Had a wreck and it shoved my front end over by 2 inches. Its just a farm truck, so I didnt have full coverage and was expecting to pay alot but it was a couple hundred under what most places wanted. Plus they was able to get to get months sooner than anywhere else. Great job. Would return again.

We have been exceptionally pleased with the customer service we received at Alan Clark. To say that Lori and her team went above and beyond doesnt even come close. They hit a Grand Slam and then some. We had a very complicated situation and they saw to it to help us over and over. Lori is extremely professional and they are very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with our BMW and I would not hesitate to send any and everyone I know there for world class work and even better service. Our daughter attends college in Manhattan and we live on the east coast. My coworkers had recommended Alan Clark Body Shop after I had gotten into a fender bender and I am so glad they did. My car looks perfect, they got it done a couple days faster than they quoted me, they were in communication with me the whole time, and were very honest about everything. I dealt with Lori and Steve and both were wonderful. When I went to pick my car up I had to take an urgent family call in the middle of it so I was rudely holding the phone by my ear but they were so understanding and nice about it. Lori takes extraordinary care of their clients from estimating to scheduling to delivery of the finished product. I absolutely love the scheduling process. They order all the necessary parts and paint before scheduling so when you drop off your vehicle, they are ready to start working on it. Both times I have used Alan Clark Body Shop, the work has been completed in less than five days. This last time I received a call with an apology that my vehicle was going to take three days instead of two.Aside from the great service, the quality of the work is like none other. The paint match is perfect as are all the lines. My car looks brand new.Finally, the prices are very reasonable. I never feel gouged. The estimates given are the same whether it is a personal pay or insurance claim.I cant sing their praises enough. If you need body work, ACBS is the only place to go!

Front bumper got pulled out of place, everyone else I went to was saying I needed to replace the whole bumper, but this shop agreed that the only thing needing replaced was the clamps to hold it in place. Car back to looking brand new at a fraction of the cost and time it wouldve been elsewhere. Much appreciated!

Damage to your car, no matter how big or small, can WRECK your whole day. Alan Clark makes the processes as easy as possible. The staff genuinely cares about their customers and it shows. The office is clean and welcoming. The quality of work is beyond measure.

Company is very friendly and professional. I had a lot of fine and deep scratches on my front bumper. They finished working on it in three days and did an amazing job. Received my car washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend for great service. They even offer a service where they will upload photos of the progress of your car, which is awesome.

I would not recommend. I took my car into get fixed (someone backed into me). They had my car for a week and told me it would not be done until next Monday, I get a call Friday afternoon saying they got done early. I went to pick it up and they did not finish fixing the scratches on my door handle. I asked and the guy at the front why it didn’t get fixed as I had mentioned it during my estimate and they took a picture of it, he apologized and said he didn’t know how they missed it since they had to take the door handle off and put it back on to fix the door. He told me he would turn in a supplement and I would have to bring it back in to get fixed or I could just take the money and not have it fixed (really I brought my car here to get fixed the first time not have to go back or take the money for it I just want my car fixed!!!). They left finishing powder all along the inside of my door, on the roof of my car and on my seat that they did not clean off, also there was some on the outside of the door. It was so dusty everywhere it looked like they tried to wipe it with a dry cloth and just smeared all the dust around. When I took it back to get my door handle replaced I asked them to please clean off all the finishing powder they had left and again the man at the front said that should not have happened and it should have been cleaned off. So they fixed the door handle and my husband picked the car up. When I looked it looks like they tried to wipe off the powder but they did not!! There was still a lot on the inside!! I could not believe they got paid over $2000 to fix my car and they left it so filthy especially when they said it was done early. I will not be going back here. This was the second time I had been here. The first time the only issues I had was that they didn’t plug one of my head lights back in and again they left it so dusty, like they had left all the doors open while they were working on it, the seats/dash everything was covered.

I want to start off by saying I highly recommend this shop. I talked to Ty completely over email since I was deployed and my wife was going to drop the truck off. Everything was handled over email and Ty let me know everything I needed to know so I wouldnt get screwed over. I finally had a chance to go to the shop after deployment while they held my truck there until I was back and the shop is very clean and friendly. Ty was a really nice guy and was excited for me to see my own truck which was really nice. Everything seemed really organized with the company and they did an amazing job on everything with my truck. Prices are good and the quality is even better. I will definitely tell my buddies about this place!

I highly recommend Alan Clark for their excellent customer service. My car was nearly totaled last year after a brutal hail storm. Alan Clark was easy to work with and got my car looking good as new. I have since had a couple of hiccups with parts that were repaired but Alan Clark guarantees their work and has gone out of their way to ensure my vehicle stays good as new. This body shop is extremely honest and trustworthy. If I had not moved out of the area I would surely be a repeat customer if anything were to happen to my vehicle.

The folks at Alan Clark Body Shop were a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with a defective bumper in which the paint was peeling badly due to the primer that came on the bumper from the factory (lesson learned dont let the insurance company put Chinese junk on your car). This started to occur almost a full year after the original work was done. I called Alan Clark and spoke to Ty, who handled my case from start to finish. He worked hard to make the manufacturer warranty the defective bumper, which I am sure was a nightmare. He communicated with another body shop several states away to make sure that repairs were completed with minimal cost to myself. I appreciate the courteous and timely service I have received and would recommend Alan Clark as a shop to consider when seeking automobile repairs.
