now and where to begin. Had running boards put on my truck about 7 months ago now, something went wrong during install and when I went back in no questions asked they fixed them right then and there. About 6 months after they were installed my running boards started to develop rust spots and when I called again no questions asked they were still under warranty and had another pair shipped out for me. Today I went in to have some window tint installed on my new truck and the young man that did the tint was fairly new, but he did a fantastic job. Hope they keep him around I have other vehicles that need tint work. All in all pretty happy with the work and the way they take care of their customers if they do have an issue.

I called into Film at Eleven to see if they could help with my ARE shell that the lights wouldnt work. They told me to come in when I could which was great since I am not very close by. A week later I stopped in and asked for help and immediately they were working on the issue. It only took them 5 minutes to figure out what was causing it and they fit me into their busy schedule that day. Cant thank them enough for the help! Very friendly people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

I contacted them about a broken remote start on my vehicle. They were extremely busy, but the man I talked to was very courteous and found a way to fit my appointment in regardless. I showed up and one of the managers came from the back to ask me about the problems I was experiencing. I explained everything wrong with the vehicle and he replied, We cant help you. The vehicle is too new. I recommend you take it to the dealership.I am giving them five stars because it is very rare that you get that kind of honesty, especially when it comes to mechanics. I was truly impressed with their customer service and integrity.

Did not correctly install my radio. The system was pulling so much power out of my f-350 when it was off that the battiries would be dead every morning.

Everything was great had no problems at all.

I went to Film at Eleven to have a new lift and tires but on my husbands truck as a gift. I was given a final price of around $1400 which was a great deal. When I went to pay something got messed up and I ended up paying $200 more than I should have. I was upset but went ahead and paid and had the work done. It was finished in a day and it looked great. The next day the owner called and said he figured out where the price went wrong and gave me a refund. Not many other business owners would have taken the time to look into it and call me back after I had already paid. If its one thing I can say about Film at Eleven, its that they are honest people, and that says a lot these days.

Serivce.I had ordered a Tailer Hatch for a Town and Country. These guys found the lowest price and installed it for my family.They also took alot of care in install a Wiring Harness for the same vehicle.Even these installs normal being a quick item. They took care of the Van like it was their own and were very careful not to brake anything.I will be going back for other projects.

Top notch service

My running light and turn signal were working but not the bulb. Went there to have them fix the bulb. Paid $190, and they messed up the running light and the signal and they didn’t get the bulb to work. Bad experience.

Horrible customer service. They due not keep scheduled appointment and do have a friendly manner. I will never recommend nor return.... The owner should be ashamed of his attitude and manner.
