Wonderful service. I dropped my Cadillac XTS of on a Sunday and put the keys in the key drop which was easy to find. Called on Monday morning to verify they had received my keys and car. Friendly staff answered all my questions and had my Cadillac back to me earlier then what was expected. The paint was amazing. Body lines were spot on . No problems or redo work. My Fusion was hit in the passenger front end and damaged both fenders, hood, and bumper among other front end components. Body work turned out fantastic and paint looks incredible. Took my vehicle in because someone did a hit and run, the gentleman who helped me was very nice and honest (which is a huge plus for me!) Come to find out the damage was next to nothing, he did help me out by cleaning my headlight housings for me! Very grateful and will return here if I ever need body work done!!!! They went out of their way to help me when I dropped off the car and did it with a smile on their face. They spoke to me with respect and kindness, which I cant say about some businesses today. I came in with a 2016 VW Jetta with some pretty heavy damage to my rear driver door and quarter panel. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and how. All I had to do was come it, drop off my car and keys, and then come back once it was done.They do great work.

RC’s worked with me to find the best option for us, not for him. He showed me the quotes, all our options, and personally fixed our issue. He lost money, but gained a life long customer and a whole lot of trust. Don’t go anywhere else!

We called yesterday to set up a time to get an estimate done for an insurance claim. We took the vehicle in today, and the owner told us he didnt have time anymore and we should come back. We told him this was the time we agreed on. Owner has poor customer service, using foul language with customers, and slamming doors. Not the kind of establishment we want to do business with, nor anyone would want to for that matter. If he doesnt have time for new customers, then he shouldnt make appointments with them in the first place.

I personally used to work for these guys and I can vouch first hand for the professional job they turn out of their shop. When it comes to collision repair there are a lot of gimmicks and hacks out there, these guys will see that your vehicle is done the right way every step through. I wouldnt trust anywhere else to work on my vehicles!

Okay I got my vehicle from the shop and it was done good on body shop. I did have an check engine light on after starting it up that wasnt there before but havent taken it to take a look at it. Other than the body work looks like new.

Rear window replaced in June. Works intermittently. Have contacted them 4 times and each time we are told the part is being ordered. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Ive had my Toyota repaired numerous times there and Ive always had a great experience. Russ has always been very nice and professional and the work hes done has been excellent.

I needed my hazy headlights polished, and this place got it done for $15, while Firestone wanted $80. The service was quick and friendly, and the headlights look great. Will definitely return here in the future.

Fantastic and I barely used their services!I was there to meet with Progressive and I had a headlight problem, so I asked them about it. They aligned my headlights, politely told me what I did wrong (as the original installer) and found the little cover that I had not quite got on correctly!This place totally rocks!

I went and asked just for the quotation for auto paint only. The front guy told me that they don’t do that anymore now. He told me they only accept car a week later. Also, he said “I had too many things right now that I can’t stop and look at my car.” My car is only right in front of their front door. So can’t he just give me the quotation?

Im a perfectionist, and RC Auto Body has completed a perfect repair on a dented fender on my 2015 truck. The damage was caused by another person and their insurance, Geico, recommended RC. I was impressed by their knowledge, cordiality, and willingness to work hard to make the repair perfect. The paint match and blending is flawless, and there is no hint of any of the previous dent. And everything they had to remove to fix the fender, they re-installed perfectly. They got my truck in promptly and finished the work when promised. Russ was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I priced three body shops in town before choosing RC.Even though the other persons insurance paid for the work, it was interesting to see that RCs prices were about 25% lower than the other two shops. I was a little nervous beforehand when I saw some negative reviews on Google, but I have absolutely no hesitation in saying that I will go back to RC.

Russ and all the guys at work at RC Auto body have to be the best place Ive ever used for body repair. I have taken my cars, a 2011 camaro, 06 Mazda 6, and two VW beetles and the damage has been from hail level to almost totalled. They havent repaired one that I wasnt happy with.Russ is an upstanding business owner and operator and I completely trust him and the shop that when my car is finished, its done right. An example is after ordering a part for my beetle, and it kept showing up broken, Russ went straight to Volkswagen themselves to get a better part, and has used strictly oem no matter what. As a car lover that means the world to me.Give them a call, stop by, you will not be unhappy, Russ wouldnt have it. Lol they have a good reputation and stay busy but an extra day is well well worth it!

I had work done on my door after an accident a year ago. Three days ago, the door stopped opening from the outside. We open up the panel to find the mechanism that connects the outside handle to the rest of the assembly was ZIP TIED together with no proper mounting, and the reason why my door wouldnt open was because the zip tie had broken. Very shoddy work, and very disappointing overall.

My family has used RC Auto for all of our body work issues for 30 some years. Never have I had even one complaint and several times theyve gone out of their way to make sure everything is the way we expected it to be. I totally trust them to fix our vehicles and have told my insurance company I wont go anywhere else...so dont even offer. A+++ service!!!

My husband had work done on his Mazda Rx8 after hitting a coyote and they did what the insurance told them to do. While in there we asked them to do some rear bumper work and they didnt do it and after the accident the driver side window wasnt working so in turn we had them check that as well. This is where the fun starts. When removing the door panel they broke 6 out of 8 the snaps that HOLD THE DOOR PANEL ON. After that they checked the regulator they proceded to tell us that yes it was the regulator that needed replaced and did nothing. So just recently my husband took apart his door panel and come to find out they didnt check anything they said they did. So if you want work done the way u want do not go here they are not worth the stress and headach

Had my truck there because of an accident and will never take my truck there again ever or any vehicle and will not recommend. First off Russ promised me the truck on a date and didnt get it done. He is slow and only does the bare minimum to get paid. After we kept are claim open with state Farm and told him we arent going to pay him the deductible because he didnt complete the job he called the cops and tried to not give us are truck back. If you are a person the really cares about your vehicles and makes sure they look right this is the last place you want your car to come. Russell will nickel and dime the repair as much as possible which is a waste of time. I dont understand how he is in business with am attitude and efficiency of his. Like I said do not come here.

Details10/12/2016This was the WORST experience ever! I would never recommend anyone to use their services. I brought my car in for body work from an accident i was involved in and had an insurance claim for. when I picked up the car the hood as well as the trunk where not aligned at all causing the trunk to leak. also the paint was never done, there were small dents everywhere that were not repaired, the splash guard was never replaced (the original one was torn off in the accident) and when they replaced the trunk they never put back the trunk light in it. Needless to say we took the car back and had them redo the work. after picking it up, now for the 2nd time, everything still looked the same, the only thing that was different was the splash guard was finally put back on. so we told him that the car was still not aligned properly and the paint, dents, and trunk light were still unfixed. also, we had realized they broke off the dipstick in our vehicle. when bringing this to his attention, he offered to pay us off becuase he swore the parts were dodge parts and they just couldnt figure out why it wouldnt align properly. we decided against being paid off and told him he needed to fix the car right. so we brought the car in for a THIRD time and again the paint and alignment was off. but they had finally put the trunk light back in. unable to leave the car again, we took it home. after 3 weeks of having the car back from their shop, it wouldnt start and the locks and electric components started to malfunction. after taking it to a Professional, we were told that the alternator and starter were what was causing this problem and it was due to the trunk light never turning off! thus, the person who put this light in did not do it correctly and the light was on (even when the trunk was closed) since we had picked up the car. finally I called state farm & told them about everything & how we never wanted them to touch our car again. point, dont EVER bring ur car 2 this shady business

They did a great job on fixing my paint and also detailed my car,plus they also got a lifetime warrenty on the paint so if it messes up,theyll fix it.this place is great!👌
