Having been a fan of Napa franchises for years and usually trying to use them over larger corporate franchises such as OReilly or Advanced auto parts. I cannot recommend this one. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at various locations across the country, even becoming particularly good friends with a family owned one in Missouri. The three times I have been into this one in person, employees are not overly friendly, which is fine, but seem genuinely dissatisfied even checking you out. I inquired about using my rewards account and was met with an enthusiastic not with military accounts reply. Yes I may have stopped on my way home in uniform, definitely didnt ask for a discount, definitely didnt receive one- didnt want one either. Just wanted to link my purchase to my rewards account. Thats fine, Ill take my business else where. Shame, this is one of the few locations in Manhattan with a decent selection of products not found locally in stock.

I stopped at the competitor next door and the staff there sent me to NAPA... glad they did. Found what I was looking for and more. Its hard to find Semi parts in Manhattan. This place has the best selection.

People at this location are most definitely willing to help you the most out of the 3 chain auto part stores next to it. They often help me with electrical wiring and explaining how things work. Extensive knowledge of every part normally. 4 stars because half the time they dont have my part, but autozone does next door.

Had everything I needed

To be honest I not only love the fact that they can get the parts I need especially on the older cars and trucks but the fact that they take the time to look for the part even when the system says they dont have it they look threw the books and find it every time its a fact they can get any and all parts but I love them because they dont just treat u like a customer but more like family ! I love the Manhattan ks store its the only place I go for any and all my automotive needs

Best place to get auto parts in Manhattan. I usually order from Rock Auto but anything I need ASAP I can count on Napa for. Prices are cheap too. Knowledgeable staff.

I tried NAPA again after a less than great experience years ago and things have improved drastically. Everyone here was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be returning soon.

By far one of the best parts stores Ive been to, and by far the best Napa I have ever gone to.The customer service was fantastic and I was given some of the best treatment I have ever received. I found everything I needed and was pleasantly suprised when one of their associates Brian personally helped me diagnose and fix an issue with my vehicle on the spot. Napa know how.
