Excellent buying experience from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment, when i arrived I walked over to the vehicle I was interested in. The sales person came out, introduced himself and said he would go grab the keys so I could check the vehicle out and take it for a drive. There was no hovering or pressure, he just let me do my own thing; it was wonderful.When it came to the purchase process, there was none of the playing hardball BS; I knew where I would like to be with price/trade value and they met all of my requests/expectations.I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime; this was, hands down, the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had!

A very clean office with courteous people. Salesman Montana was very professional and was knowledgeable of the cars that he was selling. He did not use a hard close but just offered what we asked for an about. He is definitely a keeper for your company.
They are friendly and got us into a vehicle we like and can afford. I would characterize them as conscience and competent. Since this is the first time Ive dealt with them, Ill wait to rate their service department, but after being introduced to two of them; my guess is that they will be okay too.
Montana was great! He was very helpful, not pushy, and helped us find the car we wanted even though we took forever and hit a couple snags. His manager Jeremy was super friendly and talked to us like we knew him for years. The finance guy got us in and out and worked hard to get us the best deal. I appreciated everyones effort and how nice they were because we all know buying/trading a car is a big decision.

Took the van and because it was surging all the time. The service department informed me they reset the sensors. And to drive it for a month to see what happens. We drove over 400 miles already and it is still doing it. This is probably about the only new vehicle I’ve owned that said this much problems on a brand new 2021 Sedona.
Best service advisor I have used in over 45 years of working with dealerships. Vicky was extremely knowledge. She helped me determine what kind of service was needed for my vehicle and provided timely updates about the maintenance time frame. I hope the dealership realizes how important it is to have such a person in this role in the dealership. She not only keeps existing service customers returning, she also makes existing customers want to come back and buy new vehicles. The dealership better pay her well. Any other dealership in town would be lucky to employee her.

I arrived to pick up my car at the specified time was ready with my paper work, very professional, helpful and friendly. Vicky is the reason I keep coming back to Briggs Kia in Topeka, because of Vicky I feel confident I will always have good service to my car and outstanding customer service.
Bought a used truck here, the process was pretty simple. My salesman was Tim, he was nice, no pressure, and a good person to talk to.The price on the truck was okay, I was able to somewhat negotiate the deal.The only issue: I had to drive this truck back to KC. Before I reached Topeka, the check engine light came on... that was worrisome.In Lawrence, there was a warning indicator low oil pressure, turn off truck. I checked the oil, it looked fine. The next day I had to get the oil sensor replaced, that was just an extra expense.I know it was a high mileage, used truck... I at least wanted to drive it for a few weeks before I had any issues.Edit- I lost my title after I received it in the mail. They helped me get a new one in a speedy time frame.

Very helpful with what I was needing. Came and told me Exactly what’s going and need to be done. Was trying to get a fob programmed to use with my car. Purchased the vehicle used from a used car lot and was told it did not have a fob that came with it. Purchased a fob from Amazon trying to get it programmed it would not program so I had to order one from your dealership. Was a little upset with the price and the amount it was to program it also. It would be nice to see a little more Compassion for those that are just starting out at your dealership. For the first time. Maybe a small Discount can help bring them back to get other work done.?Thank you for you interest in my view of my experience in your dealership

They really try to do a good job. My first oil change with them after buying a new Kia there was no vacuum or car wash. Today was the second and I spent a $147 on oil change and 15,000 mile service. This time they vacuumed the front floor boards. I used to be a mechanic and when we did a oil change and service work, we always vacuumed the vehicle and washed the windows. Our small town dealership gives a wash and dry with service work, which is a nice touch. Personally, if I were in charge of a shop again, service is the key. I believe customers will happily come back and refer others when they are happy and getting good service. To me good service is wash, dry, and vacuum. When customers are forking out their hard earned money that little extra means a lot.
I was able to get two brand new tires for a great price! The team was super helpful and very detailed in their report after they had finished working on my car. I will recommend them to friends and family if they need help with tires or any work on their car honestly.
I love my new to me Soul!! I had somethings I needed help with and the person I had initially worked with had left the company. Once that got all straightened out Kenneth helped me get everything straightened out!! He is awesome!!! If you need to buy a new Soul I would highly recommend Kenneth!! They did a recall check on my 2015 Kia Fortes engine to make sure it wouldnt catch fire. They got it done about an hour early. Quick, courtesous and efficient.

We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and when I say this was the worst mistake I made is putting it nicely. We have had so many problems with this vehicle, and I had not drove it for 2 weeks before putting it in the shop. Most definitely a inconvenience for me and calling to get info about the vehicle apparently was and has been a problem. I presume once the sale is done they dont take much interest in assisting you. You are better off going somewhere else like we shouldve done. Never again. This was the first n last time!!!
Had a check engine light pop on 6 months after buying my vehicle from Briggs I called and talked to Joshua the sales manager and he told be to bring it in to their service center so they could run a diagnostic test on it and find out was wrong. Dropped my vehicle off this morning and they got me in a car to drive while they looked at mine. Midway through the day got a call letting me know the issue, i talked to a gentleman named Barry and he said they would take care of it and get it fixed they got it done and got me back in my vehicle within the day everyone there I spoke to was very polite if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or looking for a great service center Briggs will take care of you. I Highly Recommend.

The reason I bought my first KIA was because of the service department at the Topeka KIA. I had bought a car from Briggs Manhattan but didn’t want to drive to Manhattan for service work. Outstanding service. Always helpful but not pushy when talking about service work needing done. Understanding when money is tight and letting you know what is the most important. Recommend everyone using their service even if you don’t own a KIA. I have them service my Lexus also.

Test drove the car we liked, it was nice, clean and ran good. Had it scanned for trouble codes while on the test drive. Came up with one code in history. ($1000 turbocharger) Took it back and told the salesman, he took it to have their mechanic check it. Salesman came back and said that was a history code from work done before. We thought all was good so they work hard for us to get it at the price and payment wanted. Got headed home 2 1/2 hours away and the same code keeps coming back. It is a 2013 with higher miles so they told us no warranty on it and no extended warranty available. Like I said, they did work hard to get price and payment were we wanted but would not go back.

Service could have been way better. I had made an appointment and the person who ended up helping me was not super friendly at first until he got me out to the car and was interested in getting me to purchase it. When making a deal he did everything he could but they were still so busy that it took forever to sign papers and leave with my new vehicle. Overall experience is a 3 because of the service throughout the day but I am happy with my purchase and walking away with a good deal.

I went to Briggs Supercenter and had an amazing experience I ended up purchasing me a 2017 Chevy Impala I seen online and called they made me an appointment for that day went and looked at the car test drove it and fell in love with it and of course purchased it everyone from the time I pulled up to the time I left I received fantastic customer service I definitely recommend if youre trying to purchase a vehicle

Your maintenance department have always been very nice and friendly and done what I have asked to be done.Always take good car of my cars that I have bought there, always talk to be first before they ever do anything extra that my car needs done. The lady can’t remember her name at present, but she is outstanding. Always makes sure I understand everything, and that I am comfortable while I wait. If I can’t wait she always finds a vehicle for me to take until they are finished with my car
