This is the worst, most incompetent customer service I have experienced. My daughter has a Ford Taurus, and the cashier told her that GM DEXCOOL is compatible with what she already has in the vehicle. When I went back in tonight to try to get the correct product, the cashier insists that GM DEXCOOL is compatible with Ford products and then walks off and refuses to talk to me.
My battery died on a road trip out to Colorado and they helped me install and get back on the road. Very helpful and I highly recommend!

I took a battery in to have it charged and tested, they only charged, I asked them if the battery was good and was told that alll they did was charge it didnt want to bother them by asking them to test it
1 star was the least I could give them. Drove 30 minutes x3 for the same part and they kept getting it wrong. Drove to NAPA got the correct part the first time around.

Extremely slow. Two people on duty, but only one person works a register. After being the next person in line for 10 minutes, I sat my stuff down and went across the street to O’Reillys and was in and out in less than a minute.
Love coming to autozone for all my car needs. This on is amazing because the workers are always there to ask if you need help and they’re down to help you too.

I stopped in to purchase parts for my vehicle today. I was offered a mas and informed them I do not want one I fall under the governers exemption clause the person I was talking to seemed ok with it then another associate came with a mask in hand and said here ya go. I got annoyed yes but who wouldnt. He tried saying we get a fine.. bull not when the customer cant wear a mask. I told he he lost money and proceeded to the door and his reply was not really. It is evident this business does not care about disabled veterans nor their patronage. They lost my business forever.

Very helpful crew here. I only needed some bulb grease, which they had of course, but I asked if they would be willing to help me install the bulbs on my taillights, as I didnt have the correct tool set for it. They were very willing to help me and thanks to these guys I was able to complete the install Id been waiting to do for a while. I cant remember the guys name or Id give him credit. But I appreciated them going above and beyond like that.

My favorite spot for things for my car! At first visit they treated me with respect, never speaking to me as if I were completely car illiterate and always patient if I do have questions. Their rewards program pays back pretty quickly too. Too bad your store credits arent attached to your own rewards account.Good place to go, clean, the guys are smily and there are plenty of things you need for your car or truck.

I like AutoZone over the other 2 parts stores for some reason. Just always have. This trip in particular was great. Had both parts I needed, knew about my problems, knowledgeable about the different battery types, carried half of my stuff out for me. The clerk also helped a person who came in and needed a gas can. He lent his out for the person.

I stopped going to this place because customer service was steadily going down hill. I made the mistake of ordering parts from here, I understand they are at the depending on their hub to send them out in a timely manner, but my ordered parts are receivedin their system but supposedly not in the store. I will not be using Autozone anymore, once I finallt get the parts I ordered.

Went in this morning needing a battery. Had no tools with me today and had heard they will replace a battery for you. Ha! What a joke, the guy behind the counter (who wasnt busy) heavily sighed several times said I dont want to but I will. Definitely NOT what I consider good customer service. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and wont be back for anything.
This is the second time in a week Ive been the only customer in the store and all the employees were too busy to help. Evidently talking on the phone, eating, and joking around in back are more important than selling auto parts.

BEST AUTO PARTS STORE EVER!! Scott S. was instrumental in solving my problem within minutes after several other places failed. Amazing customer service! Above and beyond. Great value. No pressure and knowledgeable assistance. He is a Manhattan gem and a valuable resource.A year later and after many, many purchases, my daughter buys a thermostat and asks to borrow and socket and wrench to address it in the lot and I was out of town with our set. Am older gentleman refused as it would get antifreeze on them so he would not loan them to her!!! I have run around Kansas touting this particular location and its service and mostly because of my first visit with Scotts fab customer service. All it takes is that one visit that you leave the store feeling ashamed for even asking to utilize a service advertised and that we have used in Manhattan in the recent past to taint our retail relationship. I wish she would have gotten the name of the angry older guy since I dont think we are rushing back there, maybe not ever. He was that bad. My daughter is a Chem Eng senior and we are capable chicks with minor repairs like belts, pumps, even thermostats. I hate to change my car parts store! I know where everything is, etc. Darn it.
Good, but had to wait a long time as only 2 clerks, one outside and other in store but did not come to help until 5 people waiting in line before slowly started helping one at a time, very very long wait!

Great place to do business. The young gentleman, Damien, was very happy to test my alternator and battery for me. He even was happy to install the new battery for me at 9:45 p.m., fifteen minutes before closing.
Cant start my car without JumpStart. Suspected a dead battery. Went there and have my battery checked. They said the battery was good, which was deceiving. At the end, I went to the dealer and a new battery solved everything.
By far from the best. I understand that the people that work at these stores have a basic class on how cars work. So maybe im expecting too much by asking for certain things that they didnt get educated on.

Definately isnt what it use to be since Jerry quit managing the store. Still finally got the help & parts I needed. Had to buy a spark plug socket because I was passing through & new manager got rid of a lot of the loaner tools. This was according to one of the associates.

The over phone Customer Service is great when you order a part, but after that youre just a number. I thought after spending $122.88 for parts Id at least get respect if they want my business again. Not very inviting.
Terrible. Ordered a power steering pump, they could not get me one with the reservoir or the pully on it. When it came in two days later it was improperly assembled so it could not be mounted. Will not use this store again. The only thing that gets then one star out of the five is that the people were decent.
I have always enjoyed Autozone over competitors as they seem more up beat and usually have everything I need on hand. They checked my car codes for free, which is always a nice perk.

I came in today to get a new brake light and ran into other issues with my car when trying to leave. I asked for help from the staff there and the guy assisting me was very knowledgable and eager to help me out.
We were experiencing electrical difficulties with our motorhome. The staff went overboard to provide as much assistance as they could to help us identify the problem, including charging our main batteries and loaning us a few tools and test equipment. Thanks guys, we needed that!

2020 Update: after having a roadside emergency half a block from here I walked over to the store looking for help. They were not concerned about helping, only that I was wearing a mask. These people are awful.Original Review:2 employees, one other customer, but I couldnt get anyone to help for over 10 minutes even though I was standing at the counter. No one cared when I walked out either. Previously i have gotten poor advice on products before, but Im giving 2 stars because their selection of products is decent. I recommend going across the street to OReilly Auto.

Went in for wiper blades. Clerk got them from the rack. I checked out and the clerk installed the wiper blades for me. The Bosch blades were a bit pricey, but the ones I got werent the most expensive.
Usually helpful service. Autozone had been my go to auto store. This location has been great. They can test and charge your battery. They also can check your alternator which is what I needed. I bought the alternator from Autozone and Burnetts Eastside put it on for me. They also have military, student, and uber discounts

Worst customet relations I ever had.I took some premium brk.pads in because they were squeeking. I was not the original installer, not sure who it was. The car belongs to a older couple and theres no records but the pads were at least still at 80% life. The sales man said nope cant help you theres no record of it in here. Maybe if I had made up some crazy lie it might have been a much better experience. They cant even honor a warrantee on their own product so my suggestion to everyone is shop elsewhere .
